The only thing I disagree with Oda on with that alcohol tolerance chart is I always thought the story implied that Nami’s was higher than Zoro’s. She goes way harder than he does in Whiskey Peak, yet they’re both at the same level of sobriety by the end. Nami even says she could’ve drunk more for even longer, and Zoro’s response to this implies to me that the same wasn’t as true for him. Then in Fish Man Island Nami says she’s “a bit tipsy” while Zoro appears to be sleeping off the same amount of alcohol. And finally in Punk Hazard Zoro might last longer against the gas attack that makes people drunk, but Sanji - known light weight - gains an unexplained second wind and sobers up first while he’s in Nami’s body. The right after that Zoro isn’t able to wake up from the gas’s effects without assistance.

I would dare to guess that it would not be "lady like" for Nami to be able to deadass outdrink Zoro or be shown very drunk

Its also possible Zoro could drink more but does not enjoy to go to that limit

Or that Zoro can drink more but Nami holds her booze better, so when Zoro hits his limits he is instantly out of commission while Nami can keep going
