They need to be careful they don't accidentally turn you into something not human that you really don't want to be and also have to remember to include not aging in the deal, but I will say I think somehow they make it happen! I also feel like they all end up at 3 different gods who handle it somewhat differently. Also the blessing has a physical form that you have to accept. No gods will be forcing immortality on you today! As for some finer details...

Aki: when he realizes it he panics. Aki joins Reece in the panics about it crew. A LIFE TIME WITHOUT HIS BUNNY??? HAVING TO WATCH THEM GROW OLD AND DIE?! Okay the old part is fine BUT NOT THE DYING PART! I think Aki's god is a goddess who he pleads so sincerely and dramatically (this boy is big anime crying-- ghibli tears and heaving sobs) He even offers to give up all jokes and pranks in exchange for the blessing. The goddess can't help but be won over by his earnestness. She agrees to the blessing so long as he loves and treasures his Bunny with this same level of sincerity every day.

Honestly things go really well for Aki lol!

I think the blessing takes the form of a candy! Yum!

Haru: I think Haru tries to deny his panic. He's cool on the outside, if maybe a little bothered, but it continues to eat away at him deeply. He's never had to contemplate moving on from a real relationship cause he's low key never really had one. He's been dumped before (hard to believe I know) but he never really cared and got over it pretty quickly.

But what happens to him when he actually has to move on from the one person he could never imagine moving on from? What happens when you're gone?? I think at one point he did consider 'oh I'll find a way to move on, I'm me', but the more he thought it over and the more he looked at you and realized you wouldn't be there someday, the more he realized that not only might he not actually be able to; he really doesn't want to.

He ends up telling you all this--- I think for a while he was going to just disappear for a bit with little notice and just-- hopefully come back with this blessing from you, but I think he didn't want to leave you on a lurch. He wants you to know what he's doing, he wants you to be part of this, this is YOUR future together, and he wants to make sure it's what you really want. That HE'S what you really want.

If you agree to spend this eternity with him, I think he ends up off in the spirit realm, full on questing for a god who'd be willing to do this for him. I think he ends up with an elder god of the forest who is well aware of who Haru is and isn't buying it. 'Immortality can be as much of a curse as it is a blessing-- and you wish me to put that burden upon some poor innocent simply because the player does not wish to loose his play thing??'

It takes a lot of convincing before the god even considers Haru's legitimately this committed. Eventually the god caves on one condition-- if he ever were to kiss or lay with another, his lover with loss their immortality.

'Better they are allowed to move on, then to live with having to be forsaken by the likes of you...'

basically he puts the ball in Haru's court, and he plans to run with it straight back to you.

I think the blessing takes form of a blossom you must eat!

Fuyu: He is actually another member of the panic squad. Although it's less comedic and more like an attack.

He has a panic attack about it is what I'm saying.

I think he blazes off onto a trail (he leaves a note 'Back soon. Love you. Fuyu <3') and straight to an ancient powerful mountain god that he knows takes refuge at the snowy top of the tallest mountain. I think he's initial pitch is a mix of plea and demand.

'GODS OF THE HEAVENS! MAKE MY LOVE IMMORTAL!'

It doesn't go down smooth at first.

'What business does a beast such as you have in shouting your demands to the heavens?' a voice booms back.

Fuyu is taken aback, both because the god is frightful but also because in his heated haste, he didn't realize how shouty he was being.

He drops to his knees, forehead to the snow covered ground as he asks again more humbly.

'Please-- I beg of you. My wretched loneliness has finally been broken-- I do not wish to ever know the sting of that curse again!'

The god turns to him, a bit more curious,

'do you really think a day of sunshine will melt the snow atop the mountain?? Or that a few months of peace will wash the blood from your hands??'

He doesn't know how to respond to that. Fuyu has spent a while making a mends, but the mountain god is right. How was he ever to truly make amends... If he is a changed man-- how does he show it??

'What must I do?' He asks, peaking shyly up from the snow. The mountain god sighs, and thinks on it a while. Fuyu is practically buried in the building snow when the booming voice finally replies.

'Such a blessing requires absolute change... only that would be worth such a gift... Here, Fox-- take this to your love,' an envelope of tea and a small dagger fall from the heavens and lands before Fuyu, 'Have them drink the tea of the heavens, and know this-- If ever draw a drop of blood from another again-- they will die.'

When he journey's back down, Fuyu finds you waiting for him. He doesn't fully realize how long he's been gone-- he kind of flew off in a hurry. He tells you of his journey, his goal, the blessing he has returned with. He actually doesn't even know if you'll accept it. If you do, be makes you the best cup of tea you've ever tasted-- the wax seal opened by his new blade, which immediately sheathed, and hidden deep away.

He is a changed man-- and he intends to stay that way. ...Especially now that your life depends on it...

gx: it's not Great with what it does with asuka and rei but it's somehow still less offensive than all of the other ygos below it in this list. asuka gets to be pretty cool and again, even tho there's several episodes about her being courted at least they let her come out on top whenever guys are trying to get to her and they never do weird sexual shit with her in a way that is as obvious as in the other yugiohs. YES THE BAR IS THAT LOW I THINK! SAD! and she gets as much as spotlight as say, chazz, kenzan, sho, or the likes. if you disagree btw you were not watching yugioh gx and should try to pay attention to women again. asuka is a really good fleshed character by gx standards. rei is also pretty fun, i love her, she has her little moments and she's Not limited to her love shtick, she has really fun beef and duel with chazz for example and has a neat role in s3 and all that. ALL THINGS CONSIDERED: ITS PRETTY NICE! they did an ok job! its very hobbyani and shounen but its not offensive w/ the women!

5d's: like.. it started off really good then they just kind of forget about aki. i will never let them live down the "benchwarmer" thing and guess what. THEY WON'T LET ME EITHER BECAUSE THEY MADE MERCH OF HER WITH THAT TITLE LIKE A YEAR AGO OR SO !!!! sherry is pretty cool though and oh i love carly. carly is good i just wish they didn't kinda ... roll back her progress with jack , it's like they had to make him hate her again for the haha funnies and because he couldn't be nice now in the 2nd half. idk. ruka is fine i just think its hilarious she has a kuriboh with huge ass girl eyelashes i will attach it to the bottom of this post. made sure we know this is a #GIRL kuriboh

DM: its like . okay. anzu doesn't do much i am sorry. i love her it's just that they let her have a few duels and that is it. the #og cheerleader. vrains: AUTHORS NOTE I HAVENT FINISHED VRAINS YET but ive seen a good amount and my vrains oomfies concur with these ratings. blue angel gets into a coma within 10 episodes and is really good at getting her ass beat unfortunately. ghost gal is pretty cool but shes also out there getting her ass beat i think she only wins once like its so fucking dire out here they will NOT let these women win like they just take one L after the other. and theres really no other women there. um. its just kind of an L overall they just don't let the 2 cool women do anything. like gx only really had asuka and rei but at least they let them be cool and fun i DON'T SEE THAT HERE... love them both though. also shoutout to soulburner's npc girlfriend i think shes funny and im glad she exists

I've heard the manga killed him at the end of Duelist Kingdom and... yeah that would've been better than the awkward and unexplained change of heart he had. His sort of good guy role in Waking the Dragons (and I guess Pyramid of Light) probably should've been filled by another character. He's kind of funny in GX though, sue me-

Dartz (DM)

This was just... a total asspull in the last episode. I like Waking the Dragons more than most and even I can admit that. Dartz was a really cool twisted mass manipulator with no trace of sympathetic qualities and then they just decide last minute that he was turned evil by a rock... okay. It lines up with the lore, I guess, it just feels kind of pointless and weird.

Faker and Tron (Zexal)

Putting them in the same place because I have the same issue with both of them: they're more abusive parents. The Tenjos and Arclights respectively weren't pressured by the narrative or other characters to forgive them like SOME parents in this series but they did absolutely nothing to forgive forgiveness, especially Faker. I could maybe be okay with this if it was just one of them who was redeemed and the other ran off or something (like Heartland did) but both of them being redeemed is a step too far for me.

Leo Akaba (Arc V)

Yet another horrible dad who did not deserved to be forgiven (one of Yugioh's worst habits if you ask me), except this one is also a conqueror who started a war and Yugioh-murdered millions of people by turning them into cards (something they didn't know was reversible until late in the series) and he gets off scott free. Chilling with the others and not incarcerated or anything. Why.

Okay this one's actually kind of complicated. I think a redemption for him could have worked if there was more leading up to it and more that deconstructed and challenged his views. But there wasn't. So I'm left feeling confused why his wimpy ass "I'm sorry, a box told me to do it" was immediately taken seriously and his horrible actions were forgiven while Manabu's pleas of "I was a double agent and was trying to do the right thing!" were ignored and lead to him being repeatedly bullied. Why did these two things happen in not just the same show but alongside each other seriously what the hell?!

I will post here very rarely (i can disappear for like 6 months at a time, that is a promise) but the rise fandom has motivated me to get better and draw again (hyperfixations go brr)

I made my own au a while back! I'm still fleshing it out and all, but i named it "slightly feral future leo (with ghosts)" or "sffl(wg)" for short. It's a very self indulgent "peepaw ended up in the past for no specific reason" au and it doesn't really have much plot yet, but i just like drawing cute turtle scenarios (a lot of the Leo's snoozing since they deserve a nap) or sometimes I'll draw some angst, (I'm very into angst, but I'm bad at drawing it lol)

Keep in mind that I've been very inspired by other creators and their au's when i created this one, most of it is cherry picked from others creations but i still like it. Even if some very well thought out and emotional concepts have been plucked and haphazardly shoved into my mess of an au, i just want to avoid as much confusion as possible by writing this long ass post ngl

I've decided to let people ask me things now. However, if you have any art requests whatsoever, just know that i only draw when I'm inspired and really, REALLY feel like it! Shinjiro had always been able to handle pain. To him, it was second nature. Growing up with Akihiko being the rough-and-tumble type he is even before learning how to box, in the Orphanage they both were raised in, meant there was a level of necessity to be able to roll with the punches, rewarded when you could, punished when you couldn't. a skill he'd learn repeatedly, endlessly, the necessity of during his time away from SEES. ━ the second you were on your ass, or you froze up, or your arms were tied, it made you easy. easy to hurt. easy to kill. ━━ Shinjiro never liked making things easy for anyone.

SEES had always been an exception, though : or rather he should say it'd always been to those he considers friends, which might be why for all the way he twitches; arm in Takeba's grasp as the muscles seize & he can't help the way the overzealous pang of nerves make him want to rip it away outright; he does not pull away even as he draws a sharp breath through his teeth, ignores the way the smell of antiseptic makes him feel more than slightly lightheaded, clenches his hands into fists before; in a moment of surprisingly animalistic single-minded worry; thinks that shit, he'd rather not look like he's about to hit her when she's helping him out, and lets his rough hands go limp again.

Still, his fingers twitch as the burns are cleaned, nerves overworked and bitterly loud in this fact. He'll have to jab at Akihiko later to aim his Zionga's better next time they're in Tartarus together, just for the fun of starting a fight, even if he knew damn well it wasn't Aki that kept lighting him up like a Christmas tree this time...

Laughter erupted from the two individuals as there did cartwheels and rolled around in the grass. Sunny summer days were almost over. They wanted to spend them the best way possible. A new chapter was about to begin the upcoming autumn, they graduated junior highschool, and now they had their birthday coming up and were going to start highschool, how exciting was that?

Sure, they were a tad bit too old to be playing around like children but hey, they wanted to make the most out of it.

Collapsing on the ground from exhausting, the twins exhaled. Staring up as the clouds rolled by.

"Wow... How long was that?" The boy asked, turning towards his sister.

Humming, the girl pulled her phone out, checking the time. A Pokemon themed phone charm hung off the top, displaying a Latias. "That was... Approximately fifteen minutes of constant movement!" She sighed out, the hand with her phone in it falling onto her chest. "So, that would have probably burned at about anywhere from 120 to 150 calories depending on the speed we were running around in."

"You tripped at some point though, that has to knock off some points!"

"Oh shut up."

"The always analytical Aki. "

"The always pain-in-my-ass Akira."

"Hey!"

They both laughed, after a bit their laughter died down and they exhaled once again.

"Oi... Onee-san."

"Yeah dude?"

"Do you think we will have a better time next fall?"

Aki pressed her lips together, thinking about it for a moment "Mmmm, yeah. We will kick ass next fall. You'll finally establish yourself as the coolest guy in school."

"And... We will make new friends."

Aki nodded "And we will make new friends."

Akira smiled, pulling his own phone out, with a matching Pokemon phone charm, his being the one of Latios. "But we will still stay together, right?"

"Yep... As if we were born joined at the hip."

"Thanks onee-san!"

"Anytime..."

"We should take a picture! To commemorate today, as we make the most of summer!"

"Agh, hold on! I have grass in my hair!"

"Get lost, you pricks!" The frizzy haired brunette yelled after the gang that she sent bolting for the hills, shaking her fist in the air. Damn it. That was so annoying, her hair wasn't the only thing that got tousled. The girl groaned in frustration, breathing heavily and holding her hands up to her chest, rubbing her reddened knuckles.

"Are you okay?" Aki breathed out, looking down at her brother while whiping her mouth and nose with her jacket's sleeve. This was the third time this month, when will those idiots learn?

"Onee-saaaan~" The boy sobbed clinging onto his sister's leg, having been knocked to the ground his legs were still shaking. It was mostly the shock. Good thing he had an older sister that protected him "You came onee-san..."

Aki rolled her eyes, grabbing her brother by the writs and pulling him up to stand up. As his older sister, it was basically her duty to take care of him but this... This was starting to get out of hand. "Yeah... Yeah... Akira you gotta learn to stand up for yourself. How long is this going to go on? Don't you wanna be the coolest guy in school?" She asked dusting off his uniform and fixing up the collar of his uniform and tie. She even ruffled his hair up.

"I'm not as cool as you onee-san." He spoke, disheartened by the state he was in. Frowning as he looked down at his shoes, yet he couldn't help but smile. His sister. His older sister, she always had his back. "I can't assert myself like you do, how do you do it? How are you so cool?"

Aki scratched the side of her head "Well you see-"

"Aki-kun! Aki-chan!" In came Miranjo, swooping in to hug Akira as tight as possible. "There you two are, did you get into another scuffle? Are you okay? What happened?"

"All good here." Akira said, his voice muffled by the fact his face was pressed against Miranjo's chest. He was completely cured from shock now.

"Watanabe... The delinquents came back to pick on him again. So annoying." Aki huffed as she sniffed, wrinkiling her nose out of irritation. mostly because it itched, rubbing a hand over it she could see her fingers stained with blood. She had to hold a hand over her nose in order to not mess her uniform up. She forgot to take her medication.

Miranjo scoffed, her hand gently slicking back Akira's cruly brown hair before letting him go, since he looked better already. "During lunch time of all times?"

"When else? If it was later, there wouldn't be any lunch money to steal." Aki muttered out pessimistically

"Aki-chan..."

Aki shrigged "You gotta be an asshole to know an asshole."

"No, not that. We should... We should probably take you to the nurse's office. Again."

"Oh... Good point Watanabe. I'll get going then, ugh... Maybe just notify Sato and Nakamura of where we are?"

"Will do."

"Come on onee-san, let's get you taken care of." Akira said standing up and wrapping a hand over his sister's shoulder.

Being left behind to clean the classrom at the end of the day, Aki scratched her bandaged up hand. She felt pretty badass wearing them. They were like medals of honour, something she could be proud of. Not that she fought, but who she fought for. It was her duty, wasn't it?

"Heh..." she couldn't help herself but smile before going on to do her cleaning duties. She sat at the windowsill of her classroom and sprayed the glass with the window cleaner and whined it with a dry cloth. She hummed, feeling at peace.

"Aki-senpai..."

Aki turned her head, at the doorway stood Nakamura Enichi, a buddy of hers. They were in the same year but he insisted on calling her 'Senpai'. "Nakamura-kun." She greeted him casually "What are you doing here? I thought you were off of cleaning duty today."

"I figured I'd come see what you're doing, how you're doing." he stated walking over "If you needed any help."

"Mmmm... Nah, I'm good."

"You don't even want company?"

"No, not really."

Enichi sighed "You are a stange one, Senpai. Its like you and Aki-kun are polar opposites."

"It doesn't really feel that way." She admitted "No matter what I do, it feels like we will never be considered to be separate people. Despite being a boy and a girl, we are comsidered the same by most people.simply because we share a birth date." Aki huffed going over to whipe the window before finishing and closing it. "No matter what I do, it doesn't matter. Even if I do something, I don't think I'll ever be able to separate myself from my twin. No matter how hard I try to be different from him... And no matter what he does, he will constantly be reminded that he's in my shadow."

"... Do you want to separate yourself from him?"

"... I dont know." Aki's eyebrows furrowed as she opened the next window, only to freeze. It felt as if her heart stopped. Her blood ran cold, her breath got stuck in her throat.

"ONEE-SAAAAN!" The noise came from the outside.

"Fuck!" Aki dropped everything she was holding and bolted, not trough the door, she chose to jump trough the window.

"Senpai! We are- ON THE SECOND STOREY! AKI!" It wasn't worth yelling, she always had her tunnel vision mode set in. Like a hunting dog. And she had no problem landing into some bushes if it meant she'd get to her brother. "Akira..." Enichi's breath hitched.

The pain, it was as sharp as a knife at first, then all of a sudden. The sharpness dulled and she was left with her head buzzing. Gripping onto the back of her head, Aki fell to her knees. A migrane overtook her and her nose began to bleed. "AH... ah... No." Getting hit at the back of the head with a rock hurt like ass.

That was foul play, getting her from the back like that.

"Onee-san!" Akira called out in the background, he was afraid, he wanted to run to his older sister. Sadly, he was being restrained by two other delinquents.

"That was easy, not so tough anymore, is she?"

"To think she just blindly rushed in without a thought of consideraton... What an idiot."

Aki's eye twitched, she brought a hand in front of her face, noticing that her fingers were stained with blood. Hell, what was she hit by? A fist? A bat? A sharp rock? "Cowards..." they pick on her brother for being defenseless, they pick fights with her, and now they want to beat them both up as a revenge for being unable to execute their will upon the twins. "I'm not letting you guys push us around, I'll be damned if I allow it!"

Aki forced herself to stand up straight, her hands sore and balled into fists.

"Onee-san, I'm sorry..." Her brother was powerless to do much. It was pathetic to admit, but he was a whimp, overly reliant on his older sibling to save the day every time. He forgot that his sister was the same as him, she can be just as fragile. But she had that stone cold determination he didn't have... And suffered from unchecked rage.

"Senpai!" Enichi... He was the first bastard she ever beat and yet there he was, running over to extend his assistance to her.

What a simp.

"Senpai-" Enichi cut in, gripping Aki's shoulder, sure they were both in the school infirmary, in the after school hours, but a visit there was necessary. They had to get patched up. "You won't be an outcast. You should be a legend! You stick up for the little people, that's what made me admire you so much."

"I always thought I just scared you into respecting me... Considering I beat you up because you tried picking a fight with Akira..." The brunette joked, good times. Aki's eyes narrowed as she looked over to Akira, he was sitting on the opposite side of the room, on a chair, his knees were up to his chest... He didn't get hurt bad, thank God. Only a few scratches were dealt to him. Meanwhile Aki had to have her hands re-bandaged and there was a bandage around her head now and a bandaid on her nose as well. "... Hey, could you... Leave us for a moment? I want to talk to Akira, alone."

"Sure Senpai... I'll be going anyway, my parents will kill me if I'm any later than I already am." He said standing up from the infirmary bed.

"What did you tell them this time?"

"That you and your brother took us all out to get ice cream... We should actually do that one of these days. It might be fun." he stated as he walked out "I'll see you two tomorrow, Aki-kun, Senpai..."

"Fun..." Aki mumbled, staring at the door as he left. She then got up as well, walking over to her brother and sitting on the chair next to his "Hey... How are you holding up?"

"I'm sorry for being such a wimp onee-san."

"Akira..."

"It was my fault, I'm always counting on you to protect me and I can never do the same for you. I can never protect you like you protect me. I'm useless.. I'mno true Kobayashi." He spoke, angry. Angry at himself. He stared at his sister, helpess and conflicted. "What will mom and dad think when they see you?"

"I will tell them that..." Aki stared back before looking away, she mimicked his sitting position "They have the most gentle and kind son in the world, a boy that could never bring himself to be violent... And a daughter that can't put her fists down..." she frowned, her voice cracking "Don't blame yourself... it's not your fault, you are fine just the way you are."

The low and shaky tone of his sister's voice seemed to cause Akira to sober up. She looked like she was about to break down and start crying... he's never seen his big sister cry before. Not even out of pain. She was distressed, just as much as he was. Did she blame herself? Their mother wouldn't approve to keep seeing Aki like this...

As he placed hand onto Aki's shoulder, it was when the waterworks started. His sister... His guardian... She was crying. She was so fragile. She was breaking apart at the seams. "Onee-san... Does it hurt?"

Aki's eyes widened for a moment, she didnt even notice the tears welking up in her eyes until the obscured her vision, she closed them and nodded her head, whipping her tears away with her sleeves "So... So much." She hiccups. "It hurts so bad. My hands are shaking, my knuckles are so sore, my head hurts, I my eyes can't stop sweating... It's the worst, I hate it."

"That's called crying... You're sad and in pain..." Akira frowned gently rubbing her back "Let's go home, I'll stick my neck out for you today, okay? So mom doesn't yell at you this time... I'll call and tell her why we aren't home yet."

"Thanks Akira..."

"... Anytime onee-san."

either way you are going to have to dig a bit before he'll finally fess up to what's bothering him

he's very bad at processing this kind of stuff and would rather avoid thinking or talking about it (a bad habit you're trying to break him of, at least around you)

he might even deny there's anything wrong
