After asking what you think, the Devil's Pack's reaction to Hansry would be, I got stuck with some thought:

Henry who works every day from dusk till dawn. Either he is out on a quest, helping some people around the Devil's Den or working in the forge. In the evening, he is just wasted. So he drinks one or two beers with the others before heading to bed - but then there is Hans, who demands Henry's attention as well. Every morning, Henry looks more tired than the night before, because of his "duty" towards his lord. (With Hans most likely glowing more every morning and being in best shape.)

At some morning, when Henry has his head buried in his hands, completely destroyed from his daily routine, the Dry Devil passes by with the words: "That's the husband's burden, boy" - and that's it. Just some simple, dry words. No shoulder clap or anything. Just a quick hit-and-run that leaves everyone with a very odd silence.
