More personal D&D character study writings. This one is on Judge, my warforged barbarian/fighter in a heavily modified Curse of Strahd campaign. Judge is the spirit of a deceased Paladin inhabiting a massive suit of armor, given the chance to redeem his past failures by striking down the evil in Barovia.

Brown- do I have a set writing space?

No not really, I either sprawl out on my couch with music on and a glass of wine or crunch up in my bed like a gremlin with a few pillows stacked behind me lol 💀

Tan- would you be down to collab?

Yes! Would probably have to be a snippet because I have approx 0.24 seconds currently to dedicate to writing, lol. But my first collab was with crimson recently where they made a moodboard for plant Au and it was a great experience 🥰🖤

No.

Not sure – I get very sentimental watching films, especially on planes (lack of oxygen?) – it’s kinda embarrasing

Golf. I used to play soccer, Australian rules football and cricket.

Well, obviously! Though I’m trying to get better.

I recognize that this incredibly niche drabble about the entirely-OC party of a Planescape D&D 5e game I'm in (with fairly major setting alterations and no context, regardless!) probably will not catch anyone's eye, but hey, I'm proud of myself for writing again, so I figured I'd put this here.

Shai'a Crescent, a Void Genasi native of Sigil and Factol of the newly reformed Mercykillers faction, tries to come to terms with her past trauma and the girl she left behind to become the avatar of justice she is.

This whole fucking album is painful and perfect.

I have! I actually a whole long ass convo with @100hearteyes about it 😅 she's a fellow fletcher hoe (you're welcome 😏) and broke it down. It's a really painful album but it shows so much internal growth. Like from beginning to end you can feel this evolution of her and her healing process and even more, the growth between this and Sex Tape(s) is just,,, miles apart. She always writes so much emotion, love her

Personastuck is 10 years old this year what the actual hell (first chapter posted in 2013!)

Writing and getting feedback on this story meant the world to lil 18 year old me. It wasn't the best narrative, the most socially conscious or anything, but it was an important step in my journey as a writer and a vital part of embracing my creativity at a very vulnerable age

I recently reread it and was surprised at how... Warm it made me feel, like looking into a window to myself a decade ago. For all its flaws, I am so so glad I brought this story into being. It lets me connect to my younger self and the world he inhabited in a way that few other things do

I'd be so happy to show 18 year old Dysco how much I write now. I don't share as much, but it's out there. Creativity still being exercised and valued, maybe more than ever before.

It's just a silly crossover fanfic, yeah, but it was my silly crossover fanfic. If you're still around from those days, thank you for sticking around. I hope I'm a better person nowadays, hehe.

But I’m obviously going to read it anyway, because duh.

Well I appreciate you being willing to give me the benefit of the doubt, I mean that genuinely 🥺. And I understand anyone who elects to pass it up. No shame if it'll upset you, it's just fic! Fic should be fun and if you don't like angst then it's not for you. Always do you boo😘

I know it seems like such an unsavory piece of work but if it helps anyone, in my head all my fics go to full on fruition before ever being written, so I know exactly where they lead a year, 5 years, 20 years down the road after the last line of the fic ends. And in this, just like every other clexa story for me, they end up happy 🤷‍♀️ sue me I'm a romantic

I've just not really written or toyed with the pain of a broken, but life altering love like this before and I think exploring the journey and layers of feeling interesting
