Dowagers hump, my lovely lady lump!

I didn't love writing this because it's humbling and uncomfortable. I know I'm not alone so here we go!

Two nights ago, I was in the bathroom washing up and getting ready for bed. My hair was up in a messy bun, I was washing my face and feeling pretty good about sleeping. I love to sleep!
