What about the Doors/Pressure shopkeepers trying to pretend they aren't giving their crush special treatment when in groups. Like, special inventory, discreet discounts, all that jazz

"Oye, I see what you're doin', Jeff. Thought you weren't one for giving out freebies."

"Don't play dumb! I saw you sneak the skeleton key into their bag! Even Bob's a witness!"

No matter what El Goblino says, Jeff will just wave off any accusations of him giving you "special treatment" whenever you stopped by the shop with your group.

While none of them donated to the tip jar, you were the only one who ever did...and even when you came back again and again, it was always you who showed him charity.

The rest of your group would just argue over what to spend their money on, try to rush ahead, mess with his radio, etc. etc.

But you trust Jeff, and he trusts you <3

So you get small discounts on his wares, and despite him not being able to speak, you could tell he's only looking after you.

The goblin jokes about Jeff's little "crush" on you...then he sees the entity's eyes widen and realizes "wait amigo,,I wasn't being serious do you actually like them?????"

He just shoos him away and will deny it to kingdom come, but it is true.

The moment you realized his feelings for you was when Rush attacked the shop once, and you thought you were done for-

When Jeff instinctively pulled you behind the counter and slammed the shutter down, keeping you uncomfortably close (yet somehow you've never felt safer).

When it's all over, he blushes and lets you go free.

You thank him with a small kiss on the forehead(?) and promise to see him again soon.

The next time you get duped by Dupe, or attacked by Eyes, Timothy, Screech, or a snare and need to heal...you discover a few bandaids in your pocket that weren't there previously...

Huh.

Sebastian (Pressure)

Normally, Sebastian doesn't care to make personal connections with any of the expendables.

He's just there as their supplier before seeing them off on their journey, hoping they're putting his resources to good use.

But recently he's been seeing you more often, coming by with a new group or by yourself, trying your best to survive long enough to reach him.

Ofc, you've died to stupid things before (or maybe you're just trying to get all the monster documents..in which he's convinced you're some masochist), but you did have the most common sense out of your group and didn't try to annoy him.

The others just waste flash beacon charges on trying to blind the poor guy and stick the keycard in a medkit they couldn't afford...and for what?

Why do your "friends" do that? Are they stupid or something?

You tell them to stop, and it's...actually kinda nice to hear somebody willing to defend him.

People usually don't give a shit about the giant scary fish's feelings, yet for some reason you do.

Of course, Sebastian was reasonably suspicious about it.

"Are you acting this way just to get a freebie?" He assumes. "Because if you are, then you're definitely as stupid as-"

"No, I'd never do that to you." You shake your head. "You're here, helping us survive out there, risking a lot to get us those supplies...is it wrong for me to appreciate that?"

"......"

He goes quiet for a minute, but after the rest of your group leaves, he asks you to stay for a moment.

"You were looking at this Necrobloxicon for a while...you must reeeeally want it, huh?" He grins, flicking his tail where the book was strapped. "It's a rarity."

"I...can't afford that. I'm fine with this dingy flashlight-"

"It's yours for 70% off. Take it or leave it."

You do a double take. "Wait, wha-"

"70% off. Take it. Or leave it." He says through gritted teeth, impatient, only to smile when you accept the deal without further question. "Good. Now don't go telling anyone I'm offering discounts. That's your only one unless I feel generous. Capiche?"

"Gotcha. Thank you, Seb. This means a lot. I hope to see you again soon." You smile back, holding the spooky book tightly, and leave him alone with his thoughts.

And a warm and fuzzy feeling in his chest-

Wait.

"Oh no....what the fuck am I doing????? That's it! NO more discounts for anyone, Sebastian!" He scolds himself.

Little does he know, he's gonna keep giving them out, but only for you.

We gave the rooms entities their own nicknames back before they had more canonical names so A-60 is known as Red rush, A-90 is known as Stop sign and A-120 is known as Reverse.

surprisingly enough, he was human once. although, he was put in the hotel by accident. he was murdered and guiding light accidentally brought his soul to the hotel instead of the person who killed him

bro is fucking huge no seriously he could probably hold you like a cheeseburger (btw i don't mind ya'll sending asks to the entities so yes, you could give him a hug)

his face is sorta like a mask and it opens up to reveal a big mouth with teeth, which he uses to kill the people who steal from him

and headcanons for the safe entities? hm let's see here ..

(jeff, el goblino n bob go by he/they/it, while sally uses they/it)

both jeff and sally have no tangible bodies, with the exception of jeff's tentacles. shining a light does not work (you will only see darker darkness), nor does trying to get closer to touch. though, it will feel immensely cold if you feel their 'bodies'

sally only appears in places where it can only show its face - meaning, it will never appear out in the open. it's commonly seen in outside windows (hence their nickname 'window'), and in the very very dark corners of the hotel.

like A-120, sally cannot change their face appearance. it will constantly appear smiling, no matter its emotion

no one knows where jeff gets his items. he likes to claim that he finds them scattered around the hotel, but el goblino says jeff has never left door 52 (his tentacles have always been present ever since they were situated there)

jeff is an optimist! positivity radiates off the guy!! rarely are there ever negative vibes in doors 52 :]

when figure had stumbled into door 52 (in a fit of rage, so accidentally did it wander in), jeff used its tentacles to grab a hold and slam it to a door. it broke the tip of one of figure's protruding shoulder bones. and that was the last time jeff used violence. he's a pacifist, after all.

the door 52 entities prefer to stray afar from the other entities (figure's learnt its lesson already - if it needs to go through, it will knock, wait, and silent walk through). jeff having a crucifix is enough of a safeguard for entities to not even think of bothering them.

bob is actually an entity - but no one expects it to be (except jeff and el goblino). he moves when no one watches him.

el goblino, as he said, causes all the 'knockings' and 'scatterings' in the hotel. the entities brush it off as just rats.

when going on 'supply runs', el goblino likes to collect things to stash with jeff's collection. it's quite a large collection actually. (and many entities wonder where some items have gone missing)

no one knows how the door 52 gang got into the hotel. but then again, no one knows how any of them happened to be here.

Curious Light looked at the little girl the celestials anointed to be the Guiding Light. She was around 13 and was always so kind to the entities, but they already noticed how she was particularly close to Timothy, Seek, Hide and A-120, with 120 being her favourite.

Today is Christmas day, and Curious Light noticed that A-120, alongside a pair of humans they seemed really close to, was baking a cake.

"Matthew, not like that!" A-120 shouted at the older human man, as the younger human teen, completely naked, beat up a Screech with a bible tied to a staff.

"A layer of chocolate icing will fix that, John!" The human shouted at A-120.

"Mark, put on some clothes already!" Shouted Seek, who wore a white jacket over his shirt. The batter he was mixing was so thin, Curious Light contemplated asking if it was actually soup he was making.

"Go to hell, Silas, your batter looks like piss!" The nude human shouted, beating the crap out of a Screech.

Curious Light stared at the 4 people attempting to bake a cake (which looked more burned than Isaac 'A-90' who was nearly ritually sacrificed by his father, Abraham) before leaving, seeing Guiding Light talking to Halt and Ambush, introducing them to a pair of older adults.

"Guys, say hi to Auntie Miriam 'Mary' and Uncle Laz! And you two, meet Hazael 'Halt' and Amby. They're like my version of Rocky and John Evie." Guiding Light told the adults, who nodded at the pair.

Curious Light smiled at the grown-ups before having to stop Haste from summoning bears. Blitz was laughing their asses off as Lookman texted his friends.

"Hey, Glitch." Curious Light tapped on Glitch's shoulder, and the latter glitched(read: had a seizure) and suddenly wore a set of robes you think you saw on a old, shabby Christian TV show, the type of robe a pharisee would wear.

"Glitch?" Curious Light asked, only to get shushed by the purple entity, as Shadow, an entity you consider to either be a hangman's victim or a victim of desperation and hung himself, kissed a man who looked suspiciously like Guiding Light and definitely dead.

'Who are these people?!' Curious asked in their mind, as they made their way to room 50, the library.

Figure and Seek were... ahem, reproducing, as usual, a small egg on the floor. Blushing, the yellow architect exited the library and headed to Jeff's shop.

Strangely enough, when you opened door 52, you noticed that Jeff was accompanied by a man in his mid-30s, with light blue hair, helping to decorate the room with blue wall decor and a tree you think was right outside the mines.

"Hello. You're much prettier than what John said you looked." The man with light blue hair spoke. Curious Light felt their face redden as Jeff handed you a note, which read: This is the guy who taught me finance :) his name is Andrew :)

Curious Light smiled at Jeff as the man, Andrew, offered to help El Goblino, or as you called him, Elias Carmine.

"Oi, düd, Merry Christmas!" The red goblin greeted Curious, shedding his fear of them for ages already.

"Hello... do you, by any chance, know who Shadow is kissing? And the men in the kitchen, who are they?"

Jeff passed over its tip jar. "Info for money? Sure." Curious passed a handfunnof gold coins into the tip jar, and Jeff, in its barely legible handwriting (or is it tentacle-writing?)

*That's Jesuna. Or at least his deadname that A-120 provided for privacy. Funfact, that's what the 'J' in Guiding's initials stands for :)* (Guiding's initials are RJC.)

"Thanks, Jeff." Curious Light sprinted down the halls to see Rush and Dupe pull together multiple human victims from earlier.

"What are you guys doing?" Curious asked, their eyes blinking between the two entities.

"Oh, Nico(Glitch) told us to get him Frankenstein. That's what we're making. Said it's for Guiding." Rush replied in his deep, booming voice, sewing together an arm on the shoulder.

Dupe supressed a chuckle at Curious Light's facial expression as he passed over a leg for Rush to sew on.

Curious ended up at room 52, contemplating life as Ambush passed out party hats.

"~Happy birthday to you~ happy birthday to you~happy birthday to Rena~" The entities sang, clapping as Glitch handed her a handful of knobs, a bottle of perfume-

And the Frankenstein.

"Happy birthday, little savior -" A-120 was cut off by the screams of the entities and Glitch's shout of 'frankensense, like the embalming fluid, you fools, not Frankenstein!'

Curious Light saw the supposedly dead man and Shadow facepalm.
