So last week, @drealtyc and I were on our way to a workshop and we had to get on this bridge to get to the other side. We hesitated, the bridge was dusty and had cobwebs, it looked like no one had been on it in a while. We thought maybe to wait and see if someone else would join us, but that would have been us wasting time. We were an hour early though, it's why I had time to take pictures of and on the bridge... _ Anyway back to my point... We got on the dusty bridge o, and we enjoyed our little adventure on it even. Like I learnt in @drshogo's class last week "paths are made by walking not waiting" and "confidence reinforcement or reinforced confidence (however you want to put it) is gained by doing." _ I keep talking to myself in these posts, but the point is don't look at how dusty or untrodden roads, take the step and just walk with your destination in mind. AND enjoy the walk, the process, the work you put into it! (at Ikeja|Lagos Mainland)

@drealtyc and I lost dear ones very recently, and we both thought of a way to empty some of the hurt - the only way we know best, WRITING about it. _ Here's "Pain" from us: _ There is no one way to handle pain No one way to keep you safe To keep you shielded or send it away Only to be strong even when fear's in the way You might have built a dam to keep the emotions The feat of being a strong tower might get too much You might not be able to handle its weight Your emotions might fail you Do not be ashamed Because that alone means peace and freedom _ (at Lagos, Nigeria)
