thinking about how laius is really the only party member to wear full armor... i know it's because hes supposed to be like the one who does most of the fighting for the party but like. how much extra danger has he been in compared to the rest of the crew. what if they just stuck him in that because they were worried about him being a dumbass and getting hurt. fantasy equivalent of wrapping him in bubble wrap

in regards to whether pockets or ears over hijabi, isutsumi from early in dungeon meshi is a good reference for making pockets for the ears!
