I was able to make some more Borrower!Donald here. I had really been itching to try and do some interactions with him and Reese, so I ended up with this. 

 This is supposed to be a first meeting scenario, where Reese is maybe supposed to be asleep, but for some reason couldn’t go to bed this time, so he came into the kitchen to get something to drink or a snack. 

 Donald, who usually does a lot of his borrowing at night, is caught off guard by this, and isn’t able to escape in time. 

 Reese notices something strange hanging from one of the cabinets and uuuh… well yeah. 😅

That was the INTENT of this drawing anyway… but I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand like how this came out, but at the same time there’s things I wish I had done differently or better. So idk…. But I still liked it enough to share, and I did spend time and effort on it, so here we are. ;w; 

Also fun fact: Donald’s “climbing rope” is supposed to be composed of a pair of Reese’s wired earbuds that he lost, and a bent nail being used for a hook. 

I thought maybe after this awkward staring contest, Donald makes a quick decision to slide down from his “rope” and land on the counter, then make a run for it while Reese is still stunned.

 And after this encounter, I think about Reese taking a closer look at the makeshift climbing gear, and realizing it’s one of his lost earbuds lol.

Redemption never came...

What if Donald ended up helping Logan after he killed Dr. Rice? His employer just died and he needed to be sure Transigen would still pay him and his men somehow and Logan needed to destroy every trace of their mutant experiments so Laura could be safe therefore their interests brought them together as an unlikely duo. Maybe along the way their relationship could change from enemies to enemies with benefits to strangest married murder couple? Anyway I want a backstory for Donald that makes Logan take a bit of pity on him and make him hold Donnie just a little gentler kiss him a little softer and protect his golden boy at all costs.
