got totally blindsided by a whole fucking beautiful chapter on IRL a/b/o pack dynamics in a sociological nonfiction nyt bestseller book I was reading

EVERYONE SAY THANK YOU, ISABEL WILKERSON FOR INCLUDING THIS CHAPTER IN CASTE (great and challenging read btw, highly recommend) i am also honestly like why is there a whole chapter dedicated to this is she secretly an A/B/O fan LMAO

a few choice quotes for all my fellow a/b/o fiends out there:

Here's that tutorial i mentioned earlier. i spent so much time tinkering around wiv the feesh, it seemed a shame not to share it, but the mechanics were a bit more involved than i figured i could explain wiv just text overlays.

It's a decent example of taking a bunch of relatively simple systems and stringing them into something wiv a fair amount of granularity, and i like that. There really isn't anything much more fancy than your basic logic tools. One thing i should have mentioned, but forgot, was that the same basic principle will work wiv SackBots too, you just need to get the batteries wired to the dstick in the controllinator. i know i used to use something like that back when i did my old review show, but i'd have to take a peek at the logic again to make sure it works the way it does in my head.

Hopefully my explanation isn't too crap, and this might give you some ideas of things you can do in your own levels, tho'. ----------------------------------------- i tell you, had had some feelings setting up that little sento scene to show off the deadfeesh, and i think i might make a little video diary thing to talk about it. Or maybe not. My feelings come and go quick, and i think i'd want this to be honest.

My first gay disaster moment! I went to Disney when I was like 4. My favorite princess was Snow White so I got to meet her and get a picture taken. She. Kissed. My. Cheek. I was blushing so hard and was like so in awe. I have the pics and video tapes still. Yes it was the 90s. I remember watching them awhile ago thinking this is the moment the fairy gay mother hit me with the anti dstick it all makes sense now. Why did it take so long to admit I'm gay? Can I say Snow White was my first kiss?!?!?

I’m a karamel shipper and i full heartedly agree. They won’t give us karamel but won’t make supercorp official. Like. Just choose one an dstick with it.
