What is your moment that you feel like you succeeded with your cosplay?

For me it is photoshoots. I love the crafting part of cosplay the most, but when I see it on a picture beautifully captured by a photographer, that's the moment I can say like, wow I succeeded portraying this character!

When I got to borrow persephonecostumes her Yennefer cosplay, I was a bit anxious, not knowing if I could pull off the character, but I was excited to cosplay them! When we were at kingdomofelfia I was so happy tehweiman took pictures of me and when he showed me the picture on his camera I freaked out, "now I really feel like Yennefer!" I said and I truly meant it, now I feel that again when looking at this picture. Thank you Jeroen, you captured a beautiful memory! ❤️

alrighty folks, finally back at my hotel! i literally waited for about nine hours to get these photos, but it was 100000% worth it. the cast is literally the sweetest ever

bonus points for alex posting my map on her story. extra bonus points for jo quite literally telling me i looked hot and deserved to be there and nearly bringing me to tears.

Mr. Torgue Cosplay during VienCon 2023

So the first pool cosplay I did for VienCon was my fabourite weapons manufacturer from Borderlands Mr. Torgue

This was such a fun cosplay to do. I got lot's of compliments on my sick mustache and met lot's of Borderlands fans (who were all incredibly lovely)

I had a ton of fun! And I got recognized twice :D

They did not have JD 2023-2024 at the just dance station though which was sad :(

Posing in this jacket was a struggle, mostly because the boas were not long enough so you could see the yellow jacket underneath in a lot of poses. Prime example: these attempts at Sara’s Tainted Love selection screen pose!
