"You, the Fury of the Sea, have so many things to scream, so many revenge to take and so many suffering. Yet, you're staying serene, not because King of Gods' commands you harsly but a Child of Night asks you kindly."
I do not know why but I like to draw Poseidon crying. I'm an angst girlie!

Several years ago, I came across a video by JackCopperZ who made a crossover between Cuphead and Touhou. I was frustrated because I thought it was just a teaser for a big video, but there was never a follow-up. So, I decided to make the crossover myself.
It was quite fun to redraw them in a cartoon style. I also tried to do it between characters who have at least something in common.

Don't blame me, these drawings are from a long time ago so they aren't very good...

One of the most fascinating things about Furuya Rei is how deeply unsettling his Amuro persona actually is, at least to anyone who truly knows him. I would argue that Amuro is even creepier than Bourbon because while Bourbon is a cold-blooded killer, at least with him, what you see is what you get. There's no darker side hiding behind Bourbon's mask because Bourbon is supposed to be evil.
But Amuro Tooru is meant to come off as (at least mostly) harmless. To anyone who only knows Amuro, it's easy to like him. He's friendly, charming, handsome, smart, maybe a bit dorky, and he's good with kids. Add the fact that he's also a customer service worker, and you've got yourself a man that most people would be completely fine with letting their guard down around - which is precisely what makes him so dangerous.
Because at the end of the day, Amuro is just a mask that Rei created to help further his mission. And Rei, as we all know, is the very opposite of harmless. We've seen time and time again that he has no problem with potentially destroying innocent lives if it benefits him in some way. None of the charming friendliness that Amuro Tooru displays is sincere because Furuya Rei has almost no one left alive in the world that he genuinely cares about. Arguably, the only people left alive that Rei cares about are Akai, Conan, Kazami, and maybe the Detective Boys (granted, Akai is more in the sense that it's impossible to hate someone and not care about them). And even then, Rei would have no problem with screwing them over for the sake of his mission and letting them get themselves out of trouble. Sure, he might hesitate a little if it was the DB since they're children, but he would ultimately still be able to do it, and he would leave it up to Conan (and Haibara) to save them.
I mean, he would fuck Akai's life up for a Klondike bar, but that's beside the point.
When it comes to everyone else, though, Rei couldn't care less about any of them. He would kill or at least majorly fuck them over for his own benefit in a heartbeat, and more to the point, he would care very little about ensuring that they had a way to save themselves or had someone that could save them. If they do, great, if not, well, sucks to be them, but it was for the greater good. At any given time, anyone who knows him as the cheerful, dorky, nice guy (no, not that type of nice guy) Amuro - Ran, Sonoko, Azusa, Hattori, the Poirot customers who keep fawning over him, anyone - could find themselves on the wrong end of one of his schemes, and the odds of him feeling any remorse if they die or have their lives permanently ruined in some way are slim to none.
TL;DR: Amuro Tooru is the type of guy who pretends to be a friend and lures people into a false sense of security while holding a knife to their back, and that, at least to me, is far more disturbing than a man who's just an outright ruthless criminal.

A role-swap alternative universe of Detective Conan.
This is an alternative take on Gosho Aoyama's Detective Conan series, where it reimaginates the original series by switching almost every character's role while keeping some of their personalities and creating new ideas for them.
STORY:
It follows Mouri Ran, a high-school student detective and a big fan of both mystery stories and Wild West stuff, who get into trouble with women in black at Tropical Land alley when going with her childhood friend, Kudo Shinichi. As she get knocked out and shrunken by a weird drug given by a suspicious lady, making her have the body of a child. So now she has to hide her identity with the help of her scientist father, Mouri Kogoro, by turning herself into "Agatha Rampo". She decides to live in Shinichi's house and try to improve Agasa's Detective Agency reputation, to find the Black Organization, take them down and turn herself back to normal.
CHARACTER SWAPS:
Shinichi/Conan ⇄ Ran/Agatha
Mouri Kogoro ⇄ Prof. Agasa
Ayumi → Mitsuhiko
Mitsuhiko → Genta
Genta → Ayumi
Sonoko ⇄ Kyogoku
Megure ⇄ Midori
Takagi ⇄ Sato
Heiji ⇄ Kazuha
Kobayashi ⇄ Rumi
Kaito Kid ⇄ Akako Koizumi
Shiratori ⇄ Yumi
Chiba ⇄ Naeko
Akai Shuichi/Subaru Okiya ⇄ Jodie Starling/Jodie Saintemilion
Miyano Shiho/Sherry/Ai Haibara → ???/Gin/(to be revealed)
???/Gin/(to be revealed) → The Silver Fox leader/French 75
Vodka ⇄ Shiho Miyano & Akemi Miyano (both Shiho and Akemi are gonna be normal BO agents like Vodka, while repurposing the character "Lady in black" from Ep. 129 to take Gin's role)
Dr. Araide ⇄ Chris/Vermouth
Hidemi Hondou/Kir ⇄ Mary Sera
Masumi Sera ⇄ Eisuke Hondou
Rei Furuya/Amuro/Bourbon ⇄ Hiromitsu Morofushi/Scotch
Hakuba → Kaito & Aoko
Eri Kisaki ⇄ Yukiko Kudo (their jobs only switched)
Momiji ⇄ Okita
Kazami ⇄ Iori
Azusa ⇄ Sakurako
Nakamori ⇄ Superintendent Hakuba
(These are up to change, there's more characters to cover).
NOTES:
Feedback is pretty much appreciated. It is still work-in-progress, but maybe one day I can make more detailed profiles for each character. You're welcome in making any takes and fanworks of my swap AU, no permission required. Credits is appreciated.
I'm not planning to rewrite the entire series as a fanfic but with characters swapped, sorry. Feel free to do yourself.

To commemorate Cutie Honey's 50th anniversary, I wanted to post trivia for all 25 episodes. We'll start this week with the first episode: "The Black Claw Grips The Heart."
Screenwriter: Masaki Tsuji
Art Director: Mataharu Urata
Animation Director: Shingo Araki
Director: Tomoharu Katsumata
Tumblr media
In the early drafts Honey Kisaragi was originally Honey Tachibana. Honey’s finalized surname name, “Kisaragi” (如月) is a traditional name for February in the Japanese calendar. It refers to the seasonal “changing of clothes.” The name "Honey" comes from the American TV series Honey West.
Honey was voiced by Eiko Masuyama, who would reprise this role a few times over the years, notably in the Re: Cutie Honey audio drama and the Playstation game, Little Witching Mischiefs. She also had a guest spot in Cutey Honey Flash as Dr. Kisaragi’s old friend, Dr. Mitsuko Kanzaki.
Tumblr media
St. Chapel Academy is located in Okutama, a mountainous area that’s about an hour and a half away from central Tokyo. St. Chapel itself was most likely inspired or at least named after the real life royal chapel, Sainte-Chapelle in Paris, France. The hymn the students sing during Mass in these early episodes is “Come, Thou Almighty King.”
Tumblr media
The freckle-faced girl who stands next to Honey during Mass is her best friend and roommate, Natsuko Aki. Although she’s almost never referred to by her full name but rather “Nat-chan.” Her first name is in reference to natsu or “summer” while aki means “autumn.” In the original manga she is depicted as having pigtails rather than a bob cut and doesn’t have freckles. Natsuko’s anime design was based on an unnamed girl who appeared briefly in the Devilman manga.
Natsuko was voiced by Rihoko Yoshida, who’s best known for voicing the titular character in Majokko Megu-chan, Maria Grace Fried in UFO Robo Grendizer, and Michiru Saotome in Getter Robo. Yoshida would also voice Panther Zora in the 1995 PC-FX video game, Cutey Honey FX. Noriko Watanabe (Sister Jill, Mami) also voiced Natsuko occasionally for whenever Rihoko Yoshida was unavailable.
Tumblr media
Honey’s goofy teacher Ms. Alphonne Louis Steinbeck III is based on a male character from Go Nagai’s Kikkai-kun manga. That same Alphonne also served as the basis for Akira Fudo’s teacher in the Devilman TV series.
Ms. Alphonne was voiced by the late Noriko Tsukase, who had previously voiced Mr. Alphonne’s wife and son in Devilman. Although Ms. Alphonne appears in every other animated Honey series, this is the only version where she is voiced by a woman.
Tumblr media
During the early production stages Seiji Hayami was known as Shun Kazami and was described as "falling in love with Honey, despite knowing she’s an android." He would also have a goofy little sister named Zuuko, who would question whether she was really related to her handsome older brother. When the series details were finalized, Seiji became more of a comic relief character and his romantic chemistry with Honey was downplayed.
Seiji was voiced by Katsuji Mori, who would go on to voice Dr. Kisaragi in Cutie Honey Universe.
Katsuji Mori revealed he had ad-libbed Seiji's lines during Honey's first transformation. Originally, Seiji had no dialogue in that scene.
Tumblr media
Honey's motorcyclist form is called "Hurricane Honey" which is possibly an homage to Shotaro Ishinomori's Cyborg 009. The lead character, Joe Shimamura, is sometimes a professional car racer who goes by the nickname "Hurricane Joe."
Tumblr media
Seiji refers to Hurricane Honey as kaminari musume (カミナリ娘) which translates to something like “thunder girl.” He’s actually referring to the kaminari zoku (カミナリ族) or “thunder tribes”, Japanese motorcycle gangs who were known for their loud and rowdy modified motorcycles.
Tumblr media
Sister Jill is the manager of Panther Claw's Japanese branch and Panther Zora's younger sister. The "Sister" part of her name is likely a reference to a religious sister, circling back to Honey attending a Catholic school. In the original series pitch, she was known as Sister Zora.
Jill is voiced by the late Noriko Watanabe, who also voiced Junpei's girlfriend, Mami.
Tumblr media
Black Claw’s name comes from the original series proposal, which described Panther Claw’s soldiers as being color coded. Potential opponents for Honey would’ve included Black Claw, Scarlet Claw, Cobalt Claw and Gold Claw. Each would have possessed a specific skill or element, for example, “Scarlet Claw” would’ve possessed fire powers. For whatever reason the whole color coded aspect was dropped but “Black Claw” was still used as the name for Honey’s first real adversary.
Tumblr media
According to Cutey Honey Roman Album published by Tokuma Shoten in 1981, Honey's childhood memories are artificial. They were produced by Dr. Kisaragi because he wanted Honey to have childhood memories like any other human girl.
Dr. Takeshi Kisaragi was originally known as Dr. Seiji Tachibana in the original series proposal. In the original manga Dr. Kisaragi looks noticeably younger, has black hair, no glasses and a goatee instead of a mustache.
Tumblr media
Originally, Honey was only going to transform once or twice during the first episode. Tomoharu Katsumata (director for episode one) requested that Honey use all of her main seven forms.
Tumblr media
Some of the choreography from Honey and Black Claw’s fight is based on sequences from the Abashiri Family manga, specifically when the lead character Kikunosuke battles against teachers from Paradise Academy.
Tumblr media
Junpei is based on Kichiza Abashiri from Go Nagai's The Abashiri Family manga. Kichiza is the youngest son of the Abashiri family and is a master of explosives. Junpei was voiced by Kazuko Sawada.
It’s probably worth noting Honey and Junpei are the only two characters to appear in every episode of Cutie Honey.
We'll take a look at episode two next week!

but uh yeah we watched (rewatched for me) KR First/Next. Y'know what I like them more this time around. Still don't love them! But they're, y'know, they're whatever. Fundamentally they are extremely good at making me go "wow! I love it when kamen rider does a big kick" which is the main thing
Tumblr media
The First definitely feels more like The Big-Screen Kamen Rider Reboot Movie, it presents itself more theatrically, it's got flourishes like the Miyauchi cameo, a snippet of the original OP and the Dr. Shinigami footage. Unfortunately, it also hews too close to the US superhero movie "everything revolves around how much the hero loves and wants to save the pretty girl [who will not even be mentioned in the sequel]" for me to find it much fun, and also it keeps cutting away to a completely different romance movie, which also isn't...bad, I guess, but doesn't link up at all until the very end.
The Next, meanwhile, feels more like a "let's do whatever the fuck" outing to stick on late-night TV and the DVD release...instead of a bombastic title card it just dives right into the ghost-slasher-movie subplot which...I also didn't feel super-engaged watching but that might just be because I'm a little baby (for as much as I dig the Rider body-fuckery and lonely-cyborg stuff, which for the record The First especially did really well!), but at least was actually part of the story this time. The tone does proceed like that, and I find the Inoue-isms the more entertaining kind here; instead of having a Hollywood Love Interest to fight over now Hongo is gay and pining and Ichimonji is homophobic and trying to have as much sex as possible before he dies. There's shots of Kazami Shiro showering moodily, bare Shocker Rider ass, and a lady kaijin topless with her helmet on. Also, Scissors-Jaguar is there.
But yeah they both have what are still probably the best Rider 1/2 suits (although I'll give Shin the coat-over-suit look as the best design, maybe), I love how textured and bolted-together they are. And there's truly incredible action going all-in on wires and somersaults, and frankly maybe Next didn't have less budget but just blew it all on that big sequence at the end where they have a big chase on trucks and cars and motorbikes flying-kicking each other off the road, then crash into a restaurant, then proceed to knock each other through every wall, floor and bar in the place until it's completely destroyed. So that's pretty good. Shame about the muddy brown filter over everything in Next. 2007!
Anyway no wonder Hongo lost his university post after First with a thesis like "water is alive". That's not correct man

"I can't go back Yuuka. I failed her."
An image of a girl with red hair and bob haircut popped up in your head. Her smile, although nervous, was full of enthusiasm. This girl whom you met in the middle of your grand escape from Jigokou has meant so much to you, gave your life a whole new meaning, that all humans weren't vile after all. And yet, you contributed to one of her greatest fears,
The fear of being left alone by a loved one
You had no idea what you were getting into when you fought the motherboard of Makai. None of you did.
The battle was ferocious, it was certain that one of the four was going to die. In a great act of bravery, you offered yourself to deliver the final blow. You said you bitter goodbyes to your dear apprentice who you treated like a younger sister, your own child almost. This girl, now blonde was a sobbing mess. Her heart was obviously shattered to smithereens watching you go. And the cherry on top? She thought she failed you. She thought she was the one at fault for not being strong enough. First failing to protect her childhood friend from a fire, her younger brother from her bastard of a verbally abusive father, and now you.
And yet here you are. Unscaved, non-bloodied, and not gone like you told her you would be. Hiding out in the garden of Sun.
You sigh as you hide your shame by drinking more sake. It did nothing to help ease the guilt, though. But to be fair, can spirits really get drunk? Your Flower Yokai friend sat by you quietly. Although she said she could care less about your personal dilemma, you could see the look of concern in her quick glances to you.
You take another sip, admiring the Sunflower field accompanied by the night sky.

Wet Floor Interview
Tumblr media
In the booklet inserted in the Splatune 2 album, there's an interview with the band Wet Floor, which has yet to be translated to English...well, until now.
Keep reading below to see my translation, or check out the google docs link to it here!
It’d be exciting to see the music scene become colorful again
Just when we think we understand them, they get away from us. Wet Floor is that kind of band. They don't fit inside the box. They don't do what we'd expect. And yet, before we knew it, their music had become deeply ingrained in our hearts. Their latest album "Inkoming!", which has a completely different atmosphere from their previous album "Color Rush", is no exception. I asked the five members about their thoughts on the album.
○Interviewer: Nijimasuya ⏺
⏺This album feels so colorful and changing in a way that I never get tired of. Not only that, I thought that it was overflowing with freshness, as if it were a piece cut from the "now" of Wet Floor and Inkopolis Square.
EVERYONE: Thank you!
MIZOLE (Vo. G): Yeah, for example, I love old music that was popular before I was born, yet I take the stance that "I take from this era I am living now, so I should give back too," which is what I do when I play with Wet Floor.
TSUMABUSHI (B): I mean, that's really all you can do, isn't it.
⏺At the same time, I was reminded of how "twisted" Wet Floor is.
KAZAMI (Dr): (Laughs)
MIZOLE: As far as we're concerned, we don't mean to be twisted.
RYAN (Vo. G): Oh but you're so twisted. You play chords that are totally different from mine and Tsumabushi's!
KAGI (Synth): I guess I want to create music that is like "a picture that cannot be fully understood at first glance".
⏺This might be a bit of a nasty question, but it could be called "not catchy.”
MIZOLE: I wonder if that will happen.
⏺At least it's not the "straight-up rascalliness" that was sweeping Inkopolis a few years ago.
MIZOLE: Ah, yeah, that's the kind of thing I wanted to do.  Those days were filled with an unbridled "excitement to see the world for the first time" kind of feeling. Now we’ve let it seep into our bodies, and our output is a kind of a "determination to keep on sharing it with like-minded people." I don't know if I'm putting this well.
⏺I see. For example, when you guys covered the iconic Squid Squad song "Now or Never", which seems to be a symbol of those days, you have a big group of people chanting "Yeah..." in a laid-back B-melody.
RYAN: That's right. We changed the chord progression there too, from the original song.
KAGI: That's our "feeling" right now, too.
⏺Or in "Inkoming!", you stir up some excitement in the first bars (spla spla la o nyalo/ink o sink fazaro), but the chorus (yuganashoshiyasei/ nigochunowanowanasa), shows off a little "longing for others".
MIZOLE: Yeah, that chorus is something we wouldn't have been able to sing in the past. To be honest, I was hesitant while writing it. But when you're in a live setting and you're getting excited with the audience, all that hesitation just fades away.
⏺By the way, what is the difference with the version of "Inkoming! (Cloud Demo)" that was recorded at the same time?
KAGI: I initally wrote this riff and uploaded it to the cloud. And then everyone else did whatever they wanted with it at home. First, Tsumabushi added in a slapping bass line.
TSUMABUSHI: In the end, I held back a lot on the bass lines. I didn't hold back on "Rip Entry" though. (Laughs)
⏺It's a four-on-the-floor tune that starts with a very "springy" guitar. The weighty rhythm section feels great, and makes the floor sway vertically at concerts. It's not just in this song, but the way Tsumabushi and Kazami mesh with each other is unbelievable.
MIZOLE: Those two practice in secret like crazy.
RYAN: Even on days when we go to the studio, they start practicing the rhythm line a couple hours early.
KAZAMI: Hey the songs are hard! It’s fun though.
⏺What was the most difficult song for you two to play?
KAZAMI: It's definitely "Don't Slip". That riff is in such a weird time signature! Surprising that Ryan wrote that riff.
RYAN: When I was working on it, I didn't realize that it had an odd time signature, but when I recorded it on my computer, I thought, "Huh? Something’s weird about it...'' (laughs)
TSUMABUSHI: The drum 'n bass in "Undertow" was pretty tough too. The break comes so fast.
⏺Are the other songs built off of a riff?
KAGI: Basically, yes. Someone uploads a riff, and then everyone adds to it.
KAZAMI: The only difference is in "Endolphin Surge", where all of a sudden, Mizole made the melody first instead. That's the intro.
MIZOLE: Tentatively titled, "Youth.” (laughs)
RYAN: That's intense.
⏺It certainly starts off with a kind of embarrassingly classic feel, but it doesn't stop there, as what happens after that is dizzying. That's what makes Wet Floor so unique. And that unstoppableness isn't just in the songs; as I said at the beginning of this interview, I think it can be said for the variety of the song’s musicality too. The album itself has a completely different mood than your previous works.
MIZOLE: Are you bored of it? What is that "what we haven't done yet?” That’s what I'm always looking for when working on the next song.
KAGI: It's just like in Turf Wars. "I've already inked this place! Is there any place I haven't yet?” (laughs)
⏺Maybe there's another band that will ‘ink you back’ even more.
MIZOLE: Wouldn’t that be super interesting? It’d be exciting to see the music scene become more colorful like that again.

"He's very kind for a Night's child."
"Because Nyx didn't give birth him, herself. He was born from Erebus and Nyx. He doesn't have bright apperiance like his other siblings but he has a bright personalty. No wonder Davidus is Sea's favorite Star."
[random fact, Erebus and Nyx are actually symbolise darkness but their children are symbolise bright things.]
I knew this gonna end out of game style but I love this too. Just like I thought, it's one of my favorite now.
I added so many details. If you can look closely to silver part on purple fabric, you can see his children's patterns. Love that part.
(Butterfly is Aya, jellyfish is Lapis, snowflake is Guinevere and lil ghost is Kian. Everyone but Lapis belongs to my friends)
And shell on his shoulder is actually belongs to my original Poseidon desing.
(they're husbands, your honour)

See It Firsts for 2/28/2020
Apologies for not making this article yesterday; I was busy that day, and I spent quite a bit of that day completing that ThunderCats Roar review. Yes, that’s right, I’m reviewing ThunderCats Roar until DuckTales comes back, and I just posted a review of the first episode. I’m also going to take a short look at the original ThunderCats as well. I don’t plan on doing more than the first few episodes of that, but if people demand it, I’ll oblige.
Anyway, Cartoon Network continued their trend on releasing new episodes on the internet and On Demand services before they air in the US.
First, the first episodes of Bakugan Battle Planet Season 3:
The Mysterious Boy/A New Power - The Mysterious Boy: After stopping Tiko's rampage, the Awesome Brawlers have become world-famous heroes and Bakugan-mania sweeps the globe. With the Bakugan boom, brawling has been reinvented as a sporting game. In celebration of the Awesome Brawlers efforts, a tournament is being held in their honor. But the battles are quickly cut short when a rogue brawler and his golden Bakugan crash the event./A New Power: A Rogue brawler, Agit and his golden Bakugan have crashed the Awesome Brawlers party. Who is this brawler? How can he control a Golden Bakugan? Only one way to find out - Bakugan Brawl! Dan and Drago go head to head with the outsides to get to the bottom of it. Outmatched by their opponent, Dan and Drago get a little help from a new powerful weapon - Baku-Gear.
Baku-Gear/Bakugan Rock! - Baku-Gear: The Awesome Brawlers are excited over their discovery of Baku-Gear, and want to get some footage of it in action. While they're filming, an underclassman named Trey challenges Dan to battle. Who will emerge victorious in the impromptu battle?/Bakugan Rock!: Baku-gear has shown up twice for Dan and Drago and it's starting to eat away at the other awesome brawlers. It's time they take it into their own hands. When Lia and Wynton go up against the rockin' new brawlers in town, they show Dan and Drago that they are not the only one who can summon this cool new tool!
Brawler Headhunting/Lightning's Entrance Exam - Brawler Headhunting: As acting president of Kazami International, Shun is called upon to entertain another new young CEO Luca Schmidt, who's interested in doing business with the Kazami International. But Shun quickly realizes something is up when Luca tries woo him over to his brawling team - the Glanz Five. /Lightning's Entrance Exam: The Awesome Brawlers may be world famous heroes, but that doesn't mean they get out of going to school. They are still regular kids, doing regular kid things. But teachers may have something to say when Lightening decides he wants to join his buddies in the classroom.
Trouble Busters!/French Fry Wars - Trouble Busters!: Now that the Awesome Brawlers are world famous Bakugan experts, they want to help people solve their Bakugan-related problems. When the world's quietest town is experiencing unexplained noises, the Awseome Brawlers are called in to get to the bottom of it./French Fry Wars: The Awesome Brawlers are arguing over who gets to eat the last french-fry. At first, each member makes a case for why they should to be the one to eat it. But the quarrel quickly escalates into trash talk and revealing secrets about one another. With everyone now upset, things take an unexpected turn.
The Phantom Thief Comes to Call/Phantom Thief Ajit - The Phantom Thief Comes to Call: An archeological discovery is made in Los Volmos. Exploration at the site is cut short, when a master thief and his apprentice attempt to steal the ancient Bakugan artifacts. When the Awesome Brawlers hear the news, they step in to thwart the thieves./Phantom Thief Ajit: An Ancient Bakugon artifact from an archeological discovery is placed in the Los Volmos Museum. The Awesome Brawlers are charged with guarding the artifacts from any further attempts thievery.
Also, new episodes of Power Players.
Joke's On You, Bro! - Axel and the team turn Galileo's camouflaging pranks around on him, convincing the gullible gecko that he's permanently invisible - to disastrous results!
Out of My Head - Axel must help Sarge and Bobbie learn to walk in each other's shoes - literally - after Luka unwittingly switches the toys' heads!
Freeze! - Axel and his team find themselves in a tough position after Ice Crusher makes it too cold for them to fight back at full speed.
King Axel - After a screening of the King Arthur tale, Axel holds out his sword and declares himself king, but when Dynamo uses his magnetism to steal the weapon and bestow it upon Masko, it casts doubt among the team over who is the true leader.
The Trojan Bear - When Axel opens a subscription gift-box he didn't even order, the team finds their ranks divided by a robotic bear - or Princess SugarSalt in disguise!
Thirst for Power - Axel and his toys deploy the Joyride in a "ship" to "ship" battle against Dr. Nautilus, who has punctured a water main to flood the sewers and established himself as "Admiral Nautilus."
Party On - As Zoe preps Cleo LeBall's birthday party, Axel and the team run damage control against a jealous crasher - Princess SugarSalt, who has turned the decorations and gifts into instruments of chaos!
Bringing Up Baby - Zoe leaves Axel in charge of the school project - watching over an infant simulator doll - but when MadCap brings the doll to life, Axel and the team must stop the baby without damaging it or risk getting a failing grade!
If one has a cable or satellite subscription, they can check them out. Stay tuned.

I made a long post about why Kazami’s Garbage (0 Kills) and how Character Development will drastically make him improve without being magical, here’s the TL;DR
Up to and including Episode 6, Kazami has not landed a single effective blow. Shields, parries, just being shot and having to bail on a charge, the threat and promise of friendly fire from Parviz and May meaning he can’t charge in again. Lots of reasons.
Barring Parviz and May, a lot of what’s stopping him from landing a good hit are a result of being too predictable, which stem from his character flaw of being Leeroy Jenkins. (The poses would be fine if he didn’t charge immediately afterward). Furthermore, every time he’s read like a book, he gets countered, and is put into a losing position.
Kazami refuses to even entertain the notion of Captain Zeon (his idol) losing, refusing to watch videos where he does lose. It might be a stretch, but Kazami’s playstyle might have been molded into a “win-more” playstyle by this cherry picking, where if it works it’s flashy as heck... but Kazami knows no alternatives and doesn’t have the skill to get into that already winning position to make it work. At the very least, it’s certain that Kazami doesn’t know how to fight back from a losing position. The position that he puts himself in at the start of every encounter.
No, he can’t just charge through it. Parviz and May are spamming artillery at the enemy and he’ll just get himself friendly fired. Again.
So, if Kazami’s character flaw is addressed - preferably by him having to overcome a losing battle, bonus points if it embraces the ideal of heroism that he currently lacks...
Kazami won’t be as predictable in combat, so that he can actually land attacks and make use of that heavy melee armament.
Kazami won’t be immediately put into a losing position, where his mobile suit and lack of experience have no way to deal with it.
Kazami’s effectiveness will skyrocket to a reasonable level unless the writers hate him.
Now of course, that’s just the logical reasoning why being told to not charge in will magicially put him on par with Parviz. There’s still no explanation as to why Kazami has to be this ineffective from a narrative perspective.
