Jeckyll & Mr. Hyde are sampled on Hyperspeed (G-Force Part 2) by The Prodigy released in 1992, the drums programmed by The Fantastic Aleems are lifted by the Chemical Brothers on Dig Your Own Hole released in 1997. RIP Captain Rock

This is from my multi-chaptered Hyde fic which will be started after my current fic is over, and I am so so excited for it. It will be all about the Hyde side of Tyler learning to trust Wednesday, and her determination to have all sides of him obsessed with her. 

oh, and of course I can never do just one sentence - so here’s a few of the first sentences! -- 

The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde - a tale of personalities at odds with each other. One bloodthirsty for violence and ruination, the other cursed with a strange longing for peace. At conflict with himself, his heart at war with his head. A soul split in two - black and white, fire and ice, good and evil. A long time ago, to Wednesday, it was just another story tucked away in her family’s extensive novel collection. An old bed-time read : filled with murder and mayhem, blood and gore, disaster and doom. Just the thing to send her off to sleep. But little girls grow up, and learn that nightmares are real, and that Jekyll and Hyde are not as different as they seem.
