imo-Artist have the ability to tune into things that many of us can't. This is a design i've been building in my head for a few weeks. Today I just figuried out how to move the HOT air with NO Electricity. Blog post explanation in the works....Cleaning house is not my fav thing to do plus i'm lazy a lil too. By having this whole system outside the home: i wont have to bring firewood inside that i have to cleanup after and it will require less work as well by not having to pack the wood inside....The Sand Filled #hotbox will stay HOT for awhile after the fire in the wood stove runs out as well. The #HotBox is also a type of Sand Battery system I just learned about thru this video posted on my renewable energy blog https://stlouisrenewableenergy.blogspot.com/2022/12/1752-diy-sand-battery-theory-practice.html....that UK guys vids speech "wording" / spelling for the #Peltier device. took me awhile to figure out what he was saying. create electricity when heated or cooled. runs the fans that force the air for the DownDraft Gasifer + Forced air into home...Fuk the Electric Company (forced air fans) and Fuk the Gas Company (hot water) all in one sytem. This entire system works all on its own by the heat gernerated by burning wood or pellets in the stove. The more the show progresses, the more I want to see the 90s cast infiltrating the modern timeline. We've gotten hints of it with Shauna and her younger self, her Jackie hauntings. We've gotten a little more with adult Lottie seeing teenage Nat (and Laura Lee), and with Natalie getting teenage Lottie in her final moments. I want more. I want the teen cast to be absolutely invasive on pivotal adult moments, infecting their adult counterparts when least expected. I want Taissa's argument with Van to dissolve into their teenage selves, their bond endless and timeless and inescapable. I want Misty absolutely wrecked by young Natalie lurking around corners, watching from mirrors. I want to see these women unable to navigate adulthood without the specters of their teenage selves cropping up absolutely everywhere, more and more as they let the memories in, as they stop being able to repress the trauma. They didn't grow up. They never could. You are always doomed to regress around your high school teammates. You are haunted by the phantom elements of your misspent youth. It is a comfort, and it is a gift, and it is a trial, and it is a curse. I would love to see that reflected with greater intensity, until the lines blur, until the timelines have no choice but to intersect. They haven't escaped themselves at all. They didn't grow up. They just got older.

everyone is clowning alicent for writing letters to rhaenyra and taking that small council guy's reaction ("an apology for her dead son?") as proof that she is so stupid and politically inept but i do think that proceeding diplomatically is the best course of action in her scenario. alicent does not lack awareness that her attempts at reaching out to rhaenyra are unlikely to produce results; she admits as much to otto in this very episode when she agrees with his assessment that violence is inevitable. but that doesn't mean she shouldn't do her best to temper any retaliation from rhaenyra's faction. appealing to rhaenyra is literally all she can do from her position and her best chance at minimizing the scale of any ensuing conflict. that this small council member is so comfortable openly deriding her -- the former queen who once sat at the head of the council -- speaks more to how drastically her power has been diminished since aegon's coronation.

WAIT I JUST HAD ANOTHER THOUGHT FOR THE DISASTER MEET THE INLAWS DINNER:

okay context: so in this AU, Danny and Dan are the only ones who don't know the batfam secret. Jazz figured it out when they first moved in next door to Jason. Damian told Elle after she trusted him with the truth about being a halfa. Elle didn't tell anyone else since it was a secret Damian trusted her with, while Jazz & Jason assumed that everyone else in the Nightingale family knew and never really brought it up.

It just completely sailed over Dan & Danny's heads. Even though part of the deal the family worked out with the Spirit of Gotham is to help protect her Bats and Birds (that's why Dan ended up in Bludhaven, to help keep Nightwing safe) and they regularly (secretly) follow the batfam around during patrols and fights to help make sure nothing bad happens to them.

Which brings us to the disaster dinner where, after things have almost calmed down from the chaos and embarrassment of Elle and Damian's power point & movie, everyone is actually almost getting along. Turns out, getting horribly roasted by the two gremlins helped break the ice a bit. It's kinda hard for the Bats to hold on to as much of the suspicion for the Nightingales as before when they just watched a supercut of everyone’s most embarrassing moments from the past five years with color commentary from the Chaos Duo.

Which is to say Danny is feeling comfortable enough - with some edging on by Elle - to reveal his conspiracy theory about who Batman is, to Bruce.

Just looks Bruce straight in the eye and with his whole heart and soul asks, "So, like you're for sure Batman's sugar daddy right?" -
