still love how the book starts out with stan beating up the statue and taking ford's discarded one dollar bills and then ends with stan completely destroying bill and ripping up money just to spite him

Tbh i think outdoor dog shows should do like music festivals have marked spaces for tents around the rings + charge a small fee 🤷 ppl would throw fits but honestly ive been to too many shows now with double rows of 3x3 meter tents around each ring and no space to even put a lawn chair and a backpack.
#a lot of show management are doing a good job trying to manage it and have alleys to at least get in and out of the ring without having to#basically climb between ppls tents#i totally get why people have them (in a region where 250 days a year are rainy)#but ffs charge 10 dollars a spot and see how many realize they can carpool (tentpool?) all of a sudden

#I’d expect a zinger like that outta reggie any day but dilton?#did not see that coming in a million years#he’s choosing an insult OVER answering a question in class correctly?#what did archie DO to motivate this??#archie comics#dilton doiley#archie andrews#mr. flutesnoot#really though you can’t answer the original question without knowing exactly how many gallons archie’s horrible car can hold#my real question is where dilton got 8.342 from#I was expecting it to equal some natural number like 1 or 2 but when I did the calculations it equaled 2.2072932 gallons#I double checked my work with the internet and recieved 2.2037233 gallons instead#I’m almost certain this is a result of mr. flutesnoot rounding his provided number of gallons by several decimal places#so that I calculated the conversion with one liter equaling 0.264 gallons rather than 0.264172 gallons#of course when I checked it again with my own calculator I got 2.203722824 which is closer to but not quite 2.2037233#because even if you rounded it so that a three would follow the two you’re still left with ‘230’ rather than ‘233’ at that one part#so the more accurate values I found must still be rounded by some amount to cause the discrepancy#at ANY rate: unless I have missed something in my calulations the number 8.342 has no particular significance#this isn’t lightning-fast mental math. dilton just made that number up on the spot#and the specificity only exists to make him sound smarter#(and it kinda worked because I did initially assume there was some meaning behind the number)#the joke might have landed better if he’d have said ‘3.785 liters’ (exactly 1 gallon)#UNLESS the gas prices at the time happened to work out so that 2.2037233 gallons equaled exactly one dollar or someth—

also the bleaching results are great lol.
#I definitely missed a couple spots but in the back and that’s really not my business#the front looks incredible lol#and I saved $350 dollars#so overall very pleased w the results#i think what I struggled with the most was the back and also trying not to overlap the bleach#idk how long I’ll keep doing this bc I’ve honestly been bored of the blonde lately and feel like I should go dark again#but it’s nice to know I have the option to do it at home if need be

The way final 4 fire making sucks is two-fold. The concept as a whole just bleh and takes away a vote for a round in a game all about voting people out. However, fire became an even worse thing after Chris Underwood gave up immunity and put himself in fire and contestants have misunderstood the purpose of the move and decided winning in fire = winning the game ever since
#chris underwood had to put himself in fire BECAUSE HE WAS LITERALLY VOTED OUT IN DAY 3 AND THUS HAD ALMOST NO GAME TO POINT TO#man literally was not actively in the main game for at least like 20+ days!!!#normal season contestants don’t have that excuse. y’all have BEEN here for 25 days. if you don’t have a game to point to#and you think you need to win fire for something showy to win the game THEN YOU SHOULDNT WIN THE GAME AT ALL#and what’s worse is jurors will be like ‘uhhhh why didn’t you just put yourself in fire hm?’#like that person already showed their physical prowess in the challenge! in 99% of scenarios giving up your guaranteed spot in final 3#is dumb as rocks. like I said Chris Underwood is a special case and should NOT be the standard#or even just people getting put in fire and winning.
