This takes place after the second class trial

You have had your eye on Gundham since you've all arrived at the island. Ever since the free times you've had, you always spent them with Gundham. If not Gunham, then Kazuichi, which made Kazuichi a bit upset since all I did was talk about Gundham, and Kazuichi wasn't really fond of him. Since the killings have started to happen, you've only grown closer to him and his 'Dark Devas of Destruction'. This wasn't the best for your heart, many times you thought it would explode when you were close to Gundham.

You see, you'd love to confess to Gundham, but you weren't entirely sure if he was into guys even in the slightest. You could just walk up to him and ask "Hey are you gay? Bi maybe?", but that is too straightforward and weird. So you settled on just keeping these feelings to yourself and just being a close friend of his. That is until Chiaki caught on to me.

It was a cool morning and everyone was either waking up or already heading to the restaurant. You had barely got out of your cottage before Chiaki got in your face.

"Hey, (Y/N). Can I ask you something? In private...", you hated that term, 'in private'. It usually meant that something bad was going to happen, but you trusted that Chiaki wouldn't say or do anything weird.

"Uhm... Sure. Come in" I moved aside so Chiaki could enter. She immediately cornered me. "Do you like Gundham?" She seemed so confident in the question. I was shocked and frozen, I studdered before I even got out a comprehensive sentence. "Whawhawahaa?! How... How did you know? Am I that obvious..?" She backed off with a soft smile. "No, it took me a while to figure it out. Your really good at hiding your romantic feelings. Anyway, Akane and I want to help you and Gundham get together."

"Thanks, Chiaki, but how are you two gonna do that??" There's no way that they could set us up, right? Dumb question. "Akane already found out Gundham is bisexual, but he only likes people he's known for a while and is close to, so you definitely have a chance with him. All I need to do now is convince him to go to the beach with you." What "Wait wait wait, how did you find out he's bi?" "Akane just asked and he was fine with answering" Of course they just asked.

"We can have you and Gundham meeting up at night and Akane and I could set up some lights in the sand and a picnic" Chiaki looked up as she was thinking out loud. "But what about Monomuka? We aren't allowed to be out of the hotel resort after 10 pm." She just smiled, "I'll appeal. He enjoys teen romance so there's a good chance that he'll let us all be out after the curfew", "How do you know he likes teen rom-", "That's not important right now, meet with Gundham at the beach around 10:30 pm." She seemed so determined. I agreed and we both made our way to the restaurant together

Of course, we were a little late. Gundham was the first to notice us, I think he was staring at the door... "The rest of the mortals are here." God his voice was hot. Kazuichi looked over at us "Finally! Gundham and Akane were about to go looking for you guys!" Man, did we take that long? oh. my. god. What the FUCK is that? I was about to say something before I saw this hideous tribute to our recently deceased friend, Mahiru. I was going to say something rude about it before Hajime grabbed my attention. He was signaling for me to be nice about it and that Hiyoko made it. I spoke with an unsure voice "Wooww that looks so coolll. Whoever made that is verryyy talented.". Hiyoko seemed to be satisfied with it. Good because that's all I got in me.

I made my way over to a table so I can eat. Gundham glanced over at me and continued to eat at his own table. It was a quiet morning, everyone must have still been tired. After we had all finished and left, I went to the supermarket to get some sunflower seeds for Gundham. Yesterday he helped me with a cow attack at the barn, so I wanna try to pay him back. It was a good thing he was looking for me anyway.

I still had some free time after I came back from getting the sunflower seeds. I decided to look for Gundham since I knew he was free most of the time. When I finally found him he was talking with Chiaki and Akane at Jaberwok Park, they must be talking to him about going to the beach with me. That also means I need to find someone else to talk to, I get really bored if I'm by myself for too long. I could either look for Kazuichi and look for things he can take apart or just go annoy Fuyuhiko. I'll look for Kazu, I don't feel like hearing boss baby yell at me.

I walked to the 3rd island and was on my way to Electric Ave. since that's become Kazu's new hangout. When I got there he was already digging around looking for anything to fidget with. Kazu is a nervous guy, so I understand if he wants something to with his hands constantly.

"Hey, Kazo! What 'cha lookin for today?" I asked as I leaned over his shoulder to see what he's grabbing. "Anything really. Although it would be nice to find something to corrode the cameras that Monokuma put everywhere. Hey, have you seen some yellow wires anywhere?" He stopped whatever he was doing to look at me. "No, but I think I saw some orange ones by the old game consoles", I pointed to the pile not too far away from me. "No no no, It has to be yellow, orange won't work with my current project." He went back to rummaging. "What are you working on?" I turned my head to the side, it's a bad habit. "I'm trying to make a phone, so we can call someone or something. At least be able to play some mobile games so I'm not so bored all the time." He was still digging around.

"Ok then, see ya! I'm gonna go find Chiaki or Akane, whoever comes first." I said turning away. All I heard was a very faint 'bye' from Kazuichi, he probably wasn't listening. Oh well, at least he said bye. I walked back to the resort where our cottages are. I must have lost at least 30 pounds from all the walking between islands. As I was walking past the farm, I saw Akane. I walked up to her to ask about Gundham and if he was going to the beach. "Heyyyy Akaneeee!" I tried to strike up a conversation since I'm not very good at it. "Oh, what's up (Y/N)?" She definitely knows how to match someones energy. "Sooo what did Gundham say?" I asked, slightly bouncing from excitement. Akane just deadpans "What?". "About the beach! What did Gundham say about going to the beach with me?". "OOOHHH, he said he'll go with ya, but you have to not force him to swim with you. Something about him poisoning the water from his skin? I don't really know, I wasn't really listening". "Oh, that's fine! I won't force him!" I beamed.

"By the way, he said he wants to talk to you about something. He's at his cottage if you wanna talk to him right now." Akane seemed to not be interested in anything she's saying. She probably agreed to help Chiaki only because she was bored. "OK! Thank you, byeee!" I turned around and hightailed out of the barn.

As I was making my way towards the resort gate, I heard Sonia scream at the supermarket. I left the gates and started booking towards the market. When I finally got there, I didn't see her anywhere. I started calling out to her and poking around every crevice of the store. When I finally found her, she was just standing in the back, perfectly fine from what I could see. "Sonia oh my god! What happened? I heard you scream, are you ok?" I was panting from the running and looking. She looked at me with a pang of guilt in her eyes. "I am sorry for scaring you (Y/N), but thank you for taking the time to find me." She looked down at her shoes. "Well yea of course, but why did you scream?" I tilted my head to the side again. "I am terribly sorry (Y/N), but I have a kingdom to lead and I need to get back, I'm sure you understand. Right?" She slowly started walking towards me. I saw a screwdriver in her hand, It looks like....Kazuichi's! How did she even get his screwdriver? Oh what am I thinking, she probably just asked for it while batting her lashes and Kazuichi just gave it to her.

I started to walk backward until I was fully against the door. I quickly started to feel for a handle and scrambled out, back to the isles. As I was running towards the door, I felt a stabbing pain at the back of my head. After, my body felt numb, as if I couldn't control it. I fell. The last thing I heard was the door opening, it was Gundham. "Hello? I heard a scream so- (Y/N)!!" I really hope he finds the sunflower seeds in my pocket. At least the last thing I saw was Gundham.

the very strange and shocking announcement that “Monokuma” had made at Jabberwock Park, you felt both mentally and physically drained.

“I couldn’t even put the damn swimsuit on…” you muttered in obvious frustration as your body flopped onto the soft mattress making your bed.

Speaking of your cottage, you found it very interesting that it had a few things accommodating to your Ultimate talent, The Ultimate Digital Artist.

As you were just about to reach for a stylus pen sitting on your desk, you heard a knock on your door.

“Shouldn’t everyone be in their cottages by now?” You whined melodramatically and ignored their knocking, hoping that they’d go away.

But they only persisted, the knocking becoming louder and more aggressive. You rolled out of your bed and trudged over to the door.

You opened swung the it open and whined, “What do you want?”

Your eyes slightly widened at the sight of him standing at the door.

“I know it’s late and having someone so worthless like me bothering you at this hour might be a bit annoying but…” he smiled softly, “I just wanted to know if you were okay.”

“Uh… what are you talking about?” You responded awkwardly.

“You were the first to leave Jabberwock park and you seemed a bit uneasy.”

That next morning, after getting dressed and leaving your cottage, you’ve already come to the conclusion that you’re not ready for what today has in store for you.

Looking over to the side, you saw Hajime and Kazuichi talking right outside of the protagonist’s front door.

“Maybe I should talk to them—“ cutting your thought short was Kazuichi’s sudden panicked outburst.

“I- IM OUTTA HERE!!” the pink haired mechanic screamed while running away from him.

“H- Hey!” Hajime called after him, “Where are you going!?”

“I dunno…” He rubbed the nape off his neck, “Apparently, everyone is meeting in the restaurant. Pekoyama was just here to tell us that.”

“Well we better get going, then,” you replied with a smile and he nodded in response.

Once inside the restaurant, the first person to greet you was none other than…

“Well… he pretty much said he was running away, but…” the green eyed male trailed off.

After many minutes of conversing about Kazuichi’s whereabouts, Mahiru finally spoke up.

“Aw, jeez! Fine! I’ll just bring him here myself, then!” She shouted with annoyance in her tone.

“I’ll find him and bring him here, even if I have to tie him up!”

After saying that, the freckled redhead stormed out of the restaurant and shut the door with a loud slam.

“Mmhmhm… I’m a little jealous now,” TeruTeru hummed, “Getting tied up by Miss Mahiru… Maybe I should run away too…

JUST KIDDING!”

“Disgusting moron…” Fuyuhiko scoffed with crossed arms.

Ignoring the odd things being said around him, Byukaya spoke up once more. “Now then… let’s have breakfast while we wait for everyone.”

The second after he finished his sentence, he began scarfing down the pile of food before him.

You and Hajime watched him with bewildered expressions on your face.

“Uhm, where did that pile of food come from, anyway?” Hajime asked curiously.

Moving a bit closer to your side, Nagito turned to him with a smile, “When I arrived this morning, it was already here.”

You were still a bit confused by his vague statement, “But how—“

“-Ah, they even have crab and shrimp!?” Mikan exclaimed happily.

“Crab and Shrimp are a pain to eat,” Hiyoko huffed.

“I hate them as much as I hate Mikan’s ugly, stuttering face.”

“M- My ugly st- stuttering face…?” The purple haired nurse repeated.

“That’s it!” The blonde laughed, “That’s the face right there!!”

Not too long after, Mahiru returned with a not-so-happy Mechanic.

“Okay, thanks for waiting! I brought him!”

She tugged at his jacket sleeve she was holding onto, “Hey, straighten up a little more! You are a man, aren’t you?”

“St- stop it… don’t pull… You’re gonna rip my sleeves…” Kazuichi muttered.

Hiyoko laughed at the pitiful “man” before them all, “Even though you look all cool-looking, you’re actually a big loser!!”

“Are you gonna be okayy?? People like you are usually the first victim, you know?”

“I- I just wanna go home already!!—“

That’s when loud crashing noises rang throughout all of the restaurant. You looked around in confusion before hearing a loud scream.

“Ohhh… no no no no!” Mikan cried.

Everyone looked over at the nurse to see her in a position that many would find highly suggestive.

“I- I- I tripped!!”

“Wha… What the hell!?” You screamed.

“C- can you even call that tripping?” Hajime questioned while trying his hardest to keep his eyes away from the… odd position she fell into.

“I- I’m so embarrassed! P- please help me!!” Mikan whined as Mahiru and some others hurried to help her up.

Nagito never left your side ever since you entered the room. Not even when he began to question to the Nurse, “M- Mikan… are you okay?”

“Ugh… My head still hurts a little, but I’m okay,” She frowned while resting her hands on top of her head.

“Anyway… everybody’s here now, right? Then let’s get going,” Chiaki paused, “Since… I’m getting sleepy.”

“You’re right… despite the fact I am not yet done eating breakfast, I should begin my talk.” Byukaya stood up from the restaurant tables and turned to all of us.

It took way too long to get to what we actually came here for… you thought.

“First, I have a question for you all.” Byakuya began, “Under these strange circumstances, what do you think we need right now?”

One at a time, a few people expressed their thoughts but not having the exact answer Byakuya desired.

That is, until Nagito spoke up, “Could it be…” he glanced at you and you returned his look, “a bond?”

“Bond?” You and Hajime repeated simultaneously. Both oblivious as to what exactly he means.

“This is what I believe,” Nagito explained, “As long as the Ultimates work together, you’ll all be able to create a hope that can overcome any despair.”

“That’s why… we need to promise each other that we’ll work together!” The white haired male finished.

Hiyoko snorted, “Wow, he said that with a straight face! How is he not embarrassed?”

“Ah… just as I figured. That was kinda lame, huh?” He nervously chuckled.

After deeming Nagito’s answer as “correct,” Byakuya then went on to proclaim himself as the leader.

Some didn’t like the idea of him leading them, some did.

“It’s at Jabberwock Park at the central island… Come, follow me!”

Great, more walking… you complained in your head while following after Hajime who was one of the last to leave the restaurant.

Once we all arrived to Jabberwock Park, the first thing we all noticed was this huge spherical clock counting down.

After the blonde gave us a speech about how we should not kill each other and rather get along, some people spent their free time in their respective cottages while others went to talk with others on the island.

Nagito was walking to his boyfriend’s cabin, holding a letter. He planned to give him the gift of hope, for inside the letter was a paper that had “I love you” written on it. Nagito was about to knock, when he heard grunting from inside. “Oh? Would (Name) really cheat? I must really deserve it. Trash like me doesn’t deserve an partner like (Name).” He opened the door, looking in to make sure You were okay. You were struggling to get the clip on your binder open, cutting your finger in the process. Nagito closed the door behind him, after he walked in. He walked up to you, turning you to face him. “S/o, why didn’t you ask for help?” Your face of anger morphed into a face of sadness, “I thought you would turn me away because I’m transgender...” Nagito let go of your shoulder, dropping the envelope, and gently cupping your face, “(Lastname), I will never turn you away. I love you.” Nagito gently kissed your forehead, pulling away to open the stuck clip for you. You grabbed his hand before he could un-clip your binder, “Nagito, no. I don’t want you to see me with this disgusting chest.” Nagito laughed aloud, “(Name), I don’t care for what your body looks like. I only wish for you to be happy.” This made you feel better. Knowing your wonderful boyfriend, Nagito Komeda, did not care about how you looked, and only cared for how you feel. You let go of Nagito’s hand, “Un-hook it please.” Nagito followed your orders, and un-cliped the last clip on your binder. The binder opened and you let it slide off of your arms. “You have marks, did you wear it all day?”  You slowly nodded, you didn’t want to get him mad. Nagito just nodded, “Go sit on your bed, please, (Name). I’m going to massage your chest.” You did what he said. Why did he care so much? It’s not like you were accepting by anyone else you told? Why was he the one to care? Nagito sat next to you, “You’re a handsome man. Don’t let anyone tell you different. They don’t deserve talking to a handsome god like you.” You love this man. For the next few minutes he massaged your chest. After, he made sure to make you feel loved, and you made sure he stopped putting himself down.

~Kazuichi is the type of guy, that any kisses from his boyfriend are enough to make him want more. 

~Even the slightest touch from your lips on him makes him crazy. It’s honestly amazing how excited he gets.

~If I had to say, Kazuichi’s lips are soft. I mean he can’t have sharp teeth and chapped lips at the same time. 

~If he did, that would be a nightmare.

~He doesn’t like to let anyone see it though, as he wants to look manly. He’s been told that men don’t wear chapstick.

walking into the classroom, you were met with the whole class in chaos, kazuichi covered in bandages and at least 100 cans of soda on nagitos desk. you walked over to the front of his desk and smiled.

'can i take one?' you pointed to one of the cans in front of him.

'ah, of course (l/n)! take as many as you want. as long as they bring you hope.' nagito smiled back. you took one and thanked him, going over to your desk while chugging the soda. nagito made his way over to your desk with his chair. he moved it in front of your desk and sat in the chair.

'so, (l/n), would you like to accompany me after school? i am going to a beautiful and amazing park, and i was wondering if you would like to go with me. you don't have to though, i understand if you wouldn't want me to taint your experience with my uglyness.'

'komaeda, stop saying that about yourself, and im really sorry. i have a huuge meeting with my bosses today that i can't miss. i hope you can understand,' you finished the can and stuffed it in the front pocket of your bookbag, looking at komaeda with sorry eyes.

'ah, looks like ill just stay h—' nagito scratched the back of his neck before you cut him off, startling him.

'—i can TOTALLY go with you tomorrow! so don't go by yourself today, alright!?' you took ahold of his hand that was on the table and smiled. he smiled back as you two continued random conversation until the teacher came. somehow, no one noticed the scowling kuzuryuu looking at you both. he hated you. well, that's what he told himself at least. he tuned out the blabbering kazuichi next to him, arms crossed and wondering how the ultimate stage performer could be friends with someone like the 'lucky' komaeda. he watched as nagito returned to his seat once the teacher was there. he made a 'tch' sound to himself and turned away, following the teachers instructions.

'(Y/NNNNNNNNN)!!' you heard someone call your name as you walked out of class. sure enough, it was your friend kokichi ouma, the ultimate 'supreme leader' as he called it. his arms latched to your waist as he smiled at you widely. sure enough, fuyuhiko watched the whole thing go down. he went over to you both angrily, desperate to break you two apart for whatever reason he had.

'can you two stop crowding up the fucking hallway and let me through!?' fuyuhiko held up a fist, looking like he was about to punch one of you.

'awh, guess we'll just have to go to the bathrooms then..' kokichi pouted, grabbing your hand and leading you away from fuyuhiko. you both were laughing as fuyuhiko was absolutely dumbfounded.

'HEY! WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT MEAN, BASTARDS!?' he looked back at you two. you stuck out your tounge and pulled down your bottom eyelid, taunting him. he was so angry you swore you saw steam coming out of his ears as he stomped away.

'neehehee! did you see his face!?' kokichi put a finger over his lips as he snickered and looked at you.

'maan, im totally gonna get killed for that one.' you finished laughing and ruffled his hair. you two quietly walked through the hallways until someone stopped you. it was komaeda, and he looked almost pissed.

'koma—' 'why are you hanging out with such a...despair..filled creature? ive told you (l/n), people filled with despair are not anyone's friend. come on, ill let you eat some of my lunch!' nagito scowled at kokichi, almost backing away from him. he turned to you and grasped your hand, but kokichi wasn't having any of it.

'hey! let go of (y/n)! i won't hesitate to get my army to murder you in the most gruesome way possible!' kokichi grabbed your forearm protectively. nagito just scowled some more.

'..first name basis..? (l/n), his despair has gotten to you too, hasn't it..!? do not worry, i-'

'nagito, calm down...i don't want ishimaru over here...and he's my friend since like..forever, you know!' you laughed awkwardly. nagito looked like he saw a ghost.bhe let go of your arm and walked away, shaking his head.

'awh...now i feel bad..' you looked down in sadness. kokichi flicked the side of your head.

'ugh!! forget about that ugly, stupid, hope-worshipper idiot. let's just have some fun, eh?' kokichi snickered, pulling out a can of spray paint from his bag so only you two could see it. your face lit up and you smiled.

you two put so much art around the school, it could be counted as a mural. but you two were found out and ishimaru gave you both detention for 3 weeks, which SUCKED. though, you had a big show on tuesday. you told ishimaru that you HAD to be there. he lifted your detention that day, but you had to serve double on wednesday.

kokichi made it to the detention room. he scanned all around until his eyes landed on a certain kuzuryuu. he pulled up a chair and sat right in his line of sight.

'hii there, boyfriend stealer~' kokichi purred out, snickering a bit.

'what the fuck? boyfriend stealer!? the hell are you talking about!' fuyuhiko didn't like getting accused of things. everyone knew that. but kokichi was a little shit.

'calm dooown, im only teasing you.' he tapped his fingers on the desk. the two sat in silence until kokichi put his cheek to the table.

'you have a crush on (y/n), don't you?' kokichi looked up at fuyuhiko, who was almost bright red. the permanent blush on his cheeks were more prominent.

'what the hell!? no way i would like that.. stupid..fucking idiot..!' fuyuhiko turned away, covering his face with his hands.

'hey, don't lie to me. i can see riiiiight through you, you know.' kokichi chuckled and grabbed fuyuhikos wrists, pushing them out of the way.

'what if i told you that i liked you. hm? what would you do then? accept or reject me?' kokichi looked at fuyuhiko with curiosity. fuyuhiko mumbled something under his breath before throwing his wrists out of kokichis grasp and whispering to him, 'i have a crush on you and (l/n).' kokichi laughed and leaned over to touch fuyuhikos hand. he blushed.

'let's date, alright? and lets get (y/n) on our fun times too. how does that sound?' kokichi grinned at fuyuhiko who was "bright as the sun."

'yeah, i would...like that, i guess..' fuyuhiko looked down, the image of you and kokichi and him all laying down in a bed together. maybe in your 20s? he didn't care. he smiled at the thought.

'wow, i neever knew it would be sooo easy to get a confession out of the big, bad kuzuryuu himself!~' kokichi laughed.

'sh-shut the fuck up before i make you!'

'oh yeah~ then we would really be dati—'

'SHUT UP!'

as you arrived to school the next morning, you were pulled off by a grinning kokichi. he pinned you against a near-by wall, his arms on each side of you.

'hello there, my love~' kokichi grinned and you became beet red.

'l-love..!? kokichi, what are you getting at—' you were cut off by a kiss on the lips, followed up by a gasp.

'kokichi! you can't just—'

'uh- y-yeah..ive liked you..for more than id like to admit...' you looked away, but soon looked back.

'hey, idiot. don't forget im here.' kuzuryuu looked at kokichi and gave him a small peck on the cheek. you looked at him confused as he held out a weak arm to you.

'i know that i bullied you and shit, but that was just to...mask my feelings i guess, ok!? i didn't mean any of it..so, uhm..be...ours..?' he looked up at you with a defeated look. you took his hand and kissed it. he kissed you on the lips pretty quickly.

'two confessions in one day? haah, i must be the luckiest guy in the whole world..' you sighed happily.

'damn right you are.'
