What I love about this line is the fact that Percy is genuinely so new to this world. He has no frame of reference for what they've given him besides 1. foreign currency and 2. fake money. The way he says the second half of this line is so matter-of-fact that it implies Percy has just fully accepted that people in this wack-ass world of Gods and Monsters would fully give him useless currency. "I have no idea what the fuck this is, and no one is explaining anything to me."

Not a dumb question! For Kazutora, it depends a bit on the situation rather than being just one or the other. He's not going to go out and start fights with them, that's not his thing. He doesn't like that. It reminds him a lot of his father whom he despises (albeit he isn't fond of his mother either). But if one of them attacks him first, he'd probably strike back in an eye for an eye style. Like just for example, he'd probably have no problems throwing hands with Yuzuha or Senju if they tried to attack him first. But otherwise he's not going to without being provoked.
