Her skin is somehow really soft despite being a literal FORMER DOLL are you kidding me.
Has her down also so nothing gets in the way. (Also very soft but that was expected)
It's very rare seeing Maria with her hair down, but she looks adorable nonetheless.
Will probably end up falling asleep on your chest so be warned.
Tumblr media
Maria kept tugging at the end ribbon Aia put in her hair that morning until eventually pulling it completely, her ponytail collapsing as the ribbon became the long snake it was before. She left it on the bathroom sink and turned off the light.
She walked out her bedroom and shuffled over the the couch in her pink slippers. Maria sat down and turned on the TV before laying her head back. She felt her eyes start to droop until she heard the door open. Her head turned to you with speed.
Maria lightly gasped, "Hey, you're here!" She smiled. "Glad you could make it. I think I have a lot more pillows in my room than what's on the floor." She vaguely gestured to the 5 or so pillows on the floor. "Wait here." She got up and shuffled back to her room, the TV quiet in the background.
You took off your shoes and set your bag on the ground next to them. You sat on the couch to wait for Maria, which didn't take long as she was speedy as ecstatic to make a pillow fort with you. She plopped down the pillows and gestured to them, signaling that it was time to get to work.
Two hours later, and she's somehow fallen asleep on you in the tiniest pillow fort humankind has ever concocted in a slightly bigger dorm. You nearly knocked the whole thing down with every movement you took, so you settled on just sitting still. Maria was snoring peacfully on your chest, her breathing steady. It didn't seem like you'd be moving for a while.

Her hair is down too ough,,,,
She is SO silly with everything this includes cuddling. She'll playfight until you're both tired.
The only thing that sucks about the bullet above is that she's sweaty after playfighting, but I suppose you'll manage. Right?
Surprisingly becomes a different person. She gets all soft and stuff, her already failing rough exterior crumbles when it comes to you.
Tumblr media
After a sudden tickle attack, laughing, and blocking purposefully weak attacks, you and Aia finally settled down next to each other, out of breath from playfighting.
Aia's hair was out of her usual braid, strewn about on the bedsheet as she inhaled and exhaled, looking at you.
Without thinking, the both of you inched closer to each other, your arms wide open for Aia. She accepted the embrace and her breathing slowed down before it became almost nonexistent.
Aia curled around you, nearly fitting like a piece to a jigsaw puzzle. Her arms around your back while yours were around hers. She closed her eyes, her glasses smooshed to your face, but you didn't mind much.
It didn't take long for Aia to fall asleep, her body rised and fell every time she breathed in between a snore. You slowly took off her glasses and put them on the nightstand, careful not to wake her up.
The room was devoid of any light, minus the moon subtly illuminating the deep blue sky through the white curtains. Although you had rid of your fear of the dark when you were a child, nothing was scary with an angel maiden by your side, always brightening your day with her antics and angelic glow.

You felt you had an out-of-body experience. You could see everyone in the control room at STAR Labs, but you were only watching their lips move. No noise was coming out. It was pure silence. You were utterly dazed; you couldn't get the image of Iris crying out of your head. She seemed so helpless, not getting the answers that she wanted. What were you supposed to do? Confess to her that you were the other woman?
A yell snapped you out of your thoughts. Turning your head slightly, you saw Ralph getting closer to you, "Y/N!" Ralph yelled. You covered your ear, wincing at the volume of his voice. You swatted Ralph away from your space, taking a few steps back.
"What is your problem, Dibny?" You mumbled, taking another sip of your coffee. It missed your lips, spilling the hot liquid onto your sweater. You let out a groan, patting the stain in, slamming your coffee cup down on the desk. The group looked at you, not wanting to say the wrong thing; though, Ralph took one for the team.
"I didn't mean to annoy you, Y/N," He explained. Ralph cautioned himself, taking a step towards you, "It's just, now's not the time to be spacing out. You know, with Cicada still out there." You lightly nodded your head, understanding Ralph's point. You rubbed your eyes, letting out a deep sigh.
"I'm sorry, Ralph. I didn't mean to take it out on you," You clarified. You glanced over at Barry, reading his worried look at you. Your heart ached when you locked eyes with him. A flash of Iris appeared, causing you to look away from him quickly. "Iris was over at my apartment last night, talking to me until 4 in the morning, so I didn't get much sleep last night."
You quickly saw Ralph's mood turned from concerned to being unsettled. You waved Ralph away from you, walking towards the doorway. You lifted your hand before letting anyone interject on what Iris was doing at your place. You looked over at them, "She's upset about the whole Nora thing. If you don't mind, I'm going to draft some weapon ideas and run them through Cisco." Cisco gave you a thumbs up, bringing the attention back to the Team, discussing ways to stop the biggest threat to Central City.
You walked by the weapon's room, heading straight to the lounge. You observed the room, seeing some things that Nora had left behind. You slowly made your way to the couch, plopping your heavy body onto it. You leaned your head back, letting out another frustrated sigh. You rethought your night with Iris when you knew you could no longer call yourself a friend anymore.
Tumblr media
You brought over a cup of tea, sitting across from Iris. You thought that Iris would be out of tears, crying for an hour, and she still could go on for longer. You bit your thumb, trying to find the right words to say. Not to show concern for her, but to make sure you didn't let anything slip. Iris leaned over, cupping her drink close to her. She looked up at you, her face stained, her eyes puffy.
You grabbed a nearby box of tissues, handing them over to her. You watched as she blew her nose, sniffling the last bit. She collected herself, taking in a deep breath, "I'm sorry you had to watch that," She softly said.
You waved your hand, relaxing your shoulder, "Iris, it's okay. I would do the same if I were in your position." You waited until Iris took some time to drink her tea. You paused at first, not wanting to press on a sensitive matter. The curiosity was eating you alive, taking over, "Iris, why do you think Barry is cheating on you? Have you seen each other? You're the definition of couple goals." You clasped your hand over your mouth, not believing that you just asked her something so personal. Even if it did have to deal with you: you had to act like you didn't know.
Iris lightly laughed. You noticed the cup you gave Iris. It was the exact cup you were going to hand Barry when he interrupted you that night. You grew uneasy, rubbing your mouth and constantly moving your legs. You had to keep reminding yourself to calm down. You couldn't give away any tells.
"He's been more distant lately. He hasn't been relying on me as much. He used to come to me for emotional support; it's what a husband and wife do for each other, but when it came to Nora, he didn't want to discuss her." Iris explained. Her voice cracked, on the verge of crying again. Iris inhaled, calming herself down, trying to force a smile, "He came home this morning, and I don't know how to put it; he just seemed happy."
"Happy?'' You repeated. You furrowed your eyebrows together, shifting yourself on the chair. "How could he be happy? He sent Nora back; I would imagine happy is the last thing he would be feeling."
Iris shook her head, "I thought the same. Granted, I didn't know about Nora until he told me. He came home, all happy, then he informed me that he took her back to the future. I just can't figure him out anymore, Y/N." Iris placed her cup on the table to be able to put her head into her hands.
"I don't know what's going on, Iris. I'm in no place to tell you how to feel, but we need to remember Barry is going through a lot. Not only do we all have Cicada on our hands, but Barry also has to try and figure out Crisis. Then he learned that his daughter is working with the man that killed his mother. It's a lot to take in. We can't predict how someone could handle this type of thing." You tried your best to find a way to excuse Barry's behavior. You cursed under your breath, annoyed at how careless Barry was. You knew you had to speak with him, but you didn't need to grow any more suspicion.
"You're right; we don't know how Barry is handling all of this. Maybe I'm reading too much into this. It's just caught me thinking of so many things because he didn't come home last night. I've been just letting the worst come to mind." Iris confessed. You went over, sitting next to Iris, wrapping your arm around her. You took in a deep breath, having been heartbroken when you heard Iris let out her cries again.
Tumblr media
Your stomach turned, remembering last night. Rubbing your face, you couldn't shake the feeling away. You noticed something at the table. A fresh cup of mocha had appeared, from Jitters, with Barry Allen staring down at you. His eyes lit up when they instantly locked with yours, a smile tugging on his lips; you could feel the spark that you both shared.
"Barry, we shouldn't be seen together." You mumbled, reaching over for the drink. You saw Barry shift his weight, but you stop before he could speak, "Iris came over: worried about you. I don't particularly appreciate lying to her, Bear. It would help if you fixed this with her. That's final."
In a blink of an eye, Barry had used his powers on you again. The room reminded you of an insane asylum. White covered every inch of the space. "It's Thawne's hideout," Barry explained.
"That makes sense," You joked, "Only a psycho would have a place like this." You looked around, seeing a stand against the wall, "Is it safe to talk in here?'
"It is," Barry confirmed. He walked over to the stand, hovering his hand over to reveal an artificial face. Barry saw you stiffen up, reaching out a hand towards you, "It's alright. This is Gideon. I created her in the future, and Thawne was using her while he was stuck here."
"Hello, Mr. Allen," The AI spoke, "Hello, Ms. Y/L/N." Your face didn't move. It was still showing the same puzzle expression.
"Gideon, can you pull up the article?" Barry requestion. Gideon pulled up the article that had you all worried.
THE FLASH VANISHES
"Barry, why do I need to see this?" You complained, "We are doing our best to find a way to avoid the crisis." Barry walked over to you, standing behind you. He placed his hands on your shoulder, turning you to face the article. He lowers his head to be close to your ear, trying to have you focus. Focusing: that was the last thing on your mind.
"Look who wrote the article," Barry whispered. You looked up at the name. Gideon zoomed in for you to make no mistake.
"Iris West?" You barely got out. You shook your head, pulling yourself from Barry. You turned to face him, crossing your arms, still in disbelief. "So, what does this mean?"
"That article used to say Iris West-Allen," Barry pointed out. He took steps closer to you while you did nothing to step away. Barry cups your face, rubbing his thumbs along your cheek, "It's now just West. Don't you see Y/N? We get to be together.
"The timeline is changing, just like Thawne explained. We can't stop the way that we feel. We can have a life together." Barry smiled.
"I don't know, Bear. I don't want to start a relationship based on what we did. Based on a lie." You confessed.
"Let me handle it then," Barry assured, "I will tell Iris everything. I will make sure that everything falls on me and that you can still have a friendship in the end." Barry kissed you. A soft and gentle kiss, telling you that everything was going to be okay. You stared at Barry, about to interject. Yet, a familiar flash came into view.
You gripped onto Barry's arm, seeing Nora at the other end of the room. Her eyes flashed red; she was panting, having red lighting come out of every part of her body. You should see the anger flowing through her. You turned Barry around, having him stare at his daughter. Barry reached out behind him, grabbing onto you.
"Nora, I need you to calm down," Barry instructed, stretching a hand out toward his daughter, motioning her to stop in her steps. Barry knew what was happening with Nora. She returned to the present using the negative speed force, rejecting everything he instructed her not to do.
"She's ruining our family," Nora yelled, causing you to wince. Nora looked at her father; disappointment came across her face. "Are we not enough? Was I not what you wanted?" Nora's voice cracked, causing you to have tears form.
"Nora, I didn't mean for it to happen," You plead. Your voice also cracked, feeling the heavy amount of guilt you had with Iris, just growing when Nora had to be the one to find out. You didn't mean for this to happen. You never meant for any of this to happen.
"She has to go, Dad," Nora ordered. She took a step closer, balling her fists, ready to take flight.
"Nora, we can talk about this." Barry tried to calm her. You felt the wind go through your hair. You thought it was Barry thinking quick on his feet, but he could only run for so long until Nora caught up. When you stopped, the figure placed you to your feet, helping you stand.
You quickly spun around, making sure Nora wasn't anywhere near you. "Don't worry. You're safe." The voice answered. You turned to see a young man in front of you, wearing a purple and white suit. "I'll always make sure you're safe." He had appeared to be in his 20s, wearing his hair like a certain Speedster.
"Barry?" You let out softly, confused at what you were seeing.
The young man laughed, rubbing the back of his neck. He showed certain traits on how nervous he was before you: his hands were restless, flicking his fingers at the tip, rubbing his mouth, and biting at the end of his thumb. "You always tell me how much I look like him," He told you. You didn't know what to say; no words were coming out of your mouth. You looked around you, seeing that nothing looked familiar, "You don't know where we are?" He asked you. You slowly look over at him, shaking your head softly.
The young man rubbed his chin, muttering to himself, "Maybe it will happen later." That is what you were able to catch.
"I'm sorry, what?" You rebutted, "Who are you? Where am I?"
"Don't worry! You're still in Central City!" He assured you. You waved your hands as a disagreement.
"That's the last thing I am worried about, as I have an absolute stranger pick me up and take me away from my friends!" You yelled.
The boy placed his hands on his hip, and that instant: you knew where the dots connected.
Your phone rang; seeing it was Barry on the other line, you picked it up, "Y/N! Thank God you're okay!" Barry's voice sent a wave of safety through you. "Where did you go? Who took you?" You closed your eyes, focusing on Barry's voice, taking in deep breaths.
You looked over at the boy, seeing his ears perk. He stared at you, waving his finger at you, "Is that—is that really—" The kid couldn't finish a sentence. His excitement had taken over him.
"We got Nora into the Pipeline. We were able to knock her out with some anesthesia." Barry informed you, "You can come back if the speedster lets you."
You glanced over at the boy, "I don't think he's bad, Bear." You assured him, "I think—I think we know him from the future." You hung up the phone, walking your way over to the eager boy. "Do you think you could take me back to STAR Labs?" You questioned him.
"You serious?" He said. His voice showed the excitement he held, in a flash, taking you back to your previous location.
Your hair was a mess, standing in front of your friends: back in the control room of STAR Labs. Barry didn't think; he went over to you, pulling you into a loving embrace. You lightly tapped Barry's back, whispering to him so that only he could hear, "I'm okay."
Barry pulled himself away, turning to the boy. His face mimicked yours. He scrunched his brows, confused at the sight before him, "Why does he look so much like—"
"You." Cisco finished. Cisco walked over, taking a good look at the boy. He walked around him, examining his outfit and facial features. Cisco placed a hand under his chin, "The resemblance is uncanny."
"A little bit too uncanny," Ralph grumbled, looking over to your direction. You felt your stomach drop as you knew Ralph would quickly catch on to what you figured out.
"Are you here because of your sister?" Caitlyn mentioned, grabbing the boy's attention from you and Barry. He looked a bit confused and shook his head.
"No, Dawn doesn't know that I'm here. If she did, she would have my head," He joked. His smile grew wide, showing more of the Allen gene running through him.
"Dawn?" Caitlyn caught, tilting her head at the thought. "Don't you mean Nora?"
The boy shook his head again, "I think I would know the name of my sister."
You saw Ralph make his way over to you, pulling you to the side, "You need to take that kid away." He ordered you. You continued to stare at Ralph, your sight going over to the kid once and a while, "They may not see it, but it's only a matter of time until they catch on."
The boy wipes his hands on his pants, trying to straighten himself out. The smile he wore was the same smile Barry had. "Where are my manners. My parents did teach them to me," He chuckled, flashing his eyes over to Barry. "I'm Don Allen. I come from the future."
You and Ralph let out an annoyed sigh, quickly covering it up when the rest of the team looked at you. You make your way to Barry, tugging on his arm. Barry looks down at you, raising his eyebrows.
"Bear, we need to get this kid out of here. We need to speak to him alone." You informed him. It took Barry a while, realizing what was happening.
"Hey, Don," Barry spoke up, "How about we don't say anything about the future. We already have Nora in the Vault; we don't need any more future business involved." Don grew confused by Barry's remarks. He was able to read Barry's expression, understanding that nothing else needed to be said.
"Are you here to help us with Cicada? Like Nora was?" Cisco asked. Don looked over at the two of you, reading your worried expressions.
"Yes," Don said slowly; he turned to Cisco, pointing at him with a bit of a chuckle, "That is why I'm here. To help out with your bug problem. Me. Cicada. Yes." He was as awkward as Barry was; it wasn't helping.
Cisco let out a sigh of relief, having a smile on his face, "Great. The more help, the better. I'm close to the cure; we learned that Cicada's powers don't affect Killer Frost. I hope that enough recap for you because we can't waste any more time with this. We are a woman down, so we need all hands on deck!" Cisco clapped, getting everyone's attention. It was a signal to look busy.
Cisco left the room with Caitlyn to continue their efforts in completing the cure. Ralph followed behind. When Ralph was almost out of the room, you could see him mouth you some words: "Fix this!"
Barry waited a few moments, placing his hand along your lower back to guide you out of the control room. Don caught up, but the moment he tried to say anything, Barry placed an index finger to his lips to silence the kid. Barry put his hand on the wall, opening up a door to go back into Thawne's room.
"What are you doing here, Don?" Barry demanded the moment the wall sealed up. Don rubbed his hands, looking at his angry father. His mouth twitched, from going into a frown to just a thin line. "Don, you can tell me."
Don was pacing the room, "I don't understand," Don muttered, looking over his shoulder where the door was. He pointed towards the door, "They don't know?" Don asked both of you. You looked up at Barry, who had the same action, looking back at you. Don went over to you, grabbing your left hand to examine it.
"You're not married?" Don questioned you. You shook your head. Don ran his hands through his hair, getting more and more restless. "This can't be happening," He grunted. He turned to Barry, pointing his finger at the Red Speedster, "Why aren't you married to her?"
"Because he's married to Iris," You informed Don. Don looked over at you, the look of disappointment he had shown. "They've been married for a few years now. We're just friends." You felt Barry's hand resting on your side, his grip tightening. You took a moment, knowing what Don was going to say.
"Mom, you can't be serious," Don finally told you. The moment you knew the truth, you felt your breath leave your body. You felt faint, but with Barry holding onto you, you were able to stand. "You and dad need to be together! My being, Dawn's being, everything is disappearing in the future. You two not being together is destroying the future!"
You turned to look up at Barry. Barry looked at you, still calm over the revelation. Barry had to decide which future he wanted to have and had to choose which one had to go; the very thought made you sick to your stomach.

»»————-💥————-««
Blood boiled in your bodies as Bakugo panted on top of you. Both your wrists tightly held in one of his large hands as he pinned them to the ground. His mouth watering smell of smoky burnt caramel filled your senses as your own breathing became heavy.
Red eyes glared into yours menacingly, the feral smirk widening on his face as he leaned closer. He was silently challenging you, daring you to do something while you were in such a helpless position. The fire in your belly threatening to burn you alive as the blush on your face betrayed you, growling at him.
“Win goes to Bakugo. Next pair step up.” Aizawa’s tired voice called out from the edge of the ring.
Sparring. The one thing you can’t beat Bakugo Katsuki in. It frustrated you to no end, you were good at hand to hand combat, even beating Izuku and Shoto a few lucky times. But you could never beat him.
Everything about ‘Lord Explosion Murder’ pissed you off. The awful comments he made, the god complex he had, how he was always yelling, but the thing you hated the most about him was how fucking sexy he was.
Piercing crimson eyes on his handsome face paired with a body carved out of marble made by god herself drove you insane. The cherry on top of this sundae being the way he smelled. He smelled sweet, smoky, and sinfully delicious. It never failed to set a sweet fire in your gut while your blood boiled.
He moved off you and joined the bakusquad while you sat up and rubbed your sore wrists. You were still panting, the long sparring set you just had made you tired. Trying every move in the book, you placed your concentration into finding a way to throw him off. You couldn’t.
“Y-you did great out there (y/n)-chan!” Izuku’s sweet voice grabbed your attention, breaking out of your oncoming rage and frustration. He stood in front of you shyly with his hand out.
“Thanks Izu, I really appreciate it.” You smiled softly at him, grabbing his hand to help you stand up and continuing to hold it for a moment. Freckled cheeks turned pink at your pet name and the skin to skin contact. You gave his hand a quick squeeze before letting go and joining your friends with Izuku right at your side.
You both joined Shoto, Ochacko, and Tenya aka the dekusquad. You were friendly with everyone but you found your home in the dekusquad. They were kind, non judgmental, and overall good people.
You were immediately friends with Izuku from day 1. Your quirk wasn’t special but the species you shifted into was. The queen of the jungle, none other than a lioness. You had different forms, ranging from lion-girl to full blown big cat.
You were a force to be reckoned with. Armed with powerful muscles, excellent hunting skills, sharp eyes, sharp canines, an instinct to protect, and even sharper claws; you aimed to be hero. The skills and instincts you had earned you a spot in the top hero class of UA.
Izuku was your favorite and despite how powerful he was, you couldn’t help but dote on him. Large green eyes and chubby freckled cheeks awoken the lioness in you. You saw him as the the baby, even though he was taller than you.
Gently purring to him and running your fingers through his green curls were your favorite things to do in your spare time. Another reason you hated Bakugo, he hated on Izuku for no reason.
Verbal fights with Bakugo were a daily thing, continuing well into your 3rd year. Screaming and swearing at each other about the other persons attitude was just another part of your routine. You couldn’t stand the way he insulted your poor green bean.
“STUPID DEKU, I’M GONNA BE THE NUMBER ONE HERO! A NERD LIKE YOU CAN’T GET TO THE TOP NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY!” Bakugo’s rough voice insulted Izuku in the classroom.
Your golden lion ears twitched at the loud volume and irritation. Rage filling your nervous system as slitted (e/c) eyes med red ones, narrowing at each other. If he wanted a fight, I’ll fuckin give him one.
“SHUT THE FUCK UP, BLASTY! WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE LIKE YOURS I DOUBT YOU’LL MAKE TOP 10!” You yelled back.
Standing up, you moved to stand in front of a terrified looking Izuku with claws out and teeth bared. You were willing to throw hands with anyone who would insult your classmates and Izuku was no exception.
Kirishima was already up and at Bakugo’s side, frantically trying to calm him down. Ochacko was doing the same at your side while Tenya was in the middle yelling and chopping away about fighting in the classroom.
“Please (y/n)-Chan! Dont start a fight in the classroom, you don’t want to wake up Aizawa-Sensei do you?” Ochako nervously spit out as she held your arm tightly with pinkies raised. The sound of popping from his one of his palms as the cursed scent of smoky caramel wafted through the room.
Never once breaking eye contact from each other, you decided it wasn’t worth it. With a growl, you retracted your claws and crossed your arms, challenging him to back away with slitted eyes. A rough ‘Tch’ came from Bakugo as he walked away and headed back to his seat, kicking his feet up on the desk like he always does.
Your brow raised for a moment in confusion. ‘How weird, he normally keeps going until we’re nearly throwing punches. Oh well, can’t look a gift horse in the mouth.’ Was the thought running in your head. Brushing it off, you turned towards Izuku to make sure he was okay.
“T-thank you for defending m-me (y/n)-Chan. You really didn’t have to, I’ll beat Kacchan one day fair and square!” He started nervously but ended with determined tone.
You smiled softly and let out a low purr at the greenette. He was so adorable that you couldn’t stop yourself from cooing at him.
“I know Izu, but you don’t have to have to take his bad attitude laying down. You’ll be a great hero one day.” You said as you gave a pat to the wild green curls on his head.
He blushed at the small act of affection, covering his face with his arms as he placed his head down on the desk. A light chuckle escaped you at how shy he was around girls.
»»————-💥————-««
Two weeks passed by since your last fight with Bakugo and it wildly confused you. He didn’t pick on Izuku as much and a quick glare from you shut him up.
‘No fights? No screaming at each other? Why? We’re usually at each other’s throats. Maybe he’s been tired.’ You tried to rationalize to yourself as you sat next to Uraraka at lunch. It’s been quiet on the war with Bakugo, so quiet that it made you suspicious.
Lunch went by normally, making talk of studies and upcoming events with them. Just having a nice time with the dekusquad. Something just kept on bugging you on the inside, making you unable to to fully relax and eat your food.
Wanting to head up to the roof, you bid your goodbyes to everyone early. You needed fresh air to clear your mind. Throwing away your lunch and walking through the quiet halls eased the restlessness. You climbed up the old staircase and opened the creaky door to the roof.
It was empty, thankfully. With a sigh, you propped open the door with your school bag and padded your way to the middle of the roof.
Standing there for a moment, you inhaled the fresh air and relished in the quiet sounds of the city. Closing your eyes, you took a deep breath and focused.
The faint smell of the city mixed with foresty smelling winds put your unease at rest for now. Ears relaxing at the familiar sounds of cars driving by and students chatting about in different classrooms. You felt peaceful.
You stretched out your muscles, sighing when you heard the pops of your joints. Deciding to take a seat, you gently placed yourself down and bathed in the sun. It wasn’t too hot today and the light breeze kept it cool.
Quietly bathing in the sun, you were thankful for this peace. You knew you had 10 mins before the bell rang to go to class so you relaxed in the few minutes you had.
Unfortunately, peace never lasts. Loud and heavy footsteps came from the stairway, pulling you out of your little zen bubble. Those steps only met one person and it was the last one you wanted to be alone with right now. With a groan, you pulled yourself up and stood facing the doorway with crossed arms.
The door was roughly kicked open, causing the rusty hinges to squeak loudly. Golden ears twitched in response as slitted (e/c) eyes met red ones once again. ‘OF COURSE BAKUGO HAD TO DISTURB MY PEACE! WHY DOES IT ALWAYS HAVE TO BE HIM!’ You screamed in your head while maintaining a poker face.
“Hey, you dumb cat. I gotta talk to you.” His rough voice called out. A last ditch effort to confess his feelings for you after a lot of convincing from the bakusquad.
You rolled your catlike eyes. ‘Dumb cat, that stupid nickname. I guess it could be worse’ you internally shrugged.
“Okay, and what do you need to say?” You quipped back, already fed up with this conversation.
“Tch! I like you, you dumb cat.” He mumbled, gritting his teeth and looking away with his hair covering his eyes. You spotted pink scratching at his cheeks.
Your brain crashed like an old computer. Standing here for a moment, you looked at him shocked.
‘Bakugo fucking Katsuki LIKES ME?!?!?!? WHAT? WHEN? WHY?! HUH?!?!’ Questions were flying through your head faster than the speed of light. All in a failed attempt to figure something, anything about this situation.
“HUH?!” You screamed out, it was all you can manage to get out with this newfound information.
“Do you need me to say it again, you stupid cat?!” He yelled out, cheeks now bright pink and body language screaming that he was clearly embarrassed.
“No Bakugo, I heard you just fine-“ you started, all the questions you had loading up like a bullets in a magazine.
“Katsuki” he interrupted.
Too frazzled to question it, you just kept going. “Uh- okay, Katsuki. I heard you just fine. But WHEN? WHERE? HOW? WHY?!?! WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN??? I THOUGHT WE HATED EACH OTHER?!” You yelled, still overwhelmed and clearly confused.
In your confused daze, he managed to strut his way right in front of you. Now face to face with with him made you even more confused. He brought his hand to your face and placed two fingers under your chin, tilting your head up and making you look at him. You stopped mid sentence, surprised by his bold move.
“I like you, dumb cat, because you’re strong. You don’t back down from a fight, you don’t take anyone’s shit, you’re a kickass fighter, and last but not least, you’re one sexy little kitty.” He smirked, his gravelly voice dropping a few octaves.
Dumbfounded and flustered was an UNDERSTATEMENT to how you felt. The sinful smell of smoky caramel once again started to cloud your senses as his burning red eyes gazed at you. A blush erupted on your cheeks at his praises but you held your ground. ‘I guess the line between hate and attraction was finer than I thought.’ You thought before you decided to believe him.
Managing to fight off the haze for a moment longer, you looked up at him. (E/c) eyes searched his own for anything besides the truth. Katsuki was a lot of things, but he wasn’t a liar.
The haze once again came back as he moved his hand from your chin to your cheek, caressing it gently and almost protectively. His hand was large and very warm, it made you melt despite the red hot blush on your face.
He leaned in so close your lips were brushing. You flickered your gaze from his eyes to his lips, they looked slightly chapped but plush despite his rough mannerisms and attitude. Oh how you would love to find out if he tasted as good as he smelled.
“Fuck it” you whispered, throwing caution to the wind before gently placing your lips on his. His lips were surprisingly skilled and tasted faintly of caramel. Eyes fluttering closed as the space between your bodies decreased.
The gentle kiss quickly became heated, his tongue prying your soft lips open as his large hands ran down your body and gripped your hips to bring you closer to him.
Tongues wrestled each other as you ran you hands up his clothed torso and made their way into his spiky blonde hair. It was soft, despite the style he sported. You let out a low purr at his actions, rough and incredibly dominant as he explored your cavern.
You gave it his hair a light tug to test the waters, earning you a low growl from him. You pulled away for much needed oxygen, now both of you panting and wildly blushing.
“So the great ‘Lord Explosion Murder’ couldn’t handle his feelings so he had to go picking fights with the girl he likes for attention huh?” You teased with a cocky smirk that rivals his.
“Shut up” he growled as he grit is teeth and looked to the side in sad attempt to cover up his embarrassment.
You slid your finger to his cheek and pushed his face till he was facing you once again. The smug smile on your face still plastered on there as you leaned closer to him.
“Why don’t you make me, Katsuki~” you purred, sharp teeth glinting in the light and a teasing playful smile on your face.
Another growl came in response as he crashed his lips against yours in a frenzied hungry kiss. Needless to say, you both didn’t make it to class on time.
BONUS: Aftermath
Various chatter from male students rang about the boys lockeroom as they switched from costumes to uniforms.
As Katsuki pulled his shirt off, long red and almost painful looking scratches were sitting on his muscular back.
“Woah! Bakubro! What happened to you?” The red puppy known as Kirishima asks concerned. Bless him for being so innocent.
“Just ran into a dumb cat, shitty hair. Don’t worry about it.” He spoke nonchalantly, well as nonchalant as he could get.
No one spotted the ever so victorious smirk on his face as he pulled his uniform shirt on.

If you dont want to do this or if its not clear im sorry, but could you please do an eddy brock x sister reader where she broke into the lab and got her own symbiote (thats female? Granted idk how gender works for symbiotes just know most people refer to venom as male) and while eddy is freaking out shes totally calm + like "haha lol so this is happening now thats fun" and calls hers darling, sweetheart, love, etc. And is a major pacifist so they made a deal of no killing at day one, just fluff?
So I know this isn’t really what you asked for…but my brain just ran away with this. It’s looking to be 3 parts as it stands right now, so let me know if you’re interested in the rest or if you want me to try again.
My first request…*SQUEE*
“When you asked me to help you with a ‘work thing’, I didn’t think we’d be breaking and entering.”
“It’s just to gather evidence. We’ll be in and out.”
    You rolled your eyes.
“Edward Charles Allan Brock, that is a load of bull and you know it.”
“It is not!” Eddie hissed at you, glancing worriedly at Doctor Skirth in the driver’s seat. “I just wanna expose Drake and that’s all.”
“Like how you ‘just wanted’ to do a piece on Wilson Fisk’s paper trail back in New York?”
    “That was different!’
“As if!”
“We’ll be pulling up in a few minutes,” Doctor Skirth interrupted, glancing back at you and Eddie with undisguised anxiety. “Try ducking out of sight when we pass through the checkpoint, okay?”
You shot Eddie a look before jerking your head towards the trunk and unbuckling your seatbelt to roll under the backseat, willing yourself to become invisible.
This was not your first rodeo handling your brother and his many misadventures: you had grown up playing attorney for him whenever he got in trouble and honestly should have been paid for the number of close scrapes you’d gotten him out of. He’d promised when he moved in with you after the New York thing that he’d behave and for a while you’d believed him–especially after Anne hit the scene. But you should have known better: Eddie’s overwhelming sense of justice was his fatal flaw and was always bound to get him in trouble–and hurt those he loved in the process.
By some miracle, you all made it past the security checkpoint and into the main building without being spotted. You even got some nice backstory about alien creatures and a comet as the doctor lead you both from the parking lot and through the main building. But as the doctor was badging you and Eddie into the lab, someone called her name and you felt a spike of panic in your gut.
“Don’t touch anything!” were Doctor Skirth’s last words to the pair of you as you hurried into the laboratory. You hated that the second she said it, you immediately knew that your brother would be touching all the wrong things.
The lab was lit eerily blue, making it hard to see much aside from shadows of various unrecognizable scientific instruments. Eddie immediately took out his phone and began snapping pictures, leaving you to watch his back. You hardly breathed as you both walked past a wall of glass cages, some containing human figures. One of them caught your eye and you paused, looking at what seemed to be a mass of white, slimy tentacles. Somehow, you couldn’t take your eyes off it. It looked dead, but something about it–perhaps its alien shape or apparent lack of a real body–made you unable to cease staring. You felt at any moment it might twitch or give some sign of life…
A sudden thud jolted you from your trance and you whirled around to see that Eddie was as the far end of the hall, looking in horror as something clawed at the glass. He immediately reached towards the access panel on the door and you felt your heart drop into your shoes.
The alarms were immediate and the shift from the dark blue lights to vibrant reds left you covering your eyes instinctively. You faintly heard glass break and squinted just in time to see your brother tackled to the ground by a screeching figure with long, tangled hair.
“Eddie!” you screamed, sprinting towards him.
“Maria! Maria, stop!” you heard him crying out. You were only a few paces away when something large and black shot out from the attacker’s back, whipping around and launching you away. You felt your back slam against something initially solid that shattered out from behind you, the air driven from your body as you hit the floor. Something writhed underneath you and you lurched just enough to roll onto your side, finding yourself staring at the white-tentacled thing again. Except this time it was definitely moving.
You couldn’t scream–you were still trying to restart your lungs after crashing through the glass door. All you could do was watch as the slimy thing lashed out its tentacles, coiling around your wrist. The panic gave you enough adrenaline to push up onto your hands and knees, crawling away without a care as to how much glass laid around you. Most of the tendrils slipped off you as you flailed, but a few broke off the creature and coiled tighter, clinging desperately.
You heard footsteps through the screaming alarm and froze, whipping around to see shadowy figures rush into the lab.
HIDE!
You instinctively curled into a ball, hands clasping together behind your head. There was some shouting and then just as quickly as you’d heard them come in, you heard them leave, shouting something about “the asset” getting away.
GO QUIETLY!
You jumped to your feet and ran back out the way you’d come in, moving at top speed. Through the parking lot and straight out to the road, you didn’t let up on your wild sprint until you dropped to your knees, out of breath on the sidewalk.
WE NEED TO KEEP RUNNING!
In a minute. When I’m not going to vomit.
Remembering all your PE lessons from High School, you put your hands behind your head and shakily got to your feet, trying to focus on inhaling through your nose. When your heartbeat settled and the taste of bile retreated you heaved a heavy sigh. And then panic seized you.
“Eddie,” you breathed. “Oh no. Oh please…don’t be dead…”
EDDIE WILL BE FINE. HE HAS HELP.
You whirled around, looking for whoever had spoken, but aside from distant headlights there were no signs of anyone.
PLEASE DON’T PANIC. YOUR HEART RATE JUST SPIKED DANGEROUSLY HIGH.
Same voice. Slight echo. Feminine. And it definitely wasn’t coming from somewhere around you.
“…who are you?” you whispered. “Are you inside my head?”
IN A SENSE. AS FOR MY IDENTITY…I AM UNSURE. I’M…NEW.
“Then what are you?”
ALIEN. BROUGHT HERE BY THE HUMANS. I…I WAS NEAR DEATH. HOST-LESS. STARVING. THEN YOU CAME. OLD SELF TRIED TO GRAB HOLD. I AM THE PIECE THAT MANAGED TO STAY, MANAGED TO BOND. BECAME…ME.
You frowned. There was an alien inside you. Or some part of one. So far, though, you weren’t getting any bad vibes off this…being. All it had done so far was get you out of the Life Foundation’s labs and nothing in its voice and mannerisms. Wait, was it an “it”?
I PREFER THE FEMALE PRONOUNS, IF YOU DON’T MIND.
Okay. She.
She could hear your thoughts?!
WE’RE BONDED AT A CELLULAR LEVEL–OF COURSE I CAN HEAR WHAT YOU THINK. WE EXIST SYMBIOTICALLY, SO WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE AT ANY TIME.
Huh. Convenient.
MOST OF THE TIME.
Wait, so if you’re “new”, then how do you know all this?
ANCESTRAL MEMORY. INSTINCT. IT WOULD BE HIGHLY INCONVENIENT FOR MY KIND TO NEED TO TEACH ALL OFFSPRING HOW TO BOND, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING HOW ALL SPAWN ARE JUST PIECES OF THEIR PARENT THAT BECAME INDEPENDENT. NURTURING ISN’T IN OUR NATURE.
That’s really sad, actually.
ONLY TO THOSE WHO HAD SUCH AN UPBRINGING. I AM RELIEVED THAT MY KIND DO NOT EXPERIENCE THE PERIOD OF HELPLESSNESS THAT YOURS MUST ENDURE–THIS “CHILDHOOD”–BUT I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR SYMPATHY. YOU DID NOT HAVE MUCH OF ONE EITHER, AS FAR AS I CAN SEE.
Not after my mother died. My father no longer really cared…Eddie got the worst of it, though. I think our father blames him for mom dying…
That last thought jolted you out of the mental conversation. Eddie. Where was he? Did he make it out? Frantically, you scrambled for your phone and pressed the speed-dial for your brother. Every ring made your tension mount higher until finally you heard him pick up.
“Yeah?”
“Eddie! Where are you?! Are you okay?!”
“Yeah, yeah I’m fine. Just feelin’ a little funny is all.”
He was slurring a little. Had he hit his head?
“I got home a bit ago. Called Doctor Skirth, but she didn’t answer. Been kinda woozy too. Maybe I’m gettin’ sick, I dunno.”
HIS SYMBIOTE HAS NOT REVEALED ITSELF YET, your alien commented. IT MUST BE SEEKING NOURISHMENT, TRYING TO HEAL FROM THE HARM THE LIFE FOUNDATION INFLICTED.
“But where…where are you at?” Eddie asked, still sounding almost drunk. “You’re not home, but you gotta be safe if you’re calling.”
You were about to answer when you heard the phone clatter onto some surface.
“Eddie?” you ask. No response. You tried again, but still no response. You could hear some rustling and what you recognized as the freezer being opened.
AS I THOUGHT. LOOKING FOR FOOD SO IT CAN HEAL ITSELF. HANG UP–YOUR BROTHER WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FOR QUITE SOME TIME.
Reluctantly, you followed the symbiote’s advice. Glancing out at the horizon, you noticed that the sky was getting lighter. Morning was probably only an hour away and you were beginning to feel the exhaustion of staying up as well as running all the way here.
It was time to go home.
You thanked your Uber driver as you stepped out from her car, suppressing a yawn as you climbed the steps to your apartment complex. Your symbiote had been fairly quiet throughout the drive, occasionally asking a question about the people and shops outside the window and you had tiredly tried to satisfy her curiosity. Now as you came to your door, you braced yourself for some kind of destruction on the other side. Your symbiote’s genetic memories had been full of violent scenes of her kind on the hunt and you didn’t know what to expect.
It turned out to be not nearly as bad as you’d feared: the fridge and freezer both stood open and a bag’s worth of half-defrosted tater tots were scattered near the kitchen island. There was no sign of your brother until you peered into the bathroom.
You weren’t sure what to make of his situation: he was passed out in the bathtub, toothpaste foam smeared on his bottom lip and the fallen shower curtain draped over his shoulders.
I’D SAY THIS IS A FAIRLY OKAY WAY FOR THINGS TO HAVE TURNED OUT, your symbiote commented with a mental chuckle. NO PILE OF BODIES OR PILE OF HEADS.
You rolled your eyes good-naturedly, trying not to imagine the gruesome scene as you stepped forward, reaching out your hand to shake your fool of a little brother awake.
It happened so fast you almost missed it: a black tentacle shot out from Eddie’s body, aimed straight for your head. Just as swiftly, you felt control of your body wrenched away from you, jerking your arm forward to catch the goopy tendril before it could connect.
“MINE.”
Well, it was definitely a symbiote’s voice, but this one was masculine-sounding and carried a far more predatory snarl. Yours sounded more…well, not necessarily human, but certainly more articulate.
YOURS, your symbiote agreed. NEST-MATE OF MINE. NO THREAT.
Her words seemed to calm the black alien down because the tentacle retreated and Eddie slumped further down in the tub, letting out a sleepy grunt.
WE MUST LEAVE THEM FOR NOW, your symbiote warned. YOUR BROTHER’S SYMBIOTE IS RECOVERING, BUT STILL WEAK ENOUGH TO BE IN HIS PRIMAL STATE. WE WON’T BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM PROPERLY UNTIL HE FEEDS AGAIN. YOU ALSO NEED TO REST–I CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH STRENGTH BUT NOT ENERGY AND YOU ARE DANGEROUSLY LOW ON THAT FOR SUPPORTING US BOTH.
You couldn’t disagree. While the shock of the black symbiote lashing out had jolted you into alertness for a short time, you were already feeling the exhaustion returning.
Promise you’ll wake me if you hear Eddie get up, you thought, meandering towards the bedroom.
IF YOU’RE RESTED ENOUGH…I PROMISE.

#2) Also would like to request some Steve coping with Billy’s complicated pregnancy (Dont know if I would like legit concerning complications or over-reacting to minor complications)
( alpha/beta/ omega masterlist )
So, I did my best on this one. I did some light research for this shit so if I got anything wrong I apologize but here’s Billy being all comforting and fluffy because Steve is really scared. Also they’re going to have a daughter this time because I’m just picturing Steve with his little princess and it’s great. I just love my soft boiis.
💘 💘💘
Steve isn’t handling it well, which is funny because Billy’s the one that temporarily lost his vision and was puking violently, as ifhe’d had three foot-longs with everything on them and a hangover and decided togo on the fucking tilt-a-whirl.
He was the one that was on blood pressure medication, corticosteroids, and anticonvulsant meds. Steve was just the one who had towatch him suffer through it. Maybe that was worse. Billy’s slightlypanicked, but he has increased doctor visits, medications, and physicalsymptoms to concern (distract) himself with while all Steve has is having tosit by the sidelines while Billy suffers, and maybe prayer.
Dustin had tried to diagnose him with ‘demonic possession’before he went to the doctor, the little shit.
“I looked it up, they’re not even sure bed-rest is a goodthing.” His words are meant to comfort Steve, but all it does is cause his leg’sfrantic, anxious bouncing to somehow increase in speed.
“Well I was looking into it —” Steve starts off frantically, and Billy wonders if Steve talking quickly is his anxiety, or an attempt atgetting his point across before Billy can shut him down. If the latter was thecase, it’s a failed attempt.
“Steve, for the thousandth time, step away from the babyblogs, you’re being ridiculous,” Billy has to move in front of him and shut thelaptop for Steve to actually fucking listen to him. He didn’t even look guilty, just worried. “Come to the couch and sit down.”
“Billy, seriously, just let me —”
“Now.”
Steve knows not to argue when Billy uses that tone. Hestands up from his desk, drags his feet, and then plops down on the couch withthe most defeated look on his face. Billy settles in his lap and Steve at leastcalms down a little at that. Billy knows that some days that’s what Stevedesperately craves, is to hold Billy and know that he’s safe in his arms. It’sbeen happening a lot more since he’d gotten ill, because Steve feltmiserable when he couldn’t do anything to help but rub Billy’s back and try notto panic or cry as the doctor spoke.
“You okay?” Billy sighs, using his index finger to tilt upSteve’s chin, making him look at him instead of letting him nervously fixate onthe bump. “She’s not going anywhere,” he whispers with a teasing yet gentlesmile and then kisses Steve’s nose.
“No, I know,” Steve chews at his lip and Billy knows he hasto fight the urge to look. He takes Steve’s hand and moves it to where theirbaby’s kicking. She always gets restless when her papa’s upset, like she cansense it; she probably can, through Billy, considering it unsettles him sodeeply. “I should be the one asking about you.”
“Everyone asks about me. No one ever even notices ifsomething’s up with you these days,” it’s true, and it pisses Billy off to no end.Sure, he’s pregnant, but that doesn’t mean Steve suddenly stopped existing.
All the people that claim to care about him have beenseriously lacking when it comes to giving Steve the attention and care hedeserves. Sure he’s all about protecting and looking after his omega and theirunborn baby, sure he wants everyoneto give Billy all the attention and tend to him, but that should give everyonemore of a reason to fucking notice Steve.
He’s so fragile; the second he met Billy his heart no longerlived within him but existed as an entirely different person, and that problem, that fragility only increased tenfoldwhen he found out Billy was pregnant, and then after the hospital visit, wellhe’s been a very expensive vase teetering on the edge of a counter just waitingto fall and shatter ever since.
Preeclampsia — manageable but dangerous if you’re notcareful, and Steve’s new official least favorite word; he misses the days of ‘moist’and ‘cunt’, would take back the cringe factor any day if it meant he’d neverhad to hear that word.
“I’m fine,” it’s both a lie and an answer Billy refuses toaccept. He leans in to press a soft kiss to Steve’s lips before looking at himwith big blue eyes; a deep ocean of concern that makes Steve’s heart ache.
“You wanna try the truth now?” to anyone else it would soundlike Billy was angry with him for lying, but Steve knows it hurts Billy to seehim struggling and hurting. He takes a deep breath, refusing to cause Billy anymore trouble.
“I hate this. Feels like any second you’re gonna slipthrough my fingers and I’m gonna lose you both,” he admits, moving to rest hishead on Billy’s shoulder, inhaling the comforting mix of their lavender laundrydetergent and Billy’s ocean breeze; there’d been a hint of sweetness to hisscent recently, and Steve assumes that it’s from the baby.
He thinks it’s the universe’s attempt at comedy, makingtheir kid smell like ice cream since they mated when heworked at fucking Scoops Ahoy.
He kisses the top of Steve’s head, whispers gentle comfortsfor a while, just repeating “I’m okay, we’reokay,” and then he’s trying to coax him into looking back up at those oceaneyes. Any other day, Steve would be happy to swim in them, but he doesn’t wantto pull away from the warm comfort of his scent and the small patch of bareskin that he’s pressing his lips to. “Please look at me,” Billy finally pleads.
Steve takes a shaky breath and then obliges; he’s rewardedwith a loving smile. That helps too, seeing Billy smile instead of looking soill and weak like he had just last week.
“Tell me what you need.”
Steve takes a long moment to think it over, wraps his arms aroundBilly and pulls him as close as he can. Billy moves easily, curls upand rests his head under Steve’s chin. He’s practically shielded from the restof the world, and once he’s situated, some of the tension seems to leave Steve. He’s still a little uncomfortable, probably will be until their daughter’sborn, but moments like this will settle the anxious cramping in his stomach fora while.
“This, just need you to stay like this,” the ‘if that’s okay’goes unspoken, because Steve’s used to Billy shushing him when he tries to dismisshis own needs, and Steve doesn’t have it in him to make a half-assed offer forBilly to deny him.
“As long as you need baby. We’re not going anywhere.”
