This has been sitting in my ask box for some time (I hope you'll forgive the delay @dr-colossal-pita!) This story ties into the text fic, A Little Mess. I hope you enjoy it!

Story: Open Heart (Post Series) Pairing: Tobias x Casey Carrick (F!MC) Characters: Samantha Carrick (F!OC), Pietro (Original Cat), and Ethan Ramsey (mentioned). Rating: General Words: 726 Summary: Casey's on maternity leave and enjoying a quiet day at home with her family - until there's a little mystery to solve.

It was a rarity in the Carrick household, a quiet afternoon where Tobias and Casey found themselves calmly preparing dinner in the kitchen. A very pregnant Casey diligently chopped vegetables at the table while Tobias began to saute chicken on the stove.

“I love days like this,” he grinned. “When we’re home together, everything is nice and peaceful, and we can just make dinner together and enjoy each other’s company.”

Casey smiled from across the way, about to tell him not to tempt fate when...

CRASH!!

They exchanged glances before rushing into the living room. “You had to go and say it, didn’t you?” Casey sighed, looking at her favorite vase shattered on the floor. “I loved that vase!”

“Unlike the hideous one Ethan broke,” Tobias muttered under his breath.

Casey turned to him with a smile, “So you admit you never liked that vase?”

“I'll never admit it in front of him,” Tobias simpered.

As the two of them began sweeping up the pieces, they noticed their toddler, Samantha, standing nearby, her eyes wide as she stared up at them. Pietro, the cat, was perched on the arm of the couch, watching the scene unfold with an unreadable expression.

“OK, Sammy,” Tobias asked. “Do you know what happened?”

Samantha shook her head, her face the picture of innocence. “No, Daddy. I didn’t do it.”

Pietro flicked his tail at the same time as if to say, “Don't look at me!”

Casey crouched down beside her daughter. “Honey, did you or Pietro knock the vase over? We won’t be mad. We just want to know.”

Samantha pointed dramatically at Pietro. “He did it!” She exclaimed.

Tobias raised an eyebrow. “I think we should investigate.”

They looked at the coffee table, where the vase had stood in all its glory just moments before. A purple crayon, Samantha’s weapon of choice, was lying nearby.

“Looks like someone might’ve been coloring a little too close to the vase,” Tobias chuckled.

Samantha giggled nervously, grabbing her favorite stuffed bunny from the couch.

Casey lifted her daughter in her arms as Tobias tended to the remainder of the mess. “It’s OK if you broke it, Sammy. Accidents happen. But you should tell Mommy and Daddy the truth from now on, all right?”

“All right!” Sammy smiled, handing her bunny to Casey as a peace offering.

Tobias laughed as he watched Pietro standing nearby, observing the scene. “Well, it looks like you’re off the hook this time, buddy.”

Pietro flicked his tail in satisfaction.

“Yes,” Casey nodded. “He’s innocent this time, unlike last time when he broke a family heirloom!”

Tobias shook his head. “That wasn’t him,” he insisted. “That was Ramsey! It was on his watch; it was his fault."

“Tobias,” Casey laughed. “It was not. Poor Ethan almost had a stroke when that thing broke. Can you let him off the hook already?”

“Sure,” Tobias grinned. After sweeping the remains of the vase from the dustpan into the trash, he walked over to kiss his wife and daughter on the head. “I’ll let him off the hook just before I shut my eyes for the very last time.”

“Pietro,” Casey teased. “Did you need to get involved in this ongoing thing between your Daddy and Uncle Ethan?”

“Hey,” Tobias smiled. “Pietro and I are a team.”

Pietro jumped on Casey’s lap as she sat down with Samantha holding her close. She pat the seat beside her, beckoning her husband to join them, which he gladly did.

“I thought we were a team,” she smirked.

“We are!” Tobias insisted. “The best team. But Pietro and I have to stick together – you know – as the men of the house.”

Casey rubbed her growing belly. “Well, you insist this one is a little girl. If you’re right, we’re about to outnumber you once again soon... I guess you two have to stick together.”

MEOW! Pietro bellowed before Tobias had a chance to speak.

“That’s right, pal,” Tobias laughed, rubbing the cat under the chin. “You tell her!”

Casey rested her head on her husband’s shoulder, and he wrapped his arm around her. The entire Carrick clan nestled happily on the couch.

“I love days like this,” Tobias whispered in Casey’s ear.

He felt her tense up, then relax when nothing went wrong. “Looks like you didn’t curse it this time!”

“Of course not,” he laughed. “I made sure the usual culprits were here with us first!”

Hello, I really love insects and other crawlies like arachnids but I'm not sure how to learn about them withought just following Tumblr blogs and searching something like "whip scorpion documentary" on YouTube (many insect docs are surprisingly short). I was wondering if you know any good informational books about bugs, arachnids, myriapods, etc. It doesn't have to be long or short; or specific or general; I'm just craving some crawlie knowledge!

Good question! I actually haven’t read a whole lot of insect/arthropod books. I studied insects as part of my dissertation but entered a different field of study since then, so I haven’t kept up much with the literature.

One book I can recommend though is “The Book of Beetles” by Patrice Bouchard. It’s a big book of bios about beetles from around the world. All the other bug books I own are taxonomic ID guides, though.

Deep Look has some good, short-form YouTube videos on cool bugs!

Dr. Sammy Ramsey has some great, informative content as well!

I’m also a big fan of learning about native bugs organically by looking up certain taxa in my area on iNaturalist, then studying interesting ones I come across!

I also like going down Wikipedia rabbit holes. For instance, did you know that there’s an entire order of insects that are low temperature extremophiles? (Grylloblattidae aka ice crawlers).

These are the first things to come to mind. But maybe other people can chime in with more recommendations! Throw them in the replies if you’ve got any!

These always stress me out. lol There are so many wonderful creators in our fandom, and I hate not giving them all the attention that they deserve. So please, everyone, give yourself a pat on the back, you're wonderful!

@alwaysmychoices Weekend With Dr. Ramsey, With and Without, and that one off about MC calling Ethan the night before she marries someone else. *gasp* still recovering. Some of the best things I've ever read in the fandom.

@cariantha came into the fandom with such enthusiasm and talent that shone right from the start. I love watching Sawyer & Ethan's relationship ebb and flow, and the care she puts into each fic, her edits, etc... brilliant!

@heauxplesslydevoted I really miss her writing! Naomi is one of the most badass MCs, and I love her dynamic with Ethan. I don't even need to get into how much I adore her ONE Tobias/MC fic. 🥵 It lives rent-free in my mind lol

@jamespotterthefirst The one, the only THE Lilac Allende. This Latina goddess is incomparable. I loved watching her, and Ethan's love evolve through the years - and I've loved watching her revolve on him. OK, Enough. You get the drift! lol @liaromancewriter is one of my go-tos for fluffy fluff. When Mal gives me the seal of approval on a fluff piece, I feel validated! lol I love the sassy Cassie Valentine and her exploits with both Ethan and Sienna - then there is Maxenna - sorry, the are an original and that's that!

@lucy-268 Tobias & Sammy were the first things I read, and how I loved them! Then I got to know Ethan & Charley and realized the first pairing was no fluke, just the work of this talented writer!

@missameliep I am so glad Wake the Dead brought this incredible writer to my attention! Her Troy and Malia are captivating, and I can't say it enough, everyone should read Safe. It is just brilliant! The fact that she's a fellow Capybara addict has nothing to do with this endorsement! :)

@mydemonsdrivealimo I loved Jensen from day one. He was just such a breath of fresh air, and he continues to be. His friends-to-lovers relationship with Bryce is *chef's kiss*, and the amount of detail MJ has put into Jensen's backstory gives such depth to the entire HC. (And the mix-ups we've chatted about just warm my heart!)

@potionsprefect is another go-to for fluff (and the occasional angst!) Victoria & Ethan are just the sweetest and I love how Victoria keeps him on his toes.

@storyofmychoices Oh my - her Bryce and Oliva have just stolen my heart! I simply ADORE them. I need to read some of her other pairings because I'm sure they are equally as brilliant. I'm always so excited when I get a brylivia tag!

@trappedinfanfiction is such a talented writer (and an amazing person!) I loved Ethan and Cecilia, so I was so excited when she said she was also writing WTD. Now, she's creating for Tobias (y'all know what this does to me). She is one of our gems!

@utterlyinevitable Multiple pairings are never easy to pull off, but she did it with aplomb, and the one thing I always loved, she was always willing to "go there." To take a route most would be afraid to take, and she did it without worrying about what others thought. I really need to reread some of my favorites.

Quick shout out to @choiceskatie, who really isn't on these days, but she's missed! I adore her writing, and her Almost is Never Enough will live rent-free in my head until my dying breath - and no - I'm not exaggerating! lol Also, to @dr-colossal-pita whose No More I Love You's simply shattered my heart (in the best possible way!)

Summary: Ethan and Ella were in married bliss and trying to start a family, until a car accident makes her forget the last two years of their lives together.

Ethan stared at his wife in shock. “Y-you’re leaving?” He blinked a few times to make sure the tears built up in his eyes didn’t fall. “We’re married, Ella,” he whispered. “I can take care of you.”

Ella opened her mouth to speak, but her mother interrupted her. “See? She wants to come home, and rightly so. She belongs in California, with Taylor.”

Ethan and Ella both turned at the same time to face Erlinda. “Taylor?” Ella said with wide eyes.

“Who is Taylor?” Ethan asked but had a sinking feeling he already knew.

“Taylor is Ella’s fiance,” Erlinda smirked at Ethan’s shocked face. “They were to be married before she moved out here to Boston for this ridiculous career.”

“Dear,” Ferdinand coaxed as he reached out for his wife. “Now is not the time. If Ella wants to come home, that’s wonderful. If she wants to stay with her husband, then that’s her choice as well. Balik na lang tayo sa hotel.”

Erlinda sighed and relented. “Fine. Your father says we should go back to the hotel, so you don’t have to decide right now, baby,” she leans down to kiss Ella on the forehead. “We’ll be back tomorrow and give you some time to think.”

Ella nodded slowly and accepted a kiss on the cheek from her dad. “See you tomorrow.”

Ferdinand shook hands with Ethan and walked out the door with Erlinda. Ethan let out a sigh and collapsed into the chair next to the bed. “Oh my God,” he mumbled as he ran his hands down his unshaven face.

“I’m so sorry about them,” Ella whispered tearfully. “Especially my mom, I … figured if I went home, you wouldn’t have to deal with her.”

“Ella,” Ethan’s voice filled with emotion as he leaned forward and grabbed Ella’s hand, sandwiching it between his. “Your home is with me. I don’t care if I have a million Erlinda’s to deal with.”

The tears fell from both their eyes, and Ethan had a small glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, she remembered who he was and their life together. Ethan took his phone out and played a voicemail that he had saved from Ella the night before their wedding.

Sienna, Aurora, Jackie, and Ella sat in the hotel suite drinking … some green stuff Jackie brought over.

“I don’t know what the hell this is, but it’s making me feel all kinds of sexy!” Ella shouted as she jumped on the bed.

“You got the bride drunk the night before her wedding, Jackie?” Sienna mused with her lips pursed as she tried not to laugh at her best friend.

“Hey, she said she wanted to let loose,” Jackie shrugged. “I told her I would help her with that.”

“I think you overdid it, babe,” Aurora stepped up onto the bed and attempted to grab Ella’s hands so she wouldn’t fall off. “Ella! If you fell off this bed and got so much as a scratch on you, Dr. Ramsey will have our heads!”

“His name is Eeeeethan! Call him Ethan, Aurora!” Ella squealed as she twisted away from Aurora’s grasp and jumped onto the other queen-sized bed in the room.

“We can’t call him Ethan; it’s just too weird,” Sienna yelled. Suddenly, Ella’s phone began to ring in the corner of the room. “Oh! I have a way to get her to calm down.” Sienna ran for the phone, recognizing the picture of Ethan laughing on Ella’s phone. “Ellaaaa! Guess who’s calling?” As soon as she bent to pick up the phone, it stopped ringing. “Damnit!”

“WHO? WHO IS CALLING?” Ella hollered while jumping away from Aurora.

“It’s your fiance!” Sienna turned around just in time to see Jackie tackle Ella onto the bed.

“Stay still! How are you this strong when you’re five foot nothing?!” Aurora exclaimed.

“Why don’t you want me dancing? That green juice was delicious!” Ella giggled as Jackie lowered Ella’s skirt back down.

“Because you were trying to strip, and that is so not appropriate!”

Ella scowled. “You’re such a spoilsport,” she smiled up at Jackie and pressed a finger to the tip of her nose. “BOOP!”

Jackie and Aurora were finally able to wrestle a very giggly Ella onto the bed while Sienna called Ethan back. “Aw, it went to voicemail.”

“Gimme!” Ella grabbed the phone, jumped up off the bed, ran out to the balcony, and shut the doors behind her.

“Hello, this is Dr. Ethan Ramsey, please leave a message, and I’ll call you back as soon as I can, thanks.” BEEP

“BABE!” Ella was breathless as she sat onto one of the chairs with both legs dangling off the armrest. “I wanted to tell you that I’m having so much fun with the girls, but ...” she took a deep breath in and let it out. “I miss you a lot. We haven’t spent a night away from each other since … since you told me you’d never let me go.” A small smile formed on her lips as she recalled the memory. “Remember when you told me you loved me for the first time?” Ella let out a loud laugh. “You said, and I quote, ’There’s no denying that I have feelings for you that can’t be explained in any other way. I briefly considered that I had a brain parasite, but that seems even more far-fetched. The only conclusion was love.’ You told me all that with Jenner on my lap, babe. I snorted so hard and scared her.” Ella was bent over, almost falling onto the ground from laughing; then, she remembered how much she had to drink and sat up quickly. Large amounts of saliva and bile came up and sat in her mouth until she panicked, stood from the chair, and lurched over the balcony, throwing up all the alcohol she had just consumed over the last four hours.

Present-day

Ella cringed as she heard the voicemail playback of her vomiting. “Oh my God, that’s me?”

Ethan chuckled. “Yes, that’s you. You were at a hotel, and I was at my apartment. Now it’s our apartment, but you know what I mean,” he chuckled. “Bryce insisted he come over with Zaid, Baz, Danny, and Rafael to get me drunk and jump in the pool naked.” Ethan rolled his eyes at the memory but saw Ella’s confused face. “Oh! I’m sorry, that was insensitive of me.”

“No! It’s okay, I just … don’t remember who they are.” Ella fiddled with the sheet on her lap.

“It’s fine if you don’t remember, Ella,” Ethan tucked a tendril of hair behind her ear as she looked up to meet his gaze. “I’m here to help you remember, and if you don't …” he trailed off and cleared his throat before he got emotional. “If you don’t, that’s okay too.”

“Really?”

“Really,” he nodded. “I just have a couple questions for you.”

“Okay,” Ella said nervously. “I’ll try to answer them.”

“Do you remember Taylor being your fiance? If so, do you still have feelings for him?”

I never thought to compare this situation to Amy’s Baking Company but damn if it doesn’t have some resemblance because to this day Amy still attacks people in YouTube’s comment section under literally any video posted by any Gordon Ramsey affiliated channel (Hotel Hell / Kitchen Nightmares / Hell’s Kitchen / etc). During her episode on Kitchen Nightmares, it was never Amy’s fault, of course. It was the haters fault for ruining their Yelp reviews, it’s the waitresses fault for being lazy (even though their tips were taken by the fucking owners), it was the customers fault for not licking their plate, and finally, it was Gordon’s fault because he was there. Though Amy has since quieted down because (shocker) her restaurant tanked, her baking company turned out to be a sham, and her “gangster” husband Sammy was apparently deported, she’s made quite a reputation for herself for all the wrong reasons. Going on Dr. Phil to try and rally the public against Ramsey certainly didn’t help either (one of the few times I’ve actually watched his show lol).

Now Twiins is tanking her reputation and dragging her sister down with her because they won’t stop sticking their fingers in the wrong pie or defending a rickety chair. It’s Adam’s fans fault for being so sensitive, it’s Adam’s fans fault for not seeing Adam her way, blah, blah blah, blah blah. Twiins, darling, like. Just STOP, get some tact, and get off the internet for a bit before your blood pressure spikes.

What are your thoughts on being told to “get over it”? like, I know it was directed at “bad” Adam fans but she really does just lump everyone together and goes off on them. And Twiins iink just defends her rudeness by “You guys insult CRWBY too why does it matter now that it’s directed at you?” But like, there’s a huge difference with CRWBY refusing to learn for almost a decade and their ignorance leading to create shit that’s seriously offensive, than people who are offended by the shit they do, yknow?

Idk, I just think that the response to her video, while over blown on Reddit, is understandable because she insulted people who clearly already have hang ups. What do you think?

(Watching video) Who are you to decide how people get to feel about something

(Watching video) She’s not talking at me but still, why is she so hung up on how other people feel when it doesn’t affect her

(Watching video) Why is there no mention of the other kinds of Adam fans? There are many who liked him or sympathized with him for his revolutionary aspects, among other reasons. And hey, why are PoC flat out absent from this monologue?

(After reading other people’s responses) Wait, yeah, new viewers could be starting RWBY and be running into these problematic elements for the first time. Are they just supposed to shelve their responses because you personally watched those parts years ago?

All of that lands us back in the present. Basically, twiins posted an overgeneralized take that lacked nuance on her public channel, and after getting negative feedback from the public, got too defensive and lashed out disproportionately. It’s a bad look for her and I’m a spectator in the stands sucking in a breath through my teeth going, “Ah, dammit.”

The recent special , Manson speaks didn’t really let him speak much. The premise was that they had hours of Manson on tape but they only played a few select sentences at the beginning and the end of commercial breaks and the rest was mostly pontificating and talking to others. Harold Trues cousin was great though. There were some interesting people who had interaction with Manson or the family at various times and I did learn a few things but it wasn’t exactly as advertised. It did not need to stretch to 2 nights. Many of their specials are more of the same. One does have to wonder that with Manson’s death, will people come forward with new info? Hangers on or witnesses may have bought into his scary mystique and been afraid to talk and may feel more free to open up now. Will more mysteries get solved? ** Manson apparently left all rights to his image to a pen pa he has had for 20 years. News reports claimed he had no next of kin which we know is wrong.

Andrea Ramsey is the first woman to be called out who had to drop out of a congressional race in Kansas after allegations that she harassed a male subordinate. And Gene Simmons is being sued which we should have seem coming. He was even put out by Fox news! ** Thanks Time for The silence breakers as the person of the year. In a world where these brave women are standing up after years of abuse, why are we still stuck with garbage like The Bachelor?

*****John Conyers retires.** We lost Al Franken and in his case it was barely mentioned that so many women signed letters of support and truly believed in him. He will leave at the end of the year.  I guess he had to go but he is such a fighter for the truth. He was one of the few who called out those taking our rights away. Tom Arnold claims this was all set up and the first woman was coached to bring him down and that he has proof but it is hard to believe him. He still hasn’t shown us the ‘proof’ of Trump and his filth that he claims to have. Will Franken be able to do more once he is on the outside again? What is all but the first allegation turn out to be nothing? What does that mean for his future? Tom Brokaw was right , that the people of Minnesota should have decided his fate and not a bunch of senators. Even Newt defended Al on Fox. Pelosi’s big mouth on Meet the Press helped to fuck this up. We must always believe the accuser first. But there are going to be times when accusations come for other reasons other than the truth. I always say.. follow the evidence.  Ruining a good man or woman is just as bad as rape.  But we must remember that only about 3% of sexual allegations are false. Trump and his cohorts know the left will usually back down. They love that the left are do gooders while they just deny and smile. They do not care about the “what about you guys?” stuff. The Trumpsters think Minnesota is a great place for “their kind” of candidate so they can gain more control.

*****Love HBO’s Rolling Stone: Stories from the edge. So many memories come flooding back from articles I have read thru the years. They include some of the most important stories from our recent past, lest we forget. Please tell me there is somebody deep undercover in the scary clown administration. Speaking of which, Omarosa is out and seems to want to sell her story but trouble is neither side seems to like her or trust her so how will that play out?

***** Will history lay a lot of blame, good and bad on the Clintons for the direction of this country?  They already point out the sexual allegations against President Clinton everyday somewhere. Did he usher in this movement?  The Paula Jones case made it possible for a sitting President to be sued which seems to have backfired on the republicans. Can you imagine Trump sitting for a deposition? Oy! Will Hillary be slighted for not winning and sticking us with Trump? There were many things in play in the election so is that fair? **Pete Davidson got a Hillary tattoo as a gift for her for Christmas. His statement: Thanks for being such a badass and one of the strongest people in the universe. I mean no shit..If the roles were reversed on the candidates: The President seems like a sore winner, can you imagine if he had lost? ***** I am not always much on tradition but with all the ridiculousness going on we don’t hear enough about the niceties like the first lady decorating and the White House Christmas ornament which this year honors Franklin D. Roosevelt. SAD

*****Why were the republicans allowed to build this tax reform bill behind closed doors? This is not how our democracy is supposed to work. The mostly rich white male republicans just keep seeing how far they can go and they keep getting their way. They just do it. They had Trump so why not Moore?  We can’t forget how close that election really was with an accused teen loving monster.** I mean we all saw that focus group where the citizen said that his Grandmother was married and had kids by 13. Ok that is true enough I am sure. But then he added that years ago a Mother would be thrilled to hear that their 14 year old daughter was being hit on by a DA. What the Fuck? This is the mentality we are dealing with. No care for character or the hate they spew for those that are different as long as they get their way. Outlaw abortion, guns for all, more money allocated for the old useless trickle down and crow about Jerusalem makes everybody happy. Some evangelicals said their votes were their sacrifice for the greater good. My son commented that he did not see them as making the sacrifice, it was the teenage girls who sacrificed, not once but again and again as they are dragged thru the mud.  Isn’t the main objective of Christianity to convert others to the word of God? Is this the way to do it? It seems you are only pushing others away? Who wants to knowingly become a part of the hate? Why does some of the media never learn? They concentrate mostly on the allegations and not enough on the other horrible things that came out of his mouth. Why not tell us the wonderful things Doug Jones did in his life and the things he stood for? Of course, Mitch McConnell won’t let him vote on the tax plan. C’mon REAL media concentrate.. quit looking at the shiny object. It will be good for all of us.** And why do so many people not vote?  It makes me crazy that someone would not want to exercise a right that was so hard fought for?  Are they too stupid? Too cool? ** By the way  Roy Moore is now suing Alabama because he is such a sore loser claiming he has proof of voter fraud( yes, we are still on  that kick) and he also states that he passed lie detector tests about the teen victims.

*****What is with people on the computer in the government? Do they never learn to keep things to themselves? It will always come back at ya. This time it is people discussing what an idiot Trump is. Well, we all know that but don’t make inquiries easy for them.

*****Saw an interview with Judd Apatow. He said something about all films aren’t winners or something as he referred to Walk Hard. Oh.. what a shame, just because it isn’t a money maker. I always thought it was his best film.

*****Disney has bought much of Fox which includes interest in Hulu and National Geographic.  Fox will keep the sports and news for now.

*****The Illinois Governor race is heating up with Chris Kennedy, Jeanne Ives, Daniel Biss and JB Pritzker with his empire behind him.

*****Anita Hill will lead a Hollywood commission looking into sexual harassment and advancing equality in the workplace.

*****The Golden Globe noms are out and will be presented on January 7.  This year there are nods to The Disaster artist, Get out, The Crown, Stranger Things, Elizabeth Moss, Claire Foy, Bob Odenkirk, Issa Rae, Feud and love for both Susan Sarandon and Jessica Lange, Jessica Biel, Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman.  Supporting noms for Alfred Molina and David Harbour are exciting. The shape of water did big at the globes as they seem to be doing everywhere. I was so glad to see Ozark and Jason Bateman get recognized. Yeow! Oprah is getting the Cecil B. DeMille award which I was hoping would go to Kurt Russel.  They have done away with Mr. and Miss Golden Globes and rechristened the children of the famous the Golden Globe ambassador. This year we have the Rock’s daughter.

*****SAG also released their noms. They will air on TNT January 21 with host Kristen Belle. Jessica and Susan from Feud and all the women of Big little lies are included. Glad to see Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin from Grace and Frankie along with Alison Brie, Layra Linney, Elizabeth Moss, Millie Bobbie Brown and Claire Foy.. The casts of Glow, Veep, The Crown, Stranger Things and Curb your enthusiasm got some notice. Larry David and Marc Maron, Jason Bateman, David Harbour and Bob Odenkirk show us the fine work on TV. The movie noms pay respect to Laurie Metclf, Sam Rockwell, Woody Harrelson, James Franco, Daniel Kalluya and Gary Oldman.  The casts honored are Get Out, Mudbound, Ladybird and Three billboards.** There are so many great shows out there but I would love to see some recognition for Major Crimes and The Middle.

*****Don’t get me started on the new class for the 2018 Rock and Roll hall of fame. Again.. and I get so tired of saying this NO J. Geils?** So here it s: Bon Jovi (really), Dire Straits, The Moody Blues (about time), The Cars, Nina Simone and the early influence award goes to Sister Rosetta Tharpe.
