Domácí sušená rajčata

Máte doma tolik rajčat, že je nestíháte jíst, rajské polévky a omáčky už jste z nich dělali tolikrát, že už jich máte plné zuby, ale zároveň nechtece aby se zkazila? Můžete si je usušit a případně i naložit do oleje, nebo z nich vyrobit italské sugo (recept najdete také na našem blogu).

Ingredience:

rajčata

pokud chcete, tak i bylinky (bazalku, oregano, tymián,...), pepř, nebo sůl

Postup:

Rajčata nakrájejte na plátky o tloušťce 5-6 mm. Sušičku vyložte pečícím papírem. Naskládejte do ní rajčata, popřípadě posypte bylinkami, osolte nebo opepřete a sušte cca 8-10 hodin na střední program. V průběhu sušení rajčata otáčejte, aby nebyla jedna strana přesušená a druhá nedosušená. Samozřejmě můžete rajčata usušit i v troubě. Tam je sušte při nejmenší možné teplotě. Bude to trvat asi 8 hodin.
