I was sent three packets of this product to test. You pour the drink packet into 12 oz of water and then stir to mix. It says you can pour it into a water bottle and shake but I attempted this once and it chunked in the bottom of the water bottle so it is best to pour it into a glass and then add water followed by stirring. In the three days I noticed my weight stayed the same and did not fluctuate throughout the day. This time amount was not enough for me to know if it truly does work in helping you lose weight as I did not experience this. In fact the third day I gained two pounds. I found the drink to be almost intolerably sweet and was flavored as if you were chewing double bubblegum and drinking hawaiian punch at the same time. It is sweetened with stevia and has no artificial coloring which was a positive note about this product. The taste was so overpowering I found myself chugging it to get it down within the half hour because it must be drank within that time amount before it starts to lose its potency and degrade. It was not something I looked forward to since it is recommended to be taken in the morning on an empty stomach before a meal. I did as required drink 60oz of water throughout the day and found myself to be peeing every ten minutes as a result much more than I typically do. It is plant based and does not contain any GMO in it.  This product was initially designed to help type II diabetes stabilizing their blood sugar but in trials was found to not only help that but contribute to weight loss, increased energy, and decreased cravings for carbs and sweets. It is meant to help your body seek its ideal BMI and find its balance regardless if you are underweight or overweight.
