I do hope you've made a gap in your show schedule to grace us with your presence. I do so wish I could attend one in person, but I can't seem to go anywhere in public without getting odd looks.

I've heard you've struck a deal with your latest host? It's a bit unusual for a human to willingly let a curse in, is it not? I simply must learn the details when you get here. Should I address him too now? You must tell me his name if I should. Human or not, I would dread to be a poor host. Does he have any allergies I should be aware of when I prepare my menu? Please mention anything in your RSVP.

Im incredibly late on posting this and im so sorry for being slow, life got unexpectedly hectic and i just completely forgot to post my Halloween art here. I realized this year is literally about to end, so what better time to get caught up with all my art then the tail end of 2024?

anyway, during october i decided to do something called "drawlloween," a semi daily art prompt list for the spooky season! I was too busy to do all of the prompts, so in the end these were all i was able to do (listed in order from first pic to the last):

Day 1: Pumpkin Spice Witch

this was the prompt list i used. It was really fun to do! sucks i wasn't able to do all of them, but im glad i was able to do any at all given how busy my life is. Even though halloween has long since passed, and we're about to enter a new year, I hope you all had a good halloween this year!

Drawlloween 2024 Day 9! It's a two for one special today! It's the Wasp Woman! I drew the first one (color) and thought that I could do better so I did the second one (black and white). The film only shows the character in dim light and then only for a moment so I felt that I could interpret it how I wanted without disappointing anyone. The first (color) drawing was made with Dr. Ph Martin color inks (my first time using them), a #2 brush, and 100lbs. vellum bristol paper. The second (black and white) drawing was created using India ink, a #2 brush, and 100lbs. vellum bristol paper. Join me again tomorrow for another Halloween drawing! “Mussie”

Mussie is my local lake monster said to lurk in the depths of Muskrat Lake in the Ottawa Valley with documented sightings dating to 1906, but with claims dating to the early 1600s. I think Mussie is a muskie or muskellunge —a giant carnivorous fish species of the Great Lakes region similar to a pike that can grow as big or bigger than a man and who’s been known to chomp on one every now and then.
