The Ontario, CA police are aware, have located the cat’s owner (she rushed the cat to the vet, and luckily the cat’s only injuries were a broken leg) and they have identified the suspect (he is NOT the cat’s owner, but is known to her as someone who lives in her area) and are currently trying to find both the dude in the video and the dude who filmed it. 

Animal abuse is a class A felony, and hopefully these asshole sadists will end up doing time. Somebody who abuses animals is also somebody who most likely abuses people too.
