Like LBM-Phantom is Danny Fenton's familiar/Pokémon.

And you could make it so only those ecto-contaminated attract LBM. And maybe even add a magical-girl transformation esque fusion between the LBM familiars and the humans.

This is a great opportunity to give Sam, Tucker, Jazz, Valerie, Maddie Jack, heck! even Lancer a Little Baby Man .

okay i LOVE this idea and will 100% be iterating on it in the future. in the meantime, enjoy some pokéghosts (:

Birds Of A Feather Fight Ghost Together

Danny is now a bird. No, he did not transform willingly and yes it did have something to do with Vlad's new weapon because creepy old men who have acess to advanced tech will try anything on unsuspecting teenagers these days. It's not all that bad though, he can still fight pretty good as a weird pigeon (the ghost learned very fast that sharp talons to the face were not worth it) and the only downside was his attraction to shiny things, which has only distracted him a few times (no Jazz he was not hording the fancy and shiny forks, he was just holding onto them incase he needed them for a bigger dinner later).

Anyways he was flying through the GZ on his way to either find more shiny things or peck out another ghost's eyes, he doesn't mind which comes first, when a glint caught his beady bird eyes.

"Shiny thing first it is."

As Danny flew closer he realized two things. One, the shiny thing was infact a shiny sword. Two, the shiny sword was being wielded by a child in the middle of fighting a ghost.

He quickly flew down opening his beak and produced a small coo wail that immediately popped the creature. Danny needed to figure out how the boy ended up– Wait! HE HAS FRIES!

He'll figure out that later but now he needs those fries.

After working on this off and on for the past 2 years, here's the introduction to the Ghostly Pokemon Au. Let's start off with our gym leaders 1 through 4.

DP X DC PROMPT: DISRUPTIVE SUMMONINGS AU

Some time after Danny joins the Justice League, his Rogues find out and whine at him about how he's "hoarding all the good fights and we're all so boooored, don't be stingy!" so they come up with a summoning rotation where he calls on them to help deal with the kind of threats that requires backup. The JL is appreciative at first. They are less so once they realise how chaotic Danny's reformed Rogue Gallery can be.

(Batman especially wants them all gone, they're so unpredictable he can't plan a strategy around their madness. Robin hates Youngblood with the fire of a thousand suns and has declared him his nemesis. The Flash wants Clockwork to stop bullying him.)

Phantom stared at the monitor with baited breath. He had been alerted by the computers beeping and came to see what was going on.

Could this really be happening? After all this time alone in his lair, waiting, hoping for any sign that his last remaining friend was still out there, his ecto-signature finally showed up on his radar.

This had to be a trap.

But...what if it wasn't? What if Robin was really there? What if he was hurt and waiting for Phantom to come rescue him? The thought made his stomach drop. He knew what his birdy had gone through when he was still alive and he would rather feed himself to a pool of ghost piranhas than let Robin believe for a second that he had been abandoned again.

Grabbing the essentials and shoving them into a bag he rushed out of his lair. It had been years since he had seen his birdy and even longer since he had been in Amity Park or any other variation of the Living Realms. But this was for his best friend. For him he would do anything.

...

Which apparently included fighting his besties adoptive dad in the streets while he was in a full Gothic fursuit-Robin what the heck- Robin himself wasn't helping, he was just cheering Phantom on from the sidelines and giving him tips.

Phantom managed to get away from the bat and his other birds- how many did he have???- and had an emotional reunion with his best friend which included a lot of tears, mostly from him.

Okay, entirely from him. He was worried out of his mind for his birdy, sue him. Robin was mostly confused, saying he didn't remember disappearing, only that he felt more and more strange before he just...blanked. The next this he knew he was standing over this prone figure of a guy with a leather jacket and a full faced red helmet. Batman looked at him odd and Robin didn't hesitate to mock the man he once viewed as a father.

They fought for a bit with the younger vigilante using all the powers Phantom taught him along with his furry training to beat up the man who abandoned him to the mercy of one of his rogues.

Speaking of which. The very next thing Jason did was find the Joker and do everything the deranged clown did to him. Karma. It was on one of his later confrontations that Phantom appeared. Now the darker dynamic duo are running around Gotham being ghostly and more or less doing whatever they want.

Bruce was spiraling mentally. His second son lay in the batcaves infirmary stuck on life support because somehow, some way, his soul was knocked out of his body.

They needed to find some way to put it back in before that other teen "took him home" and Bruce really hoped that didn't mean what he thinks it means.

I would never refuse Pokemon AU.

Danny was a trainer for Unova, and the first Pokemon is a Oshawott.

His parents often use Dark type Pokemon, which makes the team is basically full of Ghost Pokemon he often upset, which is very cute,isn't it?

Danny often misses his sister, who gave him the male Charcadet. It is said that Danny's Charcadet and Jazz's Charcadet are also sibling.

The Fentons always use the Dark Pokemon, but neither Danny nor Jazz use it much. Danny prefers the Flying, but he's particularly popular with Ghost Pokemons, and Jazz prefers Grass. Jazz's first Pokemon is a Snivy.

Danny got the Mega Stone of Gengar for some reason, and his Gengar is shiny, because I think it corresponds to the difference between before and after the transformation in original.

Another color for the Green With Envy event! This time using @foxyteah's line art! This was insanely fun to dooooo! And everyone else was making all these different kinds of cores, so I really wanted to do electric. Then one thing led to another and I was asking Foxy if I could make some minor alterations to the line art. Fufufufu.

Tucker's LBM being a lil Technus is amazing and i love it, especially since Technus is canonically awful at keeping up with new technology meanwhile Tucker loves the newest stuff. I also love Sam's being the dragon! Super curious now to see what Jazz's LBM would be, cause my first thought is Spectra since she's great with psych stuff, but like,, she uses it against people in a way Jazz never would. All this to say, i love the LBM and would like to see Jazz's if you're down

You're right! Spectramon are almost always hostile to other pokemon (and their trainers!) but with enough patience and the proper training, they can really blossom!

(Additionally, having knowledge of psych abilities is very helpful in taming a Spectramon's penchant for sucking up all emotions. If exposed to enough bad emotion, these pokemon can become extremely hostile, and even untrainable. However, if given enough good emotion, they can become an irreplaceable teammate!)

FUNNY YOURE ASKING ABOUT HER NOW BC GUESS WHO HAS BEEN WORKING ON HER DESIGN THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS.

Ngl big mama has given me a lot of trouble. I was torn over four different designs with like four different pokemon. And each species would mean something different for her lore. BUT I FINALLY COMMITTED. I'm gonna keep her design a secret for now since I'm still working on fine tuning it. But Pokemon fans MIGHT be able to guess which pokemon she's inspired by with the trivia I've given. Here's some big mama lore!

Similarities to canon: runs her battle nexus, has a lot of power in tmnp’s equivalent to the hidden city, has a history with splinter and utilized him in her battle nexus.

The battle nexus deserves its own post. Pokemon battles are normalized in this world, therefore the battle nexus itself wouldnt be controversial. But Ive found ways to MAKE it controversial (EVIL LAUGH) that would have the pokemon league¹ shutting it down if they knew about it

Now for TMNP exclusive big mama facts!

- Master illusionist. This gives her the ability to naturally transform into her human form

- She feeds on fear. Literally. It is rumored that if you listen closely to her necklace, you can hear the screams of champions in her battle nexus.

- Is one of the few yokai to use poke balls and specializes in ghost type pokemon. Supposedly these Pokemon are the lost souls of her nexus champions that died in her arena

- Her staff consists of Alpha Pokemon² (Fox as Thievul, Owl as Noctowl, Otter as Floatzel, Lion as Pyroar)

- Gus the shiny alpha granbul is her favorite and is treated more like a pet

- She regularly interacts with the surface world to scout out powerful pokemon to have in her nexus. This is how she found lou jitzu “the human who fights like a pokemon”

- Regularly hires bounty hunters to steal powerful pokemon from their trainers

- She has worked with Hunter J³

- Can create shadow pokemon⁴

And bonus info: Here's her color palette (might tweak the specific shades but the color is there)

1 Pokemon League: This is like the government branch that regulates anything pokemon related in the surface world. Hosts the yearly pokemon league, oversees the gyms, responsible for granting or revoking trainer licenses.

2 Alpha Pokemon: Pokemon from hisui (hokkaido Japan from ~500 years ago) that are significantly larger then normal. They are usually more powerful and more aggressive

3 Hunter J: A pokemon anime exclusive character that will be making an appearance in this au. I had to, she is arguably one of Pokemon's best villains

4 Shadow Pokemon: A pokemon who's heart has been closed off artificially. They lack empathy, cannot be reasoned with, and are highly aggressive. They are controlled by the will of the one who created them

Here are Gym leaders 5-8, the toughest that the Amity Region has before the Elite Four. If you came here from the previous 1-4, then here's the down low of this au.

It's the typical Pokemon adventure setup but with Space-Time Distortions playing a major role in part of the story. The Amity Region has been subjected to these distortions for over a century causing many Pokemon to behave and appear more differently than any other region on record (Ex: Shinies are more common). It's the reason why Amity is strict with who becomes new Pokemon trainers in their region. With the aid of their multiple national parks, the park rangers, game wardens, and gym leaders aim to help and keep newcomers safe from distorted Pokemon and vicious poachers.

However, a new threat is looming in the darkness of the night. Waiting for the right moment to strike, Danny and co. will be in for more than just an average Pokemon adventure in this au.
