Okay, so I know that the story is pretty explicit that this probably isn't Sheoldred's original face, but there is something that I'd find funny about the idea that she wears the helmet that she does because, without it, she's the least threatening looking of all the praetors. Like, Norn's taken off all her skin, Vorinclex has his massive pseudo-animal skull, Gin and Urabrask are both sloped, monstrous vaguely beaked (with full teeth for Gin) heads. And then Sheoldred has a basic-ass, uncompleate looking Newt head. Fully relying on her armor and whatever monster she's attached to to do the heavy lifting.
