The Sanctum of Kiltias

This hallowed ground is the epicenter of the Kiltian faith, a religion embraced across Ivalice. Strictly speaking, Bur-Omisace isn't a conventional city; rather, the entirety of Mt Bur-Omisace should be acknowledged as a colossal church/temple. Nestled in the northern mountains of Jagd Ramooda, it serves as a hub where devotees, guided by the esteemed Gran Kiltias Anastasis, known as the "Dreamsage," commit themselves to self-discipline and aiding refugees. Despite generous contributions from supporters, devotees strive for self-sufficiency.

Bur-Omisace holds no political or military might. Adhering strictly to Kiltian doctrine, which prohibits active involvement in global politics, the devotees maintain a distance from secular power, except for occasional agreements with local rulers to safeguard their autonomy. Nonetheless, as the HQ of the Kiltian religion, supported by the ruling echelons of numerous states, and with the Gran Kiltias participating in the succession processes of the Dalmascan and Nabradian thrones, Bur-Omisace does wield a certain sway over international affairs.

I’m a part of that server. Dreamsage had every right to boot Vida. He was causing unnecessary drama and a conversation with him made me so uncomfortable, I muted the server and didn’t return until I knew Vida was gone. He broke the rules and Dreamsage did what was right.

Hey Corva, Vida posted on his tumblr about getting kicked out of Josh's Discord server. Apprently the person in charge Dreamsage kicked him out for no reason, he wasn't going to doxx Lightning Bliss, Dreamsage claimed that Bliss disputed claims of stealing art assets even though Bliss admitted to it and Josh exaggerated why VIda was banned. Do you feel Josh and Dreamsage mishandled the situation and is it ok to enjoy Josh's content despite what he did?

I would not consider the words of someone who tries to slander people online and then whines when he gets called out on it to ever be a trustworthy source.

the Light of Kiltia

Located in the northern region of Jagd Ramooda, Mt Bur-Omisace serves as the headquarters of the Light of Kiltia. This sacred site is where the prophet Kiltia first spread his teachings. The area is marked by floating islands in the sky and the grand temple where the Gran Kiltias resides, creating a solemn and reverent atmosphere.

Surrounding the temple are homes for worshippers, as well as outdoor stalls and tents for pilgrims. However, with the rising conflicts between nations, the number of tents sheltering war refugees has surged. While the Kiltian priests are working to provide food and aid, they are starting to reach the limits of what they can offer.
