Stiles Summer Stories 2024

Derek raised a curious eyebrow as he saw Scott, Jackson and Boyd hanging out with each other, all three looking a variation of frustrated and pouting (in Scott's case). This was a rare line-up of betas to spend time alone. Scott and Jackson, though they could work together, still had a certain rivalry going on with each other that most of the time ended with the two fighting. And Boyd wasn't overly close to either of them, he still mostly stuck with Erica, Isaac and Stiles.

"On the risk of hearing something I don't want to hear, why are you moping in my living room?"

Crossing his arms, Derek regarded his three betas. Somehow, Scott looked even more miserable now. Jackson glared, also crossing his arms as he leaned more back in his seat.

"For the past month now, the girls have been talking more and more about this stupid movie and now that they started filming, it is like the only thing they talk about," Boyd supplied after a moment, frustrated. "If I have to hear Erica fawn over this Dominic dude one more time-"

"Allison blushed about him yesterday," Scott whined, absolutely miserable.

"Lydia has made me rewatch his entire damn filmography," Jackson added, irritated.

"What," Derek blinked slowly. "What are you talking about."

The three boys exchanged confused looks before they turned toward Derek. "Dude, did you not notice that they're filming a movie in Beacon Hills? And that that's all Erica, Lydia, Allison and Stiles have been talking about lately?"

There was something that Stiles had been bonding with the girls over, but Derek hadn't paid too much attention. The warmth radiating off Stiles, the happy smile spreading over his lips as he talked with giddiness to the girls had Derek so distracted that he never quite managed to listen.

"Movie," Derek repeated, frown deepening.

"A vampire movie," Jackson spat with a glare, eyes flashing blue for a moment. "And this hot-shot actor, Dominic Sherwood, is playing the lead. Every girl and gay guy has a crush on him, as I have been informed by Danny. Who is currently with the girls, and Stiles, at the set."

"Aren't you like literally bisexual?" Scott furrowed his brows at Jackson. "The only reason you aren't fawning over him is because you're like competing with him and won't admit he's hot."

Jackson growled at that and Derek could tell that this was going to turn into yet another Jackson and Scott pissing competition, so instead, Derek headed back out of his house to go on a run.

It was during the next pack meeting that Derek fully realized what his three betas had complained about. Actually listening to the prattling that he usually often tuned out in favor of simply relishing in the sense of pack and taking pride in seeing his betas bond, Derek heard the name 'Dom' at least three dozen times, always accompanied with sighs and compliments – beautiful eyes, hot muscles, gorgeous hair, so talented. The more Erica, Lydia, Allison, Danny and Stiles gushed about this guy, the more irritated Derek grew. Especially the comments from Stiles riled the Alpha up, making the wolf want to snarl and growl and tear this guy apart.

"I have never been happier to be single," Isaac pointed out as he watched the absolute exasperation on Boyd, Jackson and Scott's faces. "I literally do not care either way."

"How can you not care?!" Stiles waved his arms around distressed. "He is like the most talented actor of our generation, he is going to change what movies will be like. I mean, damn."

Derek ground his teeth together even as Erica and Allison started loudly agreeing with Stiles. Danny heaved a near dreamy sigh as he nudged Stiles and brought up whatever the teens had seen when they'd been to the movie set. How good this guy had looked.

"And his choices. I swear, the acting choices Dom makes," Stiles sighed.

"He really knows how to deliver on the dreamy," Danny agreed.

Derek narrowed his eyes as he watched Stiles nod his agreement. Something in his stomach felt tight. It had been one thing, when Stiles was still having a crush on Lydia. Because Stiles hadn't been pack, Derek hadn't been in love with him. Ever since they'd become pack, after Jackson turned into a proper werewolf and the relationship between Jackson and Lydia manifested into a mate-bond, Stiles had gotten over Lydia and he hadn't shown interest in anyone else. All the while, Derek fell more and more in love with Stiles. He had to admit that it had started before Stiles had joined his pack, back when Stiles had held him in that pool for two hours, but by now he was in love. By now, it bothered him immensely to hear Stiles fawn over someone else.

So Derek spent the entire pack meeting glaring and trying not to growl aloud, even as the betas slowly left one by one. With them, the gushing finally stopped. Only that Derek still wasn't alone. Well, Isaac lived with him – but Isaac had retreated to his own bedroom.

"What's with your bad mood, Sourwolf?" Stiles' voice was soft as he approached Derek. "You have had that 'tearing throats out with my teeth' look for nearly the entire meeting."

"Boyd, Jackson and Scott have been miserable about their mates being so… smitten… with this guy," Derek growled. "I really don't think you should bring that into pack meetings."

"Ri—ight. And why are you miserable?" Stiles asked, raising one eyebrow and grinning at him.

Another growl and Derek turned away a little. It was ridiculous, he knew that. Being jealous of an actor – it wasn't like Stiles was going to ride off into the sunset with this total stranger who didn't even know Stiles existed. But to hear Stiles talk like that about someone just stung.

"Just… stop," Derek ordered in annoyed frustration.

"Oh, I really do need an actual reason for that," Stiles huffed. "This is like the most exciting thing that has ever happened to this town that didn't directly imply potential death for us all. Also, Dom is just… really damn hot, I mean have you seen his cheekbo-"

Derek growled, dark and deep and jealous. It shut Stiles right up. Not in a scared way though, thankfully Stiles had long since stopped being scared of Derek. However, much worse, there was a realization in his doe-eyes, followed by a small, teasing grin that looked far too cocky.

"You… are… jealous," Stiles blinked, looking absolutely amazed. "B… Because of me? That's insane, I mean, in multiple ways fully mad. Holy shit. It's also kind of really hot, actually."

Derek stared stunned, until Stiles kissed him, fierce and possessive and oh. Okay.

Ah, Nia, my scrappy wolf! 

1. She is the very first oc I created, but it was back in HS and I basically have to start fresh because I lost most of it.

2. She was legit in a cult. So being turned into a hybrid right away is gonna be a struggle

3. She will never stop calling Matt Captain America

4. She also will never stop protecting him from himself/ self sacrificing ways

5. while Tyler leaves to figure out how to break the sir Bond, her only other living pack/cult member Trevor comes to town and reminds her of who she is

6. Trevor is played by Dom Sherwood because ofc he would be and also yes they totally were fwb as teens

7. especially after the originals destroy her whole pack/coven/cult

8. Oh yeah, They pack? All wolves and witches....so her parents were one of each

9. She has tattoos made from mountain ash (stolen from teen wolf/ I might have them be that sacred oak or whatever) that activate certain abilities 

10. She had a little sister named adelaide who was three years younger than her
