Pfft rewatching old dsmp vods, particularly the end of Tommy’s exile arc. And Dream says “I have been nothing but gracious to you” as both he and Tommy are literally standing at the edge of the crater of Logstedshire that Dream just blew up.

Like yes, it’s super messed up and manipulative.

But now I’m imagining a Sunday Comic on a newspaper, with a crater at the bottom, Dream looking at Tommy with his hands on his hips. And Tommy staring at the crater with horror. And Dream’s words at the top of the comic in quotation marks “I have been nothing but gracious to you”

Maybe a little arrow that points to Dream that says “made the crater” for clarification purposes

Christmas hc for the holiday season!

C!Tommy can't wrap gifts. At all. He wrestles with the paper every year and it always ends up looking like shit. No matter what he does. He also refuses to ask for help or use bags because "what do you mean, my gift wrapping skills are immaculate!"

No one dares to correct him and honestly they appreciate his effort (even if they have to dig through mountains of tape)

Dang, I’ve realized that hearing Tommy say “I’ve got pep in my step” makes me feel uneasy, unlike when I first watched the dsmp streams live.

I had been happy for him. Hurray! He’s happy again! His motivation is back!

But now my brain sees it as some sort of omen instead of a celebration.

I have not been uploading any dsmp art because of the low publicity they are getting but fuck it, I'm pretty sure I sold my soul to the Devil while working so I want SOME appreciation however meager.

thinking about how ctubbo was supposed to be the rational one who suppressed his emotions for the logical endgame yet his most common motifs are fireworks and nukes and flashy explosions.

thinking about how ctommy was the fiery passionate one whos emotions always fan high yet his most common motifs are the ocean and the cold and the darkness of isolation.

they literally mirror each other in every way

I'll never regret being part of a fandom that collectively looked at the canon ending, went "nah" and came up with a bunch of their own versions

I ship tnt duo as being a queer relationship between two aro-spec guys who under different circumstances would be like soulmates but without the romantic stuff which is part of why they would be drawn to each other. Quackity craves closeness which leads to him mistakenly thinking it’s the romance that he’s seeking due to how often the two things are lumped together in common society. He loves and he loves hard but the love he feels isn’t that of couples but closer to when two people move near seamlessly with each other like parts of the same machine rather than a system. It’s a level of platonic intimacy that is often lost when speaking due to the lack of proper words to describe it.

Wilbur genuinely enjoys being in Q’s company and finds it easier to be himself due to the lack of usual social expectations. 

Kind of like Jessie and James of Pokemon Team Rocket sort of dynamic where even outside of work they are generally near each other in some way although not really dating or anything, closer that any friends but repulsed by the idea of getting married and such.

Which brings me to the conculsion that it would be an interesting parallel to have both this and the aro-ace Tubbo and Ranboo thing going on. Like they are a “in a more perfect world this could have been them” example. Relationship narrative foils.
