Man-
Eclipse is practically going to have to go through about 3 different custody battles for his kids now/jk
Trying to get Jake and Andy back from William (Mirroring trying to get custody of the kids)
Likely something involving Henry wanting Charlie back(Ending in hopefully a good custody/visitation schedule)
Possibly trying to get Andrew back from wherever Foxy and FC went(I’m pretty sure he’s still tied to FC so Eclipse needs to make arrangements-)

Tumblr media
P.s. yes Puppet and Foxy have rings, I have a Promise Ring HC where Foxy gave Puppet a promise ring in hopes it would get her to stop talking about marriage so suddenly and when Foxy died she took his ring, as that was all that was left, and wears them both up until Foxy comes back with no memory and she wants to sacrifice herself, which I imagine she took them both off and just left them in Foxy's room (yes I'm using this to cope and each lore episode just keeps adding more to this HC and making it sadder I swear)

LAES,TSAMS,EAPS WEEKLY*/*DAILY REVIEW SHOW!!!!!
Okay, we had a lot of really good episodes today, so let's hurry up and talk about them!
Tumblr media
First up, FAMILY MOMENTS! I love this thumbnail so much, especially Moon's face.. I .. I just love it!
I love how we get to learn about everyone's movie preferences. It's interesting learning these little random tidbits about them. It's fun. Also Sun...
SPY KIDS 3 IS GREAT, AND I WILL NOT HEAR OTHERWISE!!! 😡
Also, Prince of Egypt is a really good movie. You all should go watch it. Even if you aren't religious, it's really good and has some awesome animation and music. Seriously, if you haven't watched, please do. I think it's on YouTube for free???
This episode was cute.... ONTO THE TRAUMA!
Tumblr media
Bout time, I was wondering when Nexus would try to kidnap Sun. Took longer than I expected... I wonder why? 🤔
This episode I think confirmed a theory I had...
New Moon/Nexus never cared.
I had this thought in the back of my head that Nexus never really cared about them. He never thought of them as family. He just saw them as people he was told to call family. They were NEVER his family. He never really cared. He just cared about Solar, but Solar never saw him as a brother. OOOFFFFF!
That hurts!
But I'm glad we know because DANG! The angst there!
Also, Sun is stronger than Nexus' chain ability (That ability where he forces people to the floor. I like to imagine purple chains form around the person when he uses that move)
Nexus was so close to kidnapping Sun....
Tumblr media
BUT MONTY CAME IN STINKIN' CLUTCH!!!!!!
Monty FINALLY got to use the shotgun! He nearly killed Nexus there! Thank you, Nebula, for the starshells! The Astrals are starting to grow on me.
(Okay... maybe a was a little rash on the whole "Down with the Astrals" "Viva la revolution" thing!) Sorry, Astrals. Still don't really trust Taurus or Leo tho.
Things are getting serious! October is in like two weeks! The creator is still out there! Rez and Cetus are out there! And Dark Sun still has a stinkin' dragon! This is gonna be an exciting October! I'm so excited!
Also, thank you, Davis and Reed, for this picture of Monty with a shotty.
And lastly...
Tumblr media
Okay, Eclipse looks like that one guy from the office that conspiracy theory guy. And Puppet just looks depressed.
Puppet really wants to catch the killer. It's really affecting her. It's the MCI incident all over again. And she clearly doesn't want anyone or herself to go through that again. Eclipse still won't watch movies with anyone. It's only a matter of time, though. The moment he says yes and joins them is the moment his redemption arc is complete for me!
So, Eclipse and Puppet have narrowed down the killer to 4 suspects. All employees of Fazbear.
1. Vincent
2. Some lady named Margo
3. A teenage intern who works in the daycare named Josh
4. And the repair man whose name I forget.
I don't think it's any of these guys. But I have a few theories on who the killer could be..
1. Michael Afton of this world. Eclipse did mention in one of the early episodes of the EAPS that the Michael of this world was/still is an employee of Fazbears.
2. Henry Emily. Just cause the angst that it would cause Puppet.
3. The Charlie of this world. Just cause again the angst it would cause Puppet being the killer of this world!
There is no way it's Wanda(the William of this world)
And I highly doubt it's Vincent or some rando employee.
It has to be someone important.
These episodes were amazing!
Davis, Reed, Kat, Valentine, you guys did amazing on these episodes again!
12/10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Extra point cause WOW!
Also shout out to this commentor for having the funniest comment on there.
Tumblr media
Nebula, you are starting to become my favorite Astral!
Also, Patchnotes is a ship I really hope happens now!

From earthquakes to starquakes: Seismology research helps understand exoplanet migration
When Jared Bryan talks about his seismology research, it's with a natural finesse. He's a fifth-year Ph.D. student working with MIT Assistant Professor William Frank on seismology research, drawn in by the lab's combination of GPS observations, satellites, and seismic station data to understand the underlying physics of earthquakes.
He has no trouble talking about seismic velocity in fault zones or how he first became interested in the field after summer internships with the Southern California Earthquake Center as an undergraduate student.
"It's definitely like a more down-to-earth kind of seismology," he jokingly describes it. It's an odd comment. Where else could earthquakes be but on Earth? But it's because Bryan finished a research project that has culminated in a new paper—published today in Nature Astronomy—involving seismic activity not on Earth, but on stars.
Building curiosity
Ph.D. students in MIT's Department of Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences (EAPS) are required to complete two research projects as part of their general exam. The first is often in their main focus of research and the foundations of what will become their thesis work.
But the second project has a special requirement: It must be in a different specialty.
"Having that built into the structure of the Ph.D. is really, really nice," says Bryan, who hadn't known about the special requirement when he decided to come to EAPS. "I think it helps you build curiosity and find what's interesting about what other people are doing."
Having so many different, yet still related, fields of study housed in one department makes it easier for students with a strong sense of curiosity to explore the interconnected interactions of Earth science.
"I think everyone here is excited about a lot of different stuff, but we can't do everything," says Frank, the Victor P. Starr Career Development Professor of Geophysics. "This is a great way to get students to try something else that they maybe would have wanted to do in a parallel dimension, interact with other advisors, and see that science can be done in different ways."
At first, Bryan was worried that the nature of the second project would be a restrictive diversion from his main Ph.D. research. But Associate Professor Julien de Wit was looking for someone with a seismology background to look at some stellar observations he'd collected back in 2016. A star's brightness was pulsating at a very specific frequency that had to be caused by changes in the star itself, so Bryan decided to help.
"I was surprised by how the kind of seismology that he was looking for was similar to the seismology that we were first doing in the '60s and '70s, like large-scale global Earth seismology," says Bryan. "I thought it would be a way to rethink the foundations of the field that I had been studying applied to a new region."
Going from earthquakes to starquakes is not a one-to-one comparison. While the foundational knowledge was there, movement of stars comes from a variety of sources, like magnetism or the Coriolis effect, and in a variety of forms. In addition to the sound and pressure waves of earthquakes, they also have gravity waves, all of which happen on a scale much more massive.
"You have to stretch your mind a bit, because you can't actually visit these places," Bryan says. "It's an unbelievable luxury that we have in Earth seismology that the things that we study are on Google Maps."
But there are benefits to bringing in scientists from outside an area of expertise. De Wit, who served as Bryan's supervisor for the project and is also an author on the paper, points out that they bring a fresh perspective and approach by asking unique questions.
"Things that people in the field would just take for granted are challenged by their questions," he says, adding that Bryan was transparent about what he did and didn't know, allowing for a rich exchange of information.
Tidal resonance locking
Bryan eventually found that the changes in the star's brightness were caused by tidal resonance. Resonance is a physical occurrence where waves interact and amplify each other. The most common analogy is pushing someone on a swing set; when the person pushing does it at just the right time, it helps the person on the swing go higher.
"Tidal resonance is where you're pushing at exactly the same frequency as they're swinging, and the locking happens when both of those frequencies are changing," Bryan explains. The person pushing the swing gets tired and pushes less often, while the chain of the swing changes length. (Bryan jokes that here the analogy starts to break down.)
As a star changes over the course of its lifetime, tidal resonance locking can cause hot Jupiters, which are massive exoplanets that orbit very close to their host stars, to change orbital distances. This wandering migration, as they call it, explains how some hot Jupiters get so close to their host stars. They also found that the path they take to get there is not always smooth. It can speed up, slow down, or even regress.
An important implication from the paper is that tidal resonance locking could be used as an exoplanet detection tool, confirming de Wit's hypothesis from the original 2016 observation that the pulsations had the potential to be used in such a way. If changes in the star's brightness can be linked to this resonance locking, it may indicate planets that can't be detected using current methods.
As below, so above
Most EAPS Ph.D. students don't advance their project beyond the requirements for the general exam, let alone get a paper out of it. At first, Bryan worried that continuing with it would end up being a distraction from his main work, but ultimately was glad that he committed to it and was able to contribute something meaningful to the emerging field of asteroseismology.
"I think it's evidence that Jared is excited about what he does and has the drive and scientific skepticism to have done the extra steps to make sure that what he was doing was a real contribution to the scientific literature," says Frank. "He's a great example of success and what we hope for our students."
While de Wit didn't manage to convince Bryan to switch to exoplanet research permanently, he is "excited that there is the opportunity to keep on working together."
Once he finishes his Ph.D., Bryan plans on continuing in academia as a professor running a research lab, shifting his focus onto volcano seismology and improving instrumentation for the field. He's open to the possibility of taking his findings on Earth and applying them to volcanoes on other planetary bodies, such as those found on Venus and Jupiter's moon Io.
"I'd like to be the bridge between those two things," he says.

Lena nodded. “OK.”
Thor raised Mjolnir, “Heimdall, Bifrost for three to Baffin now.”
Lena and Leonard stepped next to Thor.
“So…” Lena asked.
“In a moment. But say farewell to Elsa and Anna first.”
“Oh of course.”
“Thanks for the help,” Anna said. “Even if you didn’t do much.”
“You’re welcome,” Lena said.
“And I hope you find what you’re looking for.”
As they entered the Bifrost Leonard looked around.

“Weak!” William said as he squirmed.
“I’m not weak!” the Enigma said. “I just don’t want to hurt you. But I will if you insist on hurting Osborn!”
“The same here,” Dafoanairi said, as she came up alongside the Enigma and brandished her staff.
William squirmed some more and leapt.
The Enigma was startled by his leapt and so her concentration was interrupted, causing her to let go of him. “Eap!”
SpiderGirl saw it and shot a web to the upper door frame and leapt herself. The two missed each other, and thus William was able to enter the room.
Harry threw himself protectively over his father. “No!” he said.
William was continuing to revert as he approached the bed. As he changed back to his usual form, his resolve wavered. He then felt something. SpiderGirl had shot a couple of webs onto his back.”
“Let me…”
“No!” SpiderGirl said. “It’s over, William.”
“Now that we know, we’ll also investigate what happened to you, along with everything else that’s happening in Lawndale,” Dafoanairi added as she followed SpiderGirl in.
“But it will be dangerous,” William said, tiredly as he completely reverted, he sat in a chair, exhausted.
Doctor Phillips entered the room, passing the fourth vigilante where she stood next to the door looking around the room. ‘Except at SpiderGirl, it seems,’ he thought. He saw that Norman Osborn was still in the same condition. William hadn’t done anything to him. He also saw that William had collapsed into a chair.

“Of course,” Jane answered.
It didn’t take Helen long to unpack and come back down to the living room. She saw that Daria had also unpacked and that Quinn and Jane were waiting.
“Now. I’m calling Mrs. Griffin,” Helen said as she dialled the Griffin’s number.
“Hello? Griffin’s here.” It was Sandi.
“Sandi? Is your mother there? Tell her it’s Mrs Morgendorffer.”
“I’ll tell her right now.”
Helen turned to Quinn. “She didn’t say anything about you.”
“I didn’t expect her to,” Quinn said quietly.
Linda soon came to the phone. “Helen?”

SpiderGirl webbed him to the chair. “Just as a precaution,” she said. She turned to Phillips. “Could you tell Peterson we have him secured here?”
“Sure,” Phillips said as he picked up the room phone.
‘Why am I taking the calls?’ Cuddy asked herself as she picked up the phone and put it on speaker.
“Doctor Phillips here. SpiderGirl has secured young Mr. Morris.”
“I’ll be right up,” Peterson said.
“The metahuman has been secured. The lockdown is no longer in effect,” Cuddy said over the intercom.
The Shadow took that in as she dashed through the dark corridors. “Oh, I was a little late, then,” she murmured. ‘May as well return home, relieve Jennifer.’
It wasn’t long before an orderly ushered Peterson into the room where Osborn was being treated. “Here it is, officer,” he said,
“Thanks,” Peterson said as she entered the room.
SpiderGirl, Dafoanairi and the Engima all looked relieved.
“Thanks for helping out,” Peterson said. “William Morris. I’m taking you down to the station for some questions as soon as the Sun has set.”
“I heard you this morning, at the front door,” William said. “Thanks for helping the Morgendorffers.”
“And I’ll have to tell Mrs. Morgendorffer about this as well. Her reputation as a lawyer precedes her,” Peterson added with a glance at Dafoanairi, who was making a quick exit with the Enigma.
“I better get going too,” SpiderGirl said.
“Sure,” Peterson said.
SpiderGirl opened the window and swung away.
“That was touch and go,” the Enigma said as they went to the nearby stairs.
“I agree. It was lucky SpiderGirl came up with that idea. I probably would have taken longer to think of it,” Dafoanairi said.
“Probably not too much longer,” the Enigma said as they came up to the stairs.
Brittany was glad the situation had been resolved. The lights in the Emergency Room had been turned back on when she saw Quinn enter.
“Quinn again?” Ashley-Amber asked. “She must be quite concerned.”
“She is,” Brittany said as she went over.
“I got them to turn off the lights,” Quinn said quietly. “After I remembered how dark the basement was, and that Daria and I didn’t have many of the lights on in the café last night.”

However, it was only about ten seconds before they arrived in one of Baffin’s corridors.
“Deck 2, near the Mess Hall,” Lena commented.
“Deck 1 was too small,” Thor said.
“Of course,” Lena said. She tapped her commbadge. “Andersen to Emerson, Albert and I are back aboard.”
“Lu and Hernandez are beaming up now. Report to the Observation Lounge,” Emerson ordered.
Words: 61

“That makes sense,” Brittany commented as she twirled a pigtail. ‘I did think that the basement was a little dark.’
“And so, Peterson is taking him in after sunset.”
“Well, that isn’t long.”
Quinn looked out the window and saw that the sun was setting, that what could be seen of Lawndale was already in shadow. “True. Anyway, I better get going. Mom is expecting me to be at home.”
“I’ll let you know how I go.”
“Thanks.”
At the same time Linda got home to find Sam waiting for her int the kitchen. “Sandi is out with Daria Morgendorffer doing something,” he said.
‘Something must have come up. That’s why the car is there,’ she thought. “It seems that they are becoming friends, like she is with Harry Osborn.”
“They said that they were looking for someone.”
Linda did hear about the situation at the hospital on the way home. “Maybe,” she said. She was about to say more when she heard the front door open again. She looked and saw that Sandi and Daria where there.
‘Should I let Mother know that Sam has been eavesdropping and knows about our powers?’ Sandi wondered as she went over to the kitchen.

BepiColombo's fifth Mercury flyby
by European Space Agency December 2, 2024
On Sunday 1 December 2024, BepiColombo flew past the planet Mercury for the fifth time, readying itself for entering orbit around the solar system's mysterious innermost planet in 2026.
The spacecraft flew between Mercury and the sun, getting to within 37,630 km from the small planet's surface at 15:23 CET. This is much farther than its first four flybys of the planet, when BepiColombo flew as close as 165–240 km from the surface.
What made this flyby special is that it was the first time that BepiColombo's MERTIS instrument was able to observe Mercury. This radiometer and thermal infrared spectrometer will measure how much the planet radiates in infrared light, something that depends on both the temperature and composition of the surface.
This was the first time that any spacecraft measured what Mercury looks like in mid-infrared wavelengths of light (7–14 / &etiometers). The data that MERTIS will collect throughout the mission will reveal what types of minerals the planet's surface is made of, one of the key Mercury mysteries that BepiColombo is designed to tackle.
BepiColombo's other science instruments will monitor the environment outside Mercury's magnetic field. Among other things, they will measure the continuous (but changeable) stream of particles coming from the sun known as the solar wind.
The other instruments switched on during this flyby are the magnetometers MPO-MAG and MMO-MGF, the MGNS gamma-ray and neutron spectrometer, the SIXS X-ray and particle spectrometer, the MDM dust monitor and the PWI instrument that detects electric fields, plasma waves and radio waves.
BepiColombo, a joint mission between ESA and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), will be the second and most complex mission ever to orbit Mercury. It comprises two science orbiters: ESA's Mercury Planetary Orbiter and JAXA's Mercury Magnetospheric Orbiter. While on their way to Mercury, the two orbiters are both attached to the Mercury Transfer Module.

In a new study, researchers at Google and CU Boulder have transformed millions of Autofid phones across the globe into a fleet of nimble scientific instruments - generating one of the mosoMdetKÁx eaps to date of the uppermost layer of Earth's atmosphere.
The group's findings, published Nov. 13 in the journal Nature, might help to improve the accuracy of GPS technology worldwide Hmfold. The research was led by Brian Williams of Google Researnt /×nir ehxed Jade Morton, professor in the Anntd ×. Smead oeYe8nt of Aerospace Engineering Sciences at CU Boulder.
"These phones can literally fit in your palm," Morton said. "But through crowdsourcing, we can use them to change the way we understand the space environment."
She and her colleagues used the GPS sensors that come standard in every smartphone to collect dat,tfw 4trt1-ehet?ere warped signals coming from satellites. In the process, they were able to view phenomena in the atmosphere, such as blobs high above the planet known as "plasma bubbles," in never-before-seen detail.
The group released its data publicly so that anyone can watch how the atmosphere swirW ad h shifted over about eight months. "Collaboration is c [ral to scientific progress and to our scientific research at Google," said Lizzie Dorfman, product lead for Science AI in Google Research. "Dr. Morton's expertise was essential to this research, and it has been an absolute pleasure working with her as a visiting researcher and collaborator."
Eye on the ionosphere
The study puts new focus on the ionosphere, a wispy layer of the atmosphere that stretches moeliN[e`t¥ eDtÓc(oblGace.
It's a volatile arena: Heratoc ´itfrom the sun constantly beat down on the 6mosphere, s1 P its molecules and atoms into a soupy mix of charged particles - what scientists call a plasma. It also never stays still.
"At 2 o'clock in afternoon, there are a lot more charged particles in the ionosphere because the sun is at its strongest," Morton said. "But at night, the sun is on the other side of the planet, so we have very few charged particles."
That fluctuation can play havoc with GPS technology.
Morton explained that the technology works through a sort of stopwatch in space: Satellites thousands of miles from Earth first beam radio waves to the planet. Your phone then pinpoints your location by measuring how long it takes those signals to reach the ground.
Scientists try to account for how the ionosphere mit shift that timing by mapping this region of space using radar dishes on the ground. Currently, however, they can onlyXateRt 14% of the ionosphere at any one time. As a result, GPS devices may miss your exact location by anywhere from a few to several dozen feet.
"There are a lot of applications that require a lot of accuracy - for example, landing aircraft," Morton said.
Bubbling up
In the current fc, n, the researchers landed on an unusual idea: RatheÏea ivy on expensive radar dishes, they could map the ionosphere using a suite of sensors that already existed in every country on Earth: Android phonea¦
The ionosphere maps are created using aggregated measurements of the radio signals between satellites and the receivers in some qa eivices. Privacy protections ensure tcese measurements do not identify any contributing individual devices.
In particular, th&easfo}he phones toqk in real time how the ionosphere stretches out radio waves coming frn stellites.
The team reported that, on its own, this worldwide fleet could observe roughly 21% of the ionosphere - potentially doubling the accuracy of GPS devices worldwide.
"Millions of phones together can do a much better job of2onitoring the atmosphere than our ground network," Morton said.
The group's maps also capture the ionosphere in brilliant detail.
In May 2024, for example, a powersitt solar storm struck Earth just as the group's cell phones were looking upxn the hours that followed, huregions of atmosphere, or "plasma bubbles," containing low concentrations of charged particles formed above parts of South Ameri°hose bubbles then rose through the ionosphere like wax in a lava lamp.
Morton, for her part, says the study shows the untapped potential of the everyday technologies that many people take for granted.
"I have spent my lifetime building dedicated instruments to do scientific research," Morton said. "But as technology advances in our society, we see all these sensors at our dispo2 Ôea t have a lot more power than we ever imagined."

Q&A: Transforming research through global collaborations

Q&A: Transforming research through global collaborations
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The MIT Global Seed Funds (GSF) program fosters global research collaborations with MIT faculty and their peers abroad — creating partnerships that tackle complex global issues, from climate change to health-care challenges and beyond. Administered by the MIT Center for International Studies (CIS), the GSF program has awarded more than $26 million to over 1,200 faculty research projects since its inception in 2008. Through its unique funding structure — comprising a general fund for unrestricted geographical use and several specific funds within individual countries, regions, and universities — GSF supports a wide range of projects. The current call for proposals from MIT faculty and researchers with principal investigator status is open until Dec. 10.
CIS recently sat down with faculty recipients Josephine Carstensen and David McGee to discuss the value and impact GSF added to their research. Carstensen, the Gilbert W. Winslow Career Development Associate Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering, generates computational designs for large-scale structures with the intent of designing novel low-carbon solutions. McGee, the William R. Kenan, Jr. Professor in the Department of Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences (EAPS), reconstructs the patterns, pace, and magnitudes of past hydro-climate changes.
Q: How did the Global Seed Funds program connect you with global partnerships related to your research?
Carstensen: One of the projects my lab is working on is to unlock the potential of complex cast-glass structures. Through our GSF partnership with researchers at TUDelft (Netherlands), my group was able to leverage our expertise in generative design algorithms alongside the TUDelft team, who are experts in the physical casting and fabrication of glass structures. Our initial connection to TUDelft was actually through one of my graduate students who was at a conference and met TUDelft researchers. He was inspired by their work and felt there could be synergy between our labs. The question then became: How do we connect with TUDelft? And that was what led us to the Global Seed Funds program.
McGee: Our research is based in fieldwork conducted in partnership with experts who have a rich understanding of local environments. These locations range from lake basins in Chile and Argentina to caves in northern Mexico, Vietnam, and Madagascar. GSF has been invaluable for helping foster partnerships with collaborators and universities in these different locations, enabling the pilot work and relationship-building necessary to establish longer-term, externally funded projects.
Q: Tell us more about your GSF-funded work.
Carstensen: In my research group at MIT, we live mainly in a computational regime, and we do very little proof-of-concept testing. To that point, we do not even have the facilities nor experience to physically build large-scale structures, or even specialized structures. GSF has enabled us to connect with the researchers at TUDelft who do much more experimental testing than we do. Being able to work with the experts at TUDelft within their physical realm provided valuable insights into their way of approaching problems. And, likewise, the researchers at TUDelft benefited from our expertise. It has been fruitful in ways we couldn’t have imagined within our lab at MIT.
McGee: The collaborative work supported by the GSF has focused on reconstructing how past climate changes impacted rainfall patterns around the world, using natural archives like lake sediments and cave formations. One particularly successful project has been our work in caves in northeastern Mexico, which has been conducted in partnership with researchers from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and a local caving group. This project has involved several MIT undergraduate and graduate students, sponsored a research symposium in Mexico City, and helped us obtain funding from the National Science Foundation for a longer-term project.
Q: You both mentioned the involvement of your graduate students. How exactly has the GSF augmented the research experience of your students?
Carstensen: The collaboration has especially benefited the graduate students from both the MIT and TUDelft teams. The opportunity presented through this project to engage in research at an international peer institution has been extremely beneficial for their academic growth and maturity. It has facilitated training in new and complementary technical areas that they would not have had otherwise and allowed them to engage with leading world experts. An example of this aspect of the project’s success is that the collaboration has inspired one of my graduate students to actively pursue postdoc opportunities in Europe (including at TU Delft) after his graduation.
McGee: MIT students have traveled to caves in northeastern Mexico and to lake basins in northern Chile to conduct fieldwork and build connections with local collaborators. Samples enabled by GSF-supported projects became the focus of two graduate students’ PhD theses, two EAPS undergraduate senior theses, and multiple UROP [Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program] projects.
Q: Were there any unexpected benefits to the work funded by GSF?
Carstensen: The success of this project would not have been possible without this specific international collaboration. Both the Delft and MIT teams bring highly different essential expertise that has been necessary for the successful project outcome. It allowed both the Delft and MIT teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the expertise areas and resources of the other collaborators. Both teams have been deeply inspired. This partnership has fueled conversations about potential future projects and provided multiple outcomes, including a plan to publish two journal papers on the project outcome. The first invited publication is being finalized now.
McGee: GSF’s focus on reciprocal exchange has enabled external collaborators to spend time at MIT, sharing their work and exchanging ideas. Other funding is often focused on sending MIT researchers and students out, but GSF has helped us bring collaborators here, making the relationship more equal. A GSF-supported visit by Argentinian researchers last year made it possible for them to interact not just with my group, but with students and faculty across EAPS.

Mini eaps rant here:
I bet it’s another Vanny situation. But this time with Vincent. I’m just calling it. He’s got everything it takes to pull this off yet he seems unaware he’s doing it (if it is him). As far as I know, that’s what vanessa/vanny did.
ALSO I’d like to point out that if William is gender bent in this dimension (as Wanda, same letter for starting the name) then that can be the situation with Vincent here. (Think of, one is now a girl so another has to be a guy. It’s just a swap of who’s who in that regard.)
Idk. It’s only a theory. But I bet it is him.
I wonder what he’s called within the suit.
