Cathay Pacific Reports December 2019 Traffic
Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon carried a total of 2,994,830 passengers in December 2019, a decline of 3.6% compared to the same month in 2018. The passenger load factor increased by 1.2 percentage points to 85%, while capacity, measured in available seat kilometres (ASKs), decreased by 1.3%. For 2019 as a whole, the number of passengers carried declined by 0.7% against a 5.1% increase in capacity as compared to 2018.
Cathay Pacific Group Chief Customer and Commercial Officer, Ronald Lam, said, “Demand for travel into Hong Kong continued to be weak in December with our inbound passenger traffic seeing a year-on-year decline of 46% – unchanged from November. The sentiment for travel into Hong Kong was particularly weak on our regional routes such as mainland China, Taiwan and Japan. On the brighter side, our long-haul routes performed well with better load factors. Outbound traffic, meanwhile, was down 4% – a further improvement over the previous few months, but still significantly below what we would expect for a peak holiday month. Given the overall weak performance of both our inbound and outbound traffic, we remained heavily focused and reliant upon lower-yield transit traffic via Hong Kong, which grew by 15% compared to the same time in 2018. Overall, our passenger load factor in December improved by 1.2 percentage points from last year to 85%, partly due to a 1.3% reduction in capacity. 2019 was an incredibly challenging year for both the Cathay Pacific Group and Hong Kong. Our full-year load factor remained above 82% despite being 1.8 percentage points lower compared with 2018. Intense competition, particularly during the non-peak period, along with our greater reliance on transit traffic have continued to place significant pressure on yield.” The two airlines carried 177,561 tonnes of cargo and mail in December 2019, a decrease of 2.9% compared to in December 2018. The cargo and mail load factor declined by 1.3 percentage points to 66.4%. Capacity, measured in available freight tonne kilometres (AFTKs), was down by 3.8% while cargo and mail revenue freight tonne kilometres (RFTKs) dropped by 5.7%. For 2019 as a whole, the tonnage fell by 6.1% against a 0.3% reduction in capacity and a 6.7% decrease in RFTKs as compared to 2018. “On the cargo side, our overall volume in December was on par with November and we enjoyed good all-round support from and to all the regions in our network all the way through to the final week of the year. Our mainland China and Southwest Pacific routes were the outstanding performers, recording both month-on-month and year-on-year improvement in sales. Our focus on specialised cargo solutions continued to offer positives; we carried more mail and Fresh LIFT cargo, backed by strong demand for e-commerce and seasonal produce towards the end of the year. We also celebrated our first ever freighter flight to South America, carrying seasonal cherries from Chile back to Asia,” Mr Lam said. “As previously reported, our second-half performance will be significantly below that of the first half. We anticipate 2020 will continue to present us with a highly challenging operating environment. We remain agile in our operations, ensuring our capacity is best aligned with demand. As announced last month, we are reluctantly reducing our overall seat capacity in 2020 by 1.4% year-on-year as opposed to our original plan of 3.1% growth in light of the immediate commercial challenges we are facing.” This year, Cathay Pacific is scheduled to take delivery of its first Airbus A321neo is preparing for the Boeing 777-9 aircraft as well. In the end there will be nothing but cockroaches, The Rolling Stones and a simmering hate for a little airline called Vueling...
So...a few weeks ago, myself and my girlfriend flew to Italy with Vueling and subsequently death dropped to number two on the list of things I wouldn't wish on anyone ever. If you're bored, feel free to share in my complaint...

Hello there,
I recently had the misfortune of flying with your company. Company being the operative word. Gaggle of inept near-humans pretending to be grown-ups might be closer to the truth.
Firstly, our flight from Gatwick (6205) was delayed by over an hour - with no explanation given. In fact, it wasn't even acknowledged by any of your staff. Obviously, this meant that arrangements made in advance for transit from Florence airport were somewhat ruined. Had I known that this was going to be the best Vueling experience of the trip I would have cherished it and taken more photos of the plane grounded on the runway in order to create some sort of 'Happier Days' montage for us to look back on fondly as we sipped your overpriced (not complimentary stubby cans of warm Estrella on the journey back.
The journey back - well actually, that should be capitalised for dramatic effect. I'm actually thinking of selling my memoirs of the journey to Hollywood. I envisage Steve McQueen or possibly Frank Darabont in the director’s chair (I loved his work on The Green Mile). Obviously, Tom Hanks would be a good call to play me, but I fear he couldn't portray the relevant levels of anger. So I'm gonna plump for Tom Hardy.
Anyway, here goes:
'The Journey Back' - The unbelievable true story of a company crapping on it's customers from every angle with unrelenting fervour.
We arrived at Florence airport at 9am in order to check in a catch our 11:25 flight (BES1PA) to Luton. Granted, the timing might seem a little eager. As it turned out, we could've arrived half a day later and not even bothered packing our luggage - but we'll get on to that in due course. Upon checking our luggage in we were told that the flight was delayed. Our bags could be labeled, but we'd have to just go sit with them somewhere else until midday as Vueling didn't actually have a plane at the moment. Which, I must say is quite impressive for a company that deals predominantly in flying planes. The flight was now scheduled to take off at 14:25.
We were offered vouchers for snacks, but considering airport food has all the nutritional value of 7-day-old road kill we thought better of it. No doubt you may attempt to claim that this 5-euro voucher was adequate compensation for the ordeal ahead and tell us to swivel when we came scurrying back for some sort of explanation and fitting recompense. Currently I'm thinking front row tickets to Hamilton and stay in a top London hotel might suffice - but I'm just planting seeds for you.
Anyway, after bumbling around in the vacuous emotionless hole that is Florence Airport, and smoking 18 cigarettes in an attempt to pass the time and/or kill ourselves, midday trundled around. We went upstairs and put our luggage through. At which point we were offered another voucher as the flight was now delayed until 3:15. No doubt you were gaffer taping wings on to the side the fuselage or something. We did take these ones as y'know, road kill starts to look tasty after a while.
Upon going through security we discovered that the vouchers were no valid in the restaurant/bar. Which was helpful. There was however a shop nearby selling raw pasta, which looked equally appetising as, the cheese slab on slabs that the cafe was offering. So with my own hard earned money, I bought some bow-ties decked out like the Italian flag and gently gnawed away on them as my will to smile gently receded from my mind - it had long since departed my actually face. Replaced now by the vacant stare of a madman considering the rain.
At 14:35 we were invited to head though passport control. First time I've done passport control on that side of a flight before - but I guess Brexit has rightly pissed most people off and so customs and whatnot are just making things as awkward as possible these days.
As we all stood like cattle in the cold arid waiting area, listening as flight after flight departed Florence airport, we notice the time on the departure board for us change to 15:50. How lovely - even more waiting. By this point I had finished my pasta and decided on the perfect gift for my girlfriend for Christmas and she had succeeded in understanding the offside rule and named three animals for every single letter of the alphabet and at least one cheese. Productive no?
15:50 rolled around and the time changed again. 16:10 now. The prisoners started to get restless. One by one people, including ourselves started to approach the desk asking for some information. And one by one they were routinely ignored.
16:10 became 16:15 and then 16:20.
It was like you had decided to start a airline one day and then decided to not to follow the rules. I bet you cheat at Monopoly when you're the banker.
Eventually, we heard that the problem was that the pilot was doing last minute checks to the plane, as there was a wind outside. Which is believable as that is where winds are kept. In honesty it was more like a soft breeze. But I guess gaffer tape doesn't hold that well.
More planes for other destination valiantly ploughed on through the wafting air as their customers beamed joyfully. I wistfully tried to remember how happiness felt. But it made me cry, so I stopped.
Finally at around 16:30 an announcement was made. Note - this was the first announcement. The first one all day. It wasn't even properly rehearsed. Geez!
We managed to decipher that the plane would leave, but not all passengers would be allowed on board. Because of weight issues. I looked around nervously, had anyone seen me polish off a packet of raw pasta?!
Luckily I had booked speedy boarding and allocated seating - so my girlfriend and myself awkwardly shuffled past, under the glaring watch of our once thought comrades.
On a side note - I don't think that speedy boarding should be a thing when a shuttle bus is needed to take you to the plane. All that happens is that you walk on through smugly and then wait on a bus for all the riff-raff to fill it up. And as you're on first, you end up getting off last. I mean there was a woman with a family of five that got on the plane before us. I mean c'mon. She's flying Vueling with 5 kids. There's no way she forked out for priority tickets!
Anyway, once we arrived on the plane there was a further wait of about an hour while the bus went back and picked up another load and the pilot twiddled some of his knobs to the beat of the A-Team theme.
During this time, we learnt that this was an emergency plane. Called in from Barcelona a few hours earlier. Obviously because y'know, you're just simply incompetent at organising a flight in an airport.
Eventually, after falling asleep 12 times and pulling out 7 eyebrow hairs - WE TOOK OFF!
2 hours later and £20 lighter due to onboard nut prices, we arrived in Luton. Hurrah. The pilot acknowledged that the landing was a later than scheduled but that the weather in Luton was a lighter shade of grey. Which was helpful.
We got through customs and waited avidly for hour luggage to pass through the carousel. the Florence flight appeared on the board. Then disappeared. Then appeared. Then disappeared. Questions were asked. Questions weren't answered. And then approximately 80 minutes after the flight had landed, our half full flight was called to baggage security.
'We are sorry, no bags were loaded onto the plane'
?!?!?!?!?!?!
I mean - I'm sorry. But this is the the most insane thing I have ever heard. Not just that we were over 7 hours late. Not only that none of the baggage had been loaded onto the flight. But also that it took your crew 80 minutes to check the hold and relay 'Nope - it's empty' to the relevant people.
Looking back, surely all your staff knew that we were all boarding this flight without our luggage. As they smiled and charged us a small national debt for a drink and near-food they were thinking in the back of their minds 'Boy, these guys are gonna be pissed when they land bruv!' (vernacular dependent)
It's quite frankly astounding to the extent you managed to not get this right.

On top of the lack of communication, the atrocious handling of paying customers, the utter abomination of service and the ridiculousness of the entire process, we had important medication in one of the bags and every single time I tried to call Vueling to explain the urgency of this matter - I WAS HUNG UP ON!!!
Now, as I get breath back, literally, I would like to enquire as to what you will doing for us in order to make up for this cacophony of errors.
Whatever it is, I'd aim high as I am not really in the mood to debate with anyone at your 'company', and if I feel that you are not taking this issue seriously I will have no hesitation taking this matter further than you will really want me to.
I look forward to you reply - once of course you've couriered a computer over from Prague or something.

WHERE: Whitsundays Queensland Australia
ABOUT: More like a small town than an island resort and maybe best described as a small town on an island! Very hilly in places but lots of transport options and easy to get around. A mix of full time residential, occasional residential and holiday guests.
CLIMATE: Sub tropical. Winter nights and mornings can be a little fresh at around 15deg C. Daytime around 26deg C. Summer is hot. The island also gets very windy.
BEST TIME: Anytime. Winter may be best to avoid cyclone season.
ACCESS: Mostly by air direct onto the jet airport and serviced daily from all east coast capitals. Charter plane, private plane or helicopter also available. By boat from Airlie Beach (Shute Harbour) or private yacht.
BUDGET: Aimed at the higher end.
FOOD & DINING: A number of options from independently owned take aways and restaurants to in-house hotel dining. Self catering is another option if you have cooking facilities. There is a large IGA supermarket and bottle shop on the island.
COMMUNICATIONS: All majors telcos seem to work well.
AIRPORT / HELIPAD: A jet airport with all the usual regional airport facilities including night operations and fire. Jet A1 is available but arrangements may need to be made for Avgas. There is a control tower and landing fees apply.
GETTING AROUND: Mostly hired golf carts and they are expensive. Some high end properties come with a cart. There is a free shuttle bus service to take you to different parts of the island and runs regularly during the day. Most accommodation offers free pick up and drop off. If you're fit you can walk but it’s very hilly in places.
FACILITIES: Everything you would expect in a small town including Police, Ambulance and Fire along with doctors and chemist. A wide range of shops and eateries.
SUN LOVERS: NEW… Sun lovers will enjoy the pools and there are many to choose from near the hotels. The trick will be finding one away from screaming kids. Pools get a little shaded during afternoon winters so you may need to move around a little to follow the rays. There are some sun beds down on the beach and you are welcome to move them within reason. I’d suggest a walk down the far-east end of the beach. You may run into a few staffers but away from tourists. The faces north and is ok with a southerly wind. If the wind turns NE you may need to stick with the pools.
CAUTIONS & WARNINGS: Box jellyfish, otherwise known as ‘stingers’ are found down in the Whitsundays. Get local knowledge before entering the open water. Tidal levels are very big so if you a exploring a reef or sand spit, keep an eye on the tide. Keep doors closed as the cockatoos will come in and destroy your room. Finally, during summer be aware of storm season. This is a cyclone area.

Beercation Destination: San Diego

In San Diego, if you were to visit 10 breweries a day for a solid month, you still wouldn’t have seen them all, as surely five new would have opened up in that short time. Simply driving around the vast county, you’re just as likely to smell beer being brewed as you are to inhale the intoxicating scents of the Pacific Ocean.
A trip to this West Coast beer city and the sprawling county surrounding it can be hard to plan because there are so many options. As someone who visits multiple times a year, here are some tips to create the perfect San Diego beercation.

Start Planning Around a Marquis Event
Since San Diego’s weather is freakishly nice year round, it’s easy to plan a trip during the offseason. With SD Beer Week happening in early November, one could easily skip this entire post and show up with bag in hand, have a crazy fun week, and somehow mysteriously end up in Tijuana jail a few days later, complete with a new hop nugget tattoo on your lower back. The week is brimming with elaborate pairing dinners, tap takeovers, and a guild festival that, just like San Diego, is difficult to try everything.
If November doesn’t jive with your turkey, some other events to plan around include The Mission Valley Craft Beer & Food Festival (April), Modern Times Festival of Dankness (or Funk!) (August), and SD Rhythm & Brews (May). A personal favorite is the Brewbies fest which takes place in North San Diego at Bagby Brewing (February); the event that is adored by industry and reachable by train.

Brewery anniversary parties are also great to plan a trip around. Stone Brewing’s anniversary, which falls in late February, is overflowing with rarities from within their cellar and guest breweries tend to bring their black tie beers to help celebrate.

San Diego Beercation: Where to Stay
North Park is a great neighborhood all on its own, with 30th Street being the central hub of great beer bars, brunch spots and stellar breweries. The historic LaFayette Hotel is situated amongst all this, and is a great jumping off point with easy access to the downtown gaslamp district, beaches, the zoo and other brewery hotspots. The hotel was built in 1946, yet still maintains its poolside bungalow charm. Nothing is more relaxing than cracking a brewery-fresh crowler in a chaise lounge next to their Olympic-sized pool, only to have an impromptu poolside bottle share with traveling room-neighbors from abroad.

So, with your marquis event and a place to stay, what else are you going to do? Grab a free West Coaster Magazine (basically everywhere beer is poured and in your hotel) and get your fingers dirty with newsprint until something catches your eye. The beer map and directory is in the back, which is your guide to what is fresh and in season.
Starting your day in North Park is poised with possibility. Brunch at nearby Small Bar for $15 includes a full breakfast with a choice of beer (Pliny the Elder on draft, anyone?), a foot tall bloody mary, or even a local favorite michelada (beer bloody mary). Give your morning yawns a kick in the pants and put some money in their juke box, which is filled with all Bowie you can handle.
Bellies full, a stroll down 30th street is always filled with fun and photo ops. The juxtaposition of urban art, yoga mat-carrying locals and beer touristas makes for a sense of belonging. Stop in a store called ‘Simply Local’ to grab some seriously cool beer art by local artist Rudy aka “Craft Beerd.” and grab his $9 deck of San Diego Brewery playing cards to keep you busy while brewery hopping. While checking out, you must buy some local nuts made by North Park Nuttery. They’re created with locally-made beer, and shockingly taste like the beer they’re made of.
A couple doors down, Bottlecraft is the only bottle shop you need to stop in; be sure to stock up with treats to take home.
Whether or not you’re craving beer or coffee, Modern Times Flavordome has you covered. House-roasted coffee and 16 taps of beer, including Black House, their eye-opening coffee stout with house-roasted beans. Mike Hess Brewery and Fall Brewery make up my other must-visit breweries in the area, each with their own pint-worthy charm and incredible neighborhood vibes.
Within 3.5 miles of 30th street are four of the area’s best beer bars. For an epic trip, start at Blind Lady Alehouse, move to Tiger Tiger!, then Toronado San Diego, finishing with a quick #2 city bus ride to Hamilton’s Tavern in South Park. Lunch, and lots of water, is recommended at any of these places.

How to Get Around
In San Diego, it’s surprisingly easy to reach the best beer spots without driving yourself. I find a combination of bike rental, Uber, train and trolley are all fast, inexpensive and safe to reach most places. For all others, I reluctantly suggest a brewery tour. Although some might like the fast-paced big-bus tourist lifestyle, I prefer to mosey at my own pace and set things up in advance.

One service I highly recommend is the HotShots Brewery Tour group, which shuttles you around in a swank smaller-sized retired fire battalion wagon. Local beer, food and knowledge is dropped on their friendly experience, complete with phone chargers and plug-in stereo jack to jam out to your own tunes while stuck in traffic. Only drawback? No potty on board.
To Escondido, or Escondidon’t? Take the Hop Highway!
Some areas of San Diego are well out of the way, so much so that they have opened more convenient taprooms and restaurants within your travel bubble. Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens is a must for any first time San Diego beer traveler, even though their location near the airport at Liberty Station is also beautiful. The Escondido location is a place one can take their mom on Mother’s Day, a wedding party, or just a random day to chill at this destination brewery. Reservations for dining and tours is highly suggested. Protip: BYO ketchup.

With fresh gargoyle in your belly, hop along highway 76 for some incredible pockets of beer that are destinations on their own. San Marcos is a short ways away and is home to Port Brewing/ The Lost Abbey, Rip Current Brewing, and Churchill’s Pub & Grille, three San Diego landmarks. Vista is just a little bit up the road along the 76 with a brewer’s guild of its own, including Iron Fist and Belching Beaver. Just before you hit the ocean, the hop highway drops you off in scenic Oceanside, which quickly becoming a brewery hotbed on its own. Locals love Urge Gastropub & Whiskey Bank, complete with adjoining Mason Ale Works for their incredible burgers. Nearby, Bagby Brewing, ran by Jeff Bagby, is probably one of the most decorated GABF winners in history at his tenure with Pizza Port. His attention to detail with lower-ABV beers is remarkable.
Speaking of Pizza Port, Carlsbad is home to most of their operation with a brewpub, a bottle shop, and their huge canning operation in Bressi Ranch, which is a short drive away from Legoland theme park if traveling with children.

The San Diego Beer Pioneers
For every craft beer pioneer brewery in San Diego, there are usually several must-visit places around it. Set your GPS to Stone, Alesmith, Coronado, Pizza Port, Karl Strauss, and even White Labs yeast bank. Once there, it’s easy to find a few spots you have never heard of via Yelp, Untappd, or even Google Maps’ “nearby feature” on the phone app.
Operation Beeramar
Miramar is more than just a Marine base surrounded by fast food and furniture stores; it’s home to one brewery that has its own street named after it: Alesmith Brewing Company. The big brewing operation has forged the highly regarded Speedway Stout, and the three-time GABF gold medal winningest Barleywine, Ol’ Numbskull. Adding to their big beer program is a unique barrel blending experience called Anvil and Stave, which is sort of like a beer speakeasy, allowing visitors to create unique tastes on each visit. For the baseball fan, be sure to check out their Tony Gwynn museum after a sip of the bright and hoppy .394 Pale Ale, which the ball player personally put his stamp of approval on.

Alesmith’s original brewery is a short trip away, but now houses Mikkeller San Diego. Ex-Alesmith head brewer Bill Batton opted to stay with his storied brewhouse, making the transition to make the Copenhagen-based gypsy brewer’s beers. I find their freshness and vibe to be electric among San Diego’s finest, offering new takes on copycat classics.
Finishing the Beeramar trifecta, I like to visit something new while in the area. My last visit included Little Miss Brewing at only 20 days old. With a WWII bunker vibe and legit dart boards, the flight of bright and hoppy beers were the bomb, just like their logo.
Food & Nightlife During a San Diego Beercation
When beer touring, the need for food can become a necessity, but a little planning ahead can have you eating like the locals do, and hopefully squeeze in a couple fine-dining experiences into the trip. Touristy areas like Seaport Village and Old Town might be fun to shop, but the dining and beverage experience is somehow stuck in the 90’s. A couple miles from Old Town, get your burrito fix at Lucha Libre Gourmet Taco Shop. Fish tacos are also indigenous to the region and usually a safe bet on any local menu. Type “fish tacos” into Yelp, and don’t be shocked to see a few pages of 4-5 star results.

Little Italy offers several gastropub experiences with hip noun & verb type of names, but Craft & Commerce made me feel most at home. Their modern naturalist ambiance and surprisingly accessible menu is as tasty as it is Instagram-worthy. Plus, they have my favorite San Diego brewery on tap: Societe Brewing. If by chance you can’t make it out to their taproom, be sure to try their beer around town. You can thank me later.
As San Diego continues to solidify itself as one of the nation’s best beer spots, the thing that keeps me coming back is its ability to keep morphing into something better than it once was. It’s not just the quantity of breweries and bars that makes a place great, it’s the history, the landscape, and the passionate producers and local fans that consume beer that truly make for great beercation.

Hong Kong Visitor Arrivals Down 14.2% in 2019
According to the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), 55.9 million people visited the city in 2019. Arrivals in the first half-year of the year increased by 13.9%, but the number of visitors started to fall in July when the increasingly violent protests became more frequent leading to a decline of -39.1% in the second half of the year. The full-year arrivals were down -14.2% year-on-year. All source markets recorded a decline of visitors in 2019. The Mainland and short-haul markets recorded a drop of -14.2% and -18.7%, respectively, while long-haul markets and new markets fell -12.7% and -13.5%, respectively. Overnight visitors in 2019 also declined by -18.8% to 23.76 million.

Calhoun Becomes President and CEO of Boeing
David L. Calhoun assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of The Boeing Company on Monday Calhoun, 62, has served in various senior leadership roles within several large-scale enterprises including at the Blackstone Group, Nielsen Holdings and GE.
During his 26-year tenure at GE he led multiple business units including GE Transportation and GE Aircraft Engines. Calhoun has served on the Boeing Board of Directors since 2009 and served as chairman from 11 October to 22 December 2019. "I'm honored to lead the talented people of Boeing as we face our challenges. Working together, we will strengthen our safety culture, improve transparency and rebuild trust with our customers, regulators, suppliers and the flying public," said Calhoun. "With the strength of our team, I'm confident in the future of Boeing, including the 737 MAX." Boeing is one of the world's largest aerospace companies and employs more than 150,000 people worldwide. Travelport Appoints John Elieson as COO
Travelport has appointed John Elieson as Chief Operating Officer. Based in Travelport’s global headquarters in Berkshire, England, John will have strategic oversight of Travelport’s growth strategy, sales organization and M&A agenda.
Before joining Travelport, John was President and CEO of Radixx International, a company that provides technology solutions to the airline industry. Radixx was recently acquired by Sabre. Before that, John enjoyed a distinguished 30-year career with Sabre and its former parent company American Airlines, including roles as the leader of global sales for Sabre Airline Solutions and Sabre Travel Network’s leader of Global Accounts and Traveler Experience. Greg Webb, CEO of Travelport, said, “John has a consistent history of driving growth and building highly effective teams. He delivered transformational expansion of the Radixx business and I expect to see a similar impact at Travelport. He brings a wealth of industry and transactional experience to my leadership team and we look forward to welcoming him to Travelport.” John has an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and has served on boards for businesses, universities, municipalities and non-profit organizations. Vietjet Takes Delivery of Two More Airbus Aircraft
Vietjet took delivery of two new Airbus A321 aircraft, registered as VN-A521 and VN-A542, at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Saigon on 31 December 2019. Vietjet now has a fleet of 80 aircraft, with VN-A521 the third 240-seat A321neo ACF (Airbus Cabin Flex) aircraft in the world. The first two of the aircraft type are also operated by Vietjet. With the arrival of the two aircraft, the airline is ready to meet the high travel demands during the lunar new year period.
Vietjet’s third A321neo ACF aircraft has an innovative cabin structure to increase the total number of seats to 240. The aircraft is expected to deliver fuel consumption savings of a minimum of 16, noise reduction of up to 75% and a decrease in emissions of up to 50%. Both new aircraft feature leather seats. Vietjet currently owns one one of the world’s newest and most modern fleets with an average age of only 2.7 years. The airline has transported nearly 100 million passengers and operates 130 routes covering destinations in Vietnam as well as international routes to Singapore, India, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, China, Indonesia and Cambodia.
