hello anon!! this is a heartwrenching ask! klJBLSKJDFLSD but it also made me think. and the conclusion i ended up with turned out more life-affirming than sad

in a lukerosa universe, if mc does not reciprocate, i dont think that luke would be like.....completely devastated.

of course, i still do think that he wouldnt take it well, especially in the beginning. i think that he would go through a bit of a dark period in life, because in the route where luke does get with mc, it's clearly shown that mc's intervention (which happened due to her developing romantic feelings) is what made him start to turn a new leaf and stop being as self-isolating and self-destructive. he learns to be better because of her love. so if she doesnt reciprocate, i definitely think he'll be Rather Down About It, very much in the way that you describe: "you shouldnt love me anyways" this quiet, almost gentle self-deprecating and self-punishing view of "oh, i deserve this. i deserve to be unloved."

but thats where hes wrong

because i still do believe that even in a world where mc isnt romantically interested in him, that she still obviously loves and cares about him. it may not be in the same way that he loves her, but that love and care is still absolutely real, and still absolutely has the power of change that her romantic love did.

in essence: just because shes not in love with him, doesnt mean she doesnt still love him. she would still want him to live well, to be happy, to take care of himself

and that, i think, would still incite luke to better himself. it'll take a loooooot of work, obvi, but he's never been one to deny his beloved anything, even if it turns out to be one-sided

in addition to all this, my view is that luke's romantic love for mc is like.....not particularly hinged on reciprocity

he loves her the same way the sun always rises, like universal truth that reveals itself day after day. he loves her the same way he inhales and exhales, he loves her the same way tomorrow will always come. his love is not something that needs to be "paid" or "rewarded", even if that would be nice. his love is simply absolute. no strings attached. luke's love strikes me as "i love you, and it's okay that you dont love me the same way. i still love you and i will always hope that you find happiness and joy."

sorry to reference another media, but it's kinda like in Frieren: luke is very Himmel The Hero-coded when it comes to his love. the same way himmel lived through his whole life and died loving frieren, feeling no resentment yet also no decrease on his love despite never being reciprocated in his lifetime, i see as also luke also loving along this same vein.

he'll need to work on his self-loathing and commit to being a better person to himself, yes, but i dont think it would be the end of his world if he were not loved back romantically

okay okay. i talked it out w cero bc i rly do have a LOT of feelings about like. esp price and ghosts drug use/views. im gonna start w price bc i was thinking about him this morning. also putting this under a readmore bc it got long also, obvi, tw drugs

so like price as a person is very impulsive and very, very indulgent but i think those are traits that he Doesn't want people to recognize in him. he doesnt Want to be seen that way he wants to be seen as a very noble person. ALL THIS to say i think like when he was younger, fresh in the military, needing a way to stay awake he would use coke for that and it just turned into very frequent, regular use of cocaine to keep him awake and also just bc he Likes it hes an adrenaline junkie. he likes the confidence boost coke brings. but people like macmillan wouldnt like that bc he would See his potential and would wean him off a more frequent use and i think nowadays price would be like. really embarrassed by this past issue of his bc it shows a lack of control that he, like, would hate for others to see. but he will still enjoy coke if someone has some to share. and its a cycle for him, do coke, get anxious on top of his Already pretty high anxiety (i think he just lives with a constant sense of doom), smoke weed to try to calm himself. sometimes weed makes him paranoid too but. well. deal with the cards he is handed.

GHOST is like. oh my god.. his feelings about drugs.. itd be easy to say hes anti drug bc of his upbringing but i just dont think hed skew that way. i think it would show more in his, like, feeling of superiority over "addicts." bc hes functional and holding down a job and hes not "addicted" to anything esp not "bad drugs" like heroin. i think esp downers he looks down on (except weed bc he likes weed so that makes it okay). of course hes doing coke w price.

and uh speaking of downers soap in his og journal mentions really liking oxys and i could still see newsoap being into like prescription drugs. bc i think hed be more anxious about like being Caught and being kicked out than price and ghost bc price and ghost have. like. safety nets of people looking out for them. and people whose piss they can use and soap wouldnt trust others to be clean like that. because of who he is around. oxys, xanax (bc he probably actually does need xanax,), and mayb adderall. if hes not already prescribed adderall. it would be cute if he had undiagnosed adhd and he keeps taking adderall hes bought off someone else like "yeah idk i feel more focused"

gaz is like.. a super neutral party in my head. his drug usage is very social by nature, if its around him and its offered to him he will try it. however hes also very like, strict about his usage like he will do a bump of coke ONCE he will smoke ONE blunt because he doesnt really super care to be high. esp weed. sometimes weed lasts too long for him and it starts to get on his nerves. his biggest vice is probably just normal smoking, either from vaping or regular cigarettes, but he isnt like stressed about it. i mean hes around price all the time dude is huffing cigars like he'll die without them so even if he was worried about lung cancer or even just lung capacity he wouldnt stop smoking.

as for the rest of sas i think the only person regularly doing drugs is otter. meth bc its cheaper. thorne WOULD NOT bc hed be an antidrug type but i think also really like is not an asshole about it hes not giving anyone any speeches unless they ask for one. charly doesnt care much either way but she wont do any hard drugs.

Has anybody thought about warren and lena’s relationship? How he might have been devastated by her death? Hes a catatonic albino in the first book when she gets put back in the pond and trapped as a shadow when she dies. Pride: Utsuro (as you said)

Sloth: Iroha (she is one of the few people that have sleeping sprite and sloth also means apathy or inaction. Not doing things either because you don't want to or don't care. With her trying to get others to do things before she does anything herself)

Greed: Emma (linked with her 'Wealth' trait from Void. Greed can also be fairly selfish sin. Doing things purely for yourself. Slightly why she spend time with Kokoro, (they could of had a very nice relationship, makes me sad). Not much to say on this one though.

Lust: Akane (NOW BEFORE YOU SYA ANYTHING. Lust is not only sexual but can just be a strong desire for something ("he lusts for power"). So Lust can mean 'strong desire'. And I think Akane has probably one of the biggest willpower in this group, willing to spend four months in a school waiting for a killing game, get memory wiped, and still come out on top. Also Sora (I know they are probably different characters but-) Sora was very determined when she wanted someone, which is a sort of reflection on Akane. She makes her own choices and can get what she wants.)

Gluttony: Hajime (ironic. But gluttony also means taking too much for one's own good, as taking to much food is bad, so is taking too much of anything. He was the first person to take a life (unless you count Mikado "killing" Rei) which I would say is taking too much. Doesn't link that much to his 'Health' besides a sort of irony)

Envy: Mikado (straight up just wanted Utsuro's power and was willing to kill 15 others to have something he didn't. He wanted to be human but not in a good way. I think this fits him)

Wrath: Nikei (this dude had a gun and was going to try and shoot everyone up in a fit of rage, yeah, also linked with his need for 'Power'. I was thinking of making this Mikado but Mikado isn't as much as an angry person.)

May fit sins, but may not fits the FMA characters.

also from all the homunculi i think wrath!nikei would have a similar role to canon greed? as in he betrays the group and gets killed but is brought back with his memories erased. yeah i see that especially since he got punished for betraying void in sdra2 (which was so fucking bullshit tbh)

Headcanons from my phone pt. 1

Just wanted to say that you're one of my favorite FE3H blogs and I wanted to share my headcanons with you and whoever reads this (my blog name is a mouthful jssjsksjdk so feel free to call me Miki) I havent used tumblr in a while so I'm not sure if I'm using the submission box right + I'm on mobile.

I wrote these headcanons on my phone at 3 am so majority of these might not even make sense. They're mostly ooc/crackish and some vary to a kinda modern au. I think there's some spoilers and a lil nsfw but I'm not really sure. Most are Dimitri/Felix and Sylvain/Ingrid (you can tell what I ship lmao) and mainly focus heavily on blue lions (I've done their route like 3 times already and have cried every single time 😭) I might have to put these in parts because there's just so many headcanons

• Sylvain and Hilda are bffs. They know when they're lying to each other (when Sylvain knew Hilda was faking and vice versa). Since then, they've been able to let their guard down and open up to each other and the stress of their older brothers. Hilda states that even if her and Claude are ride and die homies and the best of friends, she wouldn't mind taking a bullet for Sylvain once in a while (to which Sylvain laughs and says the same).

• Dorothea and Ingrid are exes but they're still really close and best friends. Dorothea is hella protective over Ingrid and threatened Sylvain ("If you so much as dare hurt her, I will end you"). Sylvain knows better but agrees nevertheless.

• Dorothea and Felix are friends. They helped each other (Felix with sword training and Dorothea with reason training) and after getting to know each other after helping each other out, Felix learns more about her past and will literally fight anyone who talks shit about Dorothea.

• Dimitri and Marianne are also exes as well as still good friends. (GOD, THEIR SUPPORTS MADE ME CRY). Marianne helps Dimitri to try and win Felix over and Dimitri in return helps Marianne try to get with Claude.

• Ferdinand and Sylvain are long lost brothers (they don't even know, not even Miklan). Ferdinand transferred to the Blue Lion house and then proceeded to tell Sylvain that his father told him they're actually related and then they start learning about each other. Post timeskip, when they're alone, Ferdinand tells Sylvain that he doesnt regret transfering over to the Blue Lions because not only did he gain a new friend but he also got to know another part of his family he never knew about. Sylvain breaks down and says that even if he grew up with Miklan, he wished that Ferdinand had been there with him but he's really happy to know that at least he doesnt have another brother who's a piece of shit to him and glad to have a brother like Ferdinand.

• Glenn was originally the same age as Sylvain before he died and Sylvain had an unrequited crush on him but lowkey saw Felix in Glenn but knew Felix liked Dimitri since they were inseparable and so he just left it at that. However, as they start growing up, Sylvain starts falling for Ingrid but feels bad because that's literally a dead mans aka his past crushes fiance and it felt wrong so he suppresses the feelings until later (their A+ support).

• Ever since Felix learns to let his guard down around Dimitri when they're alone (baby steps obvi), he isnt as rude to him as he was back then. They banter and tease each other but not like dickhead Felix level that he was before. Felix starts showing somewhat more emotion and tries expressing his feelings. But only to Dimitri when they're alone. He's still kinda an ass to everyone still except Ashe, Annette, Mercedes, Dorothea, Bernadetta and Lysithea. Dimitri tells Felix it's okay to act like he hates him when they're around people because he knows Felix doesn't mean it but Felix isnt really as mean still???? (More like he feels guilty if he acts mean in public when he clearly loves Dimitri) Just calls him boar and stuff (but definitely calls him Dimitri when they're alone)

• Post timeskip Dimitri lowkey a freeky hoe. When Felix and Dimitri are first going out and have their first kiss (basically Felix's first kiss). Dimitri already had his a long time ago and even had some experience with dating and in bed. Felix is surprised that Dimitri is a good kisser and corners him about it. Dimitri can't even lie to Felix and tells him that he's already kissed before and had sex. Felix thinks it's Sylvains fault and tried to go after him and kill him but Dimitri stops him and tells him that it isn't for once. He just wanted to rebel in the middle of post timeskip (like the 2nd or 3rd year.)

• When Felix and Dimitri are gonna do the do, Felix thinks back to when he first cornered Dimitri and asked if he was a virgin (which unfortunately Dimitri isnt) and then feels a tad hurt and self conscious b/c this is Felix's first time and Dimitri notices and stops and goes like, "Felix, if this makes you uncomfortable I'm stopping. I'm not gonna continue unless you yourself are ready" and Felix never shows emotion but since Dimitri and him are alone and they're together, he slowly let's his guard down and tells Dimitri, "Listen because I'm only gonna say this once. But... it's not that I'm afraid, rather, this isn't your first time and I feel like I'll be a failure at this." But Dimitri reassures him and tells him, "I may no longer be a virgin but I love you. Felix, you're not only my lover but my best friend. I'm here for you, and I want you to know that I don't care if you're experienced or not. That won't change my love for you." and Felix just tries hard not to cry and the sex became more loving and intimate because of that conversation. As if they understand each other more.

• Ingrid and Felix talk about how moronsexual they are and how stupid their men (Sylvain and Dimitri) are but they love them so much and wouldnt trade them for the world.

• Despite Felix telling Sylvain and Ingrid no to their invitation of a double date, they somehow manage to do it. It ends somewhat pleasantly since its basically the childhood quartet all together (they think of it as a regular outing like they would used to back then)

GOT PREFERENCES

Do you watch the episodes when they air? usually not being a brit who doesnt have hbo  i watch like a day or two later when it airs on sky Atlantic  or on now  tv the first three i watched on dvd from a friend who had the boxset it was when we were sharing a house walked in  the logue one  Morning and she watching it and its that bit where the mountain cuts off the horses head and im like what the hell are you watching ?? i just woke up i wasnt expecting violence this early in the morning ? and then sat down and watched it with her and im like and watched the whole rest of season   one and im like what the hell is this show  ??  ....is there more ?? btw my brother said he got half way through season one and said it  was boring im like season ones the best ?? and hes like oh i dont enjoy  historical drama im not interested in medieval history and im like face palm he thinks this is historical and he also doesnt like history wtf i mean  how am  i related to this fool but yeah thats tangent  and i told him get to ep nine so he could see ned stark beheading he said maybe but if i agreed to watch stranger things with him lol :/ 

How often do you rewatch it? Do you rewatch it from season one? ive re watched all the way  it through a few times but usually would only watch my fav episodes ive seen the red wedding so many times though because wed always watch it with some friend whos just getting into and hasnt seen that one yet so we can see their reaction 

Do you rewatch the previous episode before the next one airs? Not usually on each  occasion but my aunt and uncle always do so when i watch with them i do  

Do you eat anything while watching? if so, what do you eat? not usually a proper meal but  i might have snack like crisps or popcorn unless its a glory scene 

One character that everyone seems to like that you don’t care much for hmm cersei ?? and i didnt lime petyr baelish much but he seemed popular at least among my friends  but i do agree he shouldnt had a better death scene they took all the cleverness out of him and though i hadnt liked him it was a shame in a way like the couldnt find way him to go down in a clever interesyting way so they had to dumb him right down  book pb wouldnt get caught like that people like show euron apparently me  hmm not show much to put it nicely also ave mixed feelings about stannis book book and show wise and i like jon but hes not the ultimate  hyped favourite like he is with a lot of people and perfer theon to him tbh

Favourite scene: robb getting crowded any scene where theon smiles  theons monologue  theon and sansa hug jon and sansa arya sansa hug jon and ygritte kissing on the wall jaime jumping to save brienne theons speeches both tyrions speeches both but the one in season one was really funny tyrion dragging the chair across the room when everyone is is science idk that cracked  me up bronn duelling for tyrion the one where Catelyn announces to everyone that (she thinks)  tyrion tried to kill bran cause that was the first ep id seen thats the bit that got me hooked  theon getting back up and fighting that ironborn guy pdrick saving tyrion  and i still maintain that viserys had the best death also not to be a basic bitch but that first time dany does her fire thing in season one i was #stunned 

One character you wish got more appreciation: theon duh #nomoredickjokes2018 but also meera and jojen too i suppose  and shireen and sansa and they could've (shouldve) done more with myrcella and tommen   and brienne too was underused and gendry also idk if if i like the way the tried to iron the grey parts out of tyrion and jon  and bran i wish they done brans story better and wed have got that tree scene with theon also as a disabled gal  certain comments some people make about uselessness of bran sometimes make me uncomfy tbh 

Fanfic or nah? i usually only read theon based ones and thats usually just theon robb theon sansa or sometimes theon jeyne p cause i cant do bolton heavy stuff im a whimp  but i read the occasion jon / ygritte or jaime / brienne and once i tried theon jon  but i wasnt sold soz :/ i read theon ygritte once as well  that actualy worked surprising well and theon domeric .. aha  thats mine  and @blueagia s baby  

but i guess id be open to others maybe

Do you avoid spoilers? :  i do because im a blabber if i know id tell everyone omg this happens and that - i dont do on purpose really not with the intention of spoiling it for people  i just blurt it out like  i ruined he Rains of Castamere for someone once by saying oh is this one where robb dies ? and i didnt realise she hadnt seen it  yet and shes like robb dies :( :( and im  like oh umm i meant ...  rob - ert baratheon obviously ! haha whoops and i told someone else about jofferys death because shed said she seen it all  but she said later  i wish joffrey would die and  i was lil tipsey then so im like  .. but he does die ? youve seen it right? in season 4 ? hes poisoned ?  at his wedding ? to Margaery?? and shes like ....thanks beth ..... turns outs shed only  seen season 1-3 whoops again but hey i was drunk  that time so i  now avoid spoilers to avoid spoiling people and when i read the books my then housemates told me not to tell them what was different in case they wanted to read the books later on and didnt want me to spill and i did try to keep to it but i blabbed a few things tbh

One character you’d kill, or kill sooner than they were killed balon greyjoy also ramsay but i wouldve done  it differently and theon shouldve been there or at least known about it also randyll tarly like fuck that guy ive seen people defending him and im like no offense but you are serious me and a friend had a bet on the boltons i bet against roose dying and he bet against ramsay dying we both lost lmao

Which was more satisfying: Ramsay dying or Joffrey dying? hmm i actually joffrey probably because it was more unexpected i didnt see it coming i didnt think hed die  -i wanted ramsay to die and i wanted to like ramsay dying  and wished i had liked it more but it wasnt  done  the way i wanted it and it seemed so obvious like it wasnt a shock like joffrey dying was  i think in a way they over did ramster and just ran out f things fro him to do that he hadnt already like i was like hmm sewating nevously what can we do now ...err  kill your dad! kill a baby! kill  a stark  kill .. jon snow ...??  aye fuck it get rid of guy ay 

 i liked season six   better than season 7 or 5 but it made me lol in a way cause it seemed like they went ok ok you didnt like it last time when we killed all the women we heard you! we did ! weve changed things yes  so how about this instead ...   the woman kill everyone ! yea ? you like that ? we good now ?  sweet as ! put more women killing eveyone into season 7 dave we on the money

im a day late but im a sap so i wanted to whip up something of timid heart shark celebrating no heart’s birthday!! biiiiig headcanon dump under the cut 💜🖤

ok so!!! timid heart wakes up one morning and she looks at her calendar, as one does, and when she realizes its friday the 13th she GASPS and falls out of bed

this makes a LOT of noise, so it happens to wake up her roommate, [studio audience applause] slimey heart snail! slimey's disgruntled to have been woken up from his Sleeb but as soon as he sees timid heart on the ground hes in Protec Mode™ like "WHATS GOING ON ARE YOU HURT" and shes like "i-its.... no h-hearts BIRTHD-DAY" and u can see slimeys face go through the 5 stages of grief (with acceptance taking place in the form of "thats fine but im kinkshaming")

(in general, slimey feels kinda iffy abt timid's feelings 4 no heart, just bc hes a Bad Dude n slimey wants the best for his very good friend, but at the same time he trusts her!!! he just has to remind her to stick up 4 herself sometimes)

so slimeys like “ok... and?” bc he knows the drill at this point and timid heart obvi has a plan to impress her Crush™ SO she goes through this whole thing about how she really wants to make sure no heart has a good day and she thinks its important that he gets to celebrate with people who wouldnt, like, directly benefit from being overtly kind to him (i.e. henchmen) and maybe she gets distracted a few times and ends up describing the hug she plans to give him in detail, and MAYBE shes blushing a lil more than necessary, but slimey keeps her on track and when it seems like shes finished talking he asks how on earth shes going to get to his castle n she gets this look of surprised realization followed immediately by determination n shes like “I H-HAVE TO GET CAPTURED”

slimey heart’s like “YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT DO THAT”

they discuss whether or not this is a good idea for longer than necessary (smh timid heart... wyd) but slimey eventually convinces her that itll show more dedication/be safer if she just straight up visits him, since by this point she absolutely knows the way. but since shes a shy baby she asks slimey to take the trip with her, which he agrees to do as long as he doesnt hav to ACTUALLY go inside the castle, as he “makes no promises about not punching the guy’s face in on sight”. and so theyre off!

the actual journey is pretty uneventful; they get near enough 2 the castle that slimey can avoid being noticed but still keep an eye on timid, so he sends her on the rest of her way

in standard timid heart fashion, the last 5 minutes of the trip r the ones where she immediately overthinks her whole plan and gets super anxious about it. what if no heart’s shadows catch her? what if she has to worry abt whatever scary stuff lives in his moat? what if she has to sneak in, and no heart thinks she wants to Fight him? her brain is being very mean to her and its not fun at all

but luckily, who does she see right outside but MR. BEASTLY?? and hes pacing about, like he does every year (or, well, every 6ish months? however often friday the 13th happens fdkfgdsds) and worrying about not having the perfect gift for no heart yet!! so she realizes that she isnt going to have to sneak in after all! and she strikes a deal w/ beastly where he pretends that he captured her as his gift to no heart! everybody wins

so they get inside, and beastly runs into the room first and does his whole singsongy “NO HEEEEAAAAAAARRRRRRRT I HAVE A PRESENT FOR YOUUUUU” and no hearts annoyed, like he always is, but u can tell theres something else to it. he sounds hopeful? so beastly keeps on going and hes dropping hints abt what the gift is and saying things that pretty obviously would only apply to a care bear (like “its small, and fuzzy, and something youve been trying to destroy for centuries” or smth fdsgkf) and no heart is VERY excited now and hes like “YOU GOT ME A-?” and timid heart steps out from behind a wall and kinda shrugs n smiles and no heart is like “... oh. hello, timid heart.” (her heart skips a beat or twenty when he says her name)

and the way he says it is like? maybe shes reading too much into it, bc she does that, but he says it with a tone that, from anyone else, would sound horribly disappointed but given the fact that no heart has the emotional range of a peanut he sounds! almost happy to see her!!

he crosses the room n approaches her and her brain is going a mile a minute and he crouches to get a better look at her and her breath catches. they lock eyes, for like a second. she waves. he stands back up to his full height, says something characteristically unimpressed like “i suppose she’ll do” and beastly has NO STANDARDS so he looks p excited but then after a minute no heart sighs and very genuinely is like “thank you, beastly” and its!!! a Very Nice Moment. 

so of course he kicks beastly out of the room like 2 seconds later just so hes not being TOO soft. and then he and timid heart are alone

theres a bit of an uncomfortable silence (well, it’s uncomfortable for timid at least) so she clears her throat and, in her very raspy Nervous voice, says “h-happy birthday, no h-heart!” he whirls around and looks at her and is a combo of surprised and confused?

he beckons her closer w/ one finger and she goes to him willingly, and he crouches to her eye level again. theres a tense silence where shes thinking abt the way his shadow pools around her, commands the room, but his voice snaps her out of it. soft n low, he asks “why are you here?”

“w-well, i- b-beastly, he-” “yes, yes, i know. he got you. but he always seems to, doesnt he? he never fails. you’re always here. so, why?” 

timid heart fiddles w/ her hands for a sec, tries 2 come up with something less embarrassing than the actual truth, but she cant, so she just takes a deep breath and tells him that she likes it in his castle and that, well, she likes him! (she doesnt specify romantically, but... baby steps) and she thinks he deserves to have a nice birthday celebration

he looks her over for a moment that feels Really Long, but then he sighs and!!! he reaches out and takes her hand!!!!

slimey heart, watching thru a window with heart-shaped binoculars: nice

timid n no heart just kinda Stay like that for a nice moment, a moment in which timid heart is pretty suspicious shes dreaming and CERTAIN that shes forgotten how 2 breathe, but eventually no heart very gingerly releases his hold on her and stands. he tells her that he has to get back to his work (evil doesnt take a holiday, after all) but that shes welcome to stick around so long as she doesnt get into trouble. so she does! she doesnt Rlly feel comfortable watching no heart research spells (she feels like shes bothering him + upsetting the peace n quiet) so instead she hangs out with beastly for a while! they talk abt inconsequential stuff like the plant he’s growing and how come he always wears that scarf, even when its hot out? super fun

she ends up leaving a little before it gets dark out (not that its EVER easy to tell what fckin time of day it is at no heart’s castle, given the weather is Spooky Clouds 24/7) so that none of the care bears or cousins worry abt her, but shes too shy to say bye to no heart so she just asks beastly to tell him she had a really good time and that she hopes he enjoys his birthday! shes pretty much banking on the fact that he’ll paraphrase it to b less emotional dskgds

as shes walking away she blows a lil kiss to the castle (something shes sure 2 get made fun of for later) and meets up w/ slimey, who does in fact joke around with her but is overwhelmingly glad shes safe

he asks her how it went and if she ever got that Perfect Hug she was talking about? and shes like “n-nah but... i-i’ll get him n-next time” n he kinda laughs n puts his arm around her and they walk home like that
