Maybe it's an unpopular opinion, but I don't think Kabru is feminine. What part makes him feminine? His emotional sensitivity? His well groomed appearance? His inoffensive handsomeness? His bisexual appeal? His shortness??? (Okay jk, he's short for white ppl but he's normal height for Asians.)

Are English speakers fucking okay because those are normal traits to find in good men, and they don't make him feminine. Idc if you make him more feminine in fanarts cause I do that myself, but it's weird when some of his fans insist that he's canonically this fresh take on gnc men. unpopular opinion but i prefer farcille unrequited... for the first time since donato's death marcille loses someone she loves and it tears her heart to shreds. she stands there soaked in blood and reanimates her corpse but when falin awakens marcille's more frightened than ever. frightened for her and frighted of her. she's come within an inch of losing her forever and she can never look at her the same way again. within days falin is torn away again, and marcille's perception of her warps and twists until it's a tangled knot of pure emotion. her love's not just philia! it's not just eros! it's storge and xenia and horrifically misguided agape, all interwoven with grief and pain and longing. falin isn't just a person any more. her glaciated body becomes the symbol of everything wrong with the world. all of the heartache marcille is destined to carry. marcille would uproot the world for her, without ever asking her permission!

and when falin is revived, when she's clothed and fed and safe, what does she want? she wants to see the world for herself. she wants freedom and adventure and risk and autonomy. marcille projected her every desire upon to her but after everything, she has to let her go! it's what's right! arghghgh.
