Who am I even telling?

Most people have seen that meme that is on Facebook talking about how you can feel yourself getting bad again and it lists all of the reasons, etc.  Well as relatable as that may be I hate how public these mental issues have become and NO I am not putting down anyone else’s mental states, but now it’s just “Oh yeah same” every time anyone has stuff going on. Sometimes I feel like when I hit my lows everyone else in the world is right there going “Oh ya me too”...It just makes me feel like my emotions are invalid anymore because everyone and their mother “Gets it”. 

So even though this is the case I need to get this out so maybe I will pull myself off of this couch and do the dishes or switch the laundry. Heck, maybe I’ll even do some homework.

I’m getting bad again.

I won’t stop staring at the ceiling or watching some crappy cartoon from my childhood that I’m not even interested in. I don’t even have any thoughts in my head that are distracting me because the only thing I am even thinking about is how I need to be getting dishes, laundry, homework, cleaning, etc. done. 

I wish I was just enjoying the silence around me and relaxing for the next activity I have going on, but I don’t. I just sit here stressed and overwhelmed by absolutely NOTHING...or is it the nothingness that I’m stressed about...

I have this desire to close my eyes and sleep even when I’m not even tired, but I’m always tired...

My body hurts, my soul feels like it’s on fire, and I can’t find any comfort when I’m alone. The only time I feel like I have an ounce of energy or calmness surrounding me is when I have a busy schedule or someone with me.

I don’t know, I think I’m just really bad at this life thing...
