I think it's because you can respond to their conversation and it will affect your hearts. Feels like you have more of a say over how your relationship changes.

i think everybody should play sun haven. it’s like fantasy stardew but imo the relationship writing (at least what i’ve seen from wornhardt’s) feels so much more genuine than stardew? i don’t know!! but i feel like you get much closer/interact more with the NPCs than in stardew valley, so maybe give it a try if you’re interested 👍

AND ALTHOUGH I LOVE HIM be prepared to be disappointed if you look him up after seeing my art 😭 i’m sorry i tried to capture his essence but i may have failed. he is lovely though i adore windmill husband

• Is always asking about how you're doing, how your muscles are feeling etc. He cares deeply about your health and well-being.

• Hypocrite. He works really hard, rarely giving himself breaks, and still tells you to not overwork yourself. Sometimes you'll stop by for a chat and he's fallen asleep at his desk. If you point out his hypocrisy, he just laughs and jokes.

• Frequently reminds you to take breaks. The man can remember to tell you to take breaks, but not take any for himself. He'll bring you leftovers or something to eat when he's (finally) on his lunch breaks.

• Very busy, but tries his best to make time for you. Is often really tired, and if you live together, he'll just kinda come home and collapse into bed. Very good for snuggling though.

• I hc that you'd start growing citrus fruits on the farm for him and stuff, and he really appreciates when you give him some

• Sometimes, you just kinda have to drag him to bed/the couch and lay down on him to stop him from working. He will (eventually) accept that it's time to rest.

• Gets homesick a lot, so you try to make foods from his old home. He finds it very sweet.

• He likes puns and dad jokes, I'm sorry.(I'm not sorry, actually, I love puns and dad jokes)

• BRING.HIM.LUNCH/DINNER. HE WILL APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH.

• generally just likes acts of service for himself, but for showing his love, he does it through quality time(ironically)
