Hi, Bex! I was thinking about Rapunzel's power today, and I completely understand your argument (duly supported by Glen Keane's words) that the tear was the last of her healing power. Ok, she doesn't heal anymore. But that cannot be the only magic inside her, right? I mean, if she is the Sunflower, she must still have some kind of power inside her; otherwise, the rocks just wouldn't go after her, wouldn't recognize her. What do you think?

Demanitus told us that combined, the Sundrop and Moonstone have this huge power within them.

However, I’m really curious about how much of her current power is sun-related and how much is moon. Her hair is unbreakable like the rocks (moon), she can control the rocks (or could before Cass took the Moonstone, we don’t know if she still can) (moon), she can reverse heal (moon, according to the imagery used while she sang the Reverse Incantation).

But Demanitus also pointed out that the moon cannot shine without the sun, which sounds like the sun can do all the moon’s tricks, but not necessarily vice versa? I don’t know.

What about her hair’s protective nature? Is that the sun? What about its tendency to float? Is that the sun reacting to the moon or the moon itself?

The lore is clearly not fully laid before us, yet. I hope we get a full explanation, because leaving questions will leave me very dissatisfied. lol

Hey Bex! Just sharing a thought here. I have had a suspicion with Eugene's gloves ever since he started wearing them in BTCW. Like... why gloves? He looks good with them, no doubt, but, I don't know, I never really understood them. And then I noticed he's never wearing them when Rapunzel uses her power. Perhaps they touching each other, like, skin-touching, may have something to do with the magic?

Hi Bex! I know we have a lot to see on S3: Moonsandra; Zhan Tiri & his Deadly Disciples; Dark Kingdom family dramz; Varian's redemption (?); the proposal; random Shorty crazyness... and so on. With so much to happen, do you think the separatists of Sapporia will show up?

You know, I really hope they do! I really loved that mundane angle of political intrigue, and it would be kind of neat to see them again (even though they apparently weren’t as mundane as I thought, since they traveled around with magic carts and books and things.)

Hey Bex! I don't know if you watch Brooklyn Nine-Nine, but on the last episode Rosa showed up with a very long hair, and Jake said: "Wow! Mother Gothel finally let you out of the tower to see the lanterns that fly on your birthday?" and she's like "What?" and he: "It's a Tangled burn! Charles and I watched it on Bros' Night". I loved it! ^_^

I am so very aware of that incident. XD B99 is a show that’s on my list of need to watch. I’ve seen a little, and I watch all the clips and look at all of gifs that float across my dash. So I’m basically familiar with the characters and their relationships to one another.

Just throwing and idea here: "Freebird", title of a new episode; and "Friedborg". May be my faulty English, but both words seem very similar. Ok, it's probably just a coincidence, nevermind ^_^'

Yeah, just a coincidence. “Freebird” is probably a reference to Rapunzel’s specific freedom (and the first thing I though of when I read the title was the song by Lynyrd Skynyrd). Unless, it has nothing to do with that and is, instead, someone name or something. Hmmm... *thinks about that for a while*

Anyway Freideborg is an old German name that translates roughly to “peaceful castle.”

Hey Bex! Just so you and other dear Tangled fans know, "Lost Lagoon" is now available in Brazilian Portuguese: "Rapunzel e a Lagoa Perdida". It's so nice seeing the series get some love in my country! :D

Oh, how cool! That even the comics and books are being translated is pretty cool!

I'm away from the computer for two hours and when I return there's Ariana in chains, Eugene taking care of the Captain, Rapunzel behind bars and that gorgeous mural on her door with the birds. So many emotions. This series is destroying me and I'M LOVIN' EVERY MINUTE! I'm ready!!!

Remember when life was easy and Disney series based in movies (Aladdin, TLM, Hercules) were just simple cartoons, with simple stories, and the characters had simple crazy problems to solve, and the animation was awful? GOD WE ARE LUCKY TO BE ALIVE AND WATCH TANGLED THE SERIES

Eugene is just the best. Like... they just keep reiterating that for me in every little way.

Hey Bex! Your comment on my photo at instagram (@rapunzelocity) yesterday MADE MY DAY. Chris Sonnenburg, Mercury Filmworks and Becky Phelps ackowledged my existence?! My life is complete. AAAANYWAY, enough fangirling. I found a link on Amazon to pre-order "Tales of Rapunzel #5: Travels and Troubles", to be released on July 3. No pics, but that means our Rapz IS going to travel, yay!

Haha, I’m the one that fangirled! Someone posing their dolls inspired by my art? That’s a big deal!

Yep! I knew #5 was “Travels and Troubles”! I’m so excited to see where she’s going to let the wind take her! I can’t wait for the group to go traveling and for Rapunzel to finally feel truly free!
