hazel is very interesting and shows her own struggles, she likes puns and fries and rocks and anime and horror movies (and apparently mushrooms if you count that one scene), she tries to problem solve so that no one is unhappy (patty being alive so winn wasnt upset, trying to get the band and orchestra together, accidently haunting her house and wishing her dads day was extra special, trying to find a dinosaur she spontaniously teleported his own job), she has multiple episodes showing her insecurities and how she tries to hide it so she doesnt look like a bad person, but inspite of it all is a understanding person and a peacemaker and doesnt like arguments, hell shes even such good autism represntation im 99.9% sure it wasnt intentional at all

dont even get me started on the takes ive seen in the finale, listen the finale has alot to be said and it definatly wont be everyones cup of tea (i think them trying to refrence every episode felt so chaotic personally) but regarding people with the ending is still giving me a headache, "she shouldve used her wish on him" that wouldve been so boring and predicable, say what you want on what she actually used it for but i think you guys should realise that for the kid whos regressing back into his bad copium mechanisms should get to face his concequences, 'hes 10 and neglected so thats why he acted like that' and 'she doesnt need to put up with how he treats her and hold his hand and be his personal therapist' can both coexist, people being pissed that she lightheartly agreed that he fucked up when HE admitted it is crazyyy CRAZYYY (also the fact ive seen someone say 'her moms a therapist she shouldve known' ???)

this isnt even touching on "hazels other relationships like her friends and family arent developed enough so thats why ppl dont care that much" while that is a valid critism i have with the show in general i still dont think applys to what im specifically talking about to demonstrate dale has appeared in THREE episodes (four if you want to stretch it), meanwhile hazels parents have appeared more often and im barely seeing them in fanart "but dale has a backstory!" so do those two have a whole episode explaining how they met "b-but dale is interesting as a role as a villain!" the guy is barely a villain [so far atleast], but also is being a therapist and a parascienists already not an interesting enough? are you guys suddenly not able to make as much headcanons expanding apon them as you did with dale? thats the thing that confuses me the most, whats stopping you from giving random information from your head to anyone else?, (i didnt know how to word this point so hopefully this makes sense)

- larry is a tired clumsy airhead, and as a result he always has SOMETHING spilled, wiped, or drawn on his clothes.

- undiagnosed adhd, and probably a few other things

- both him and sal collect bottlecaps, they like to make pins out of cool ones they find, often trading them like pokemon cards. they have multiple matching friendship ones. on common ones though, he likes to flatten and paint.

- larry's mental health generally sucks, but when things get really bad he stops caring about his physical safety, often pulling some reckless shit. even when he gets hurt from it, he doesnt seem to mind. Times like these kinda scare him, and he tries to avoid falling into them.

- despite seemingly "not caring about anything" (as he puts it) during these episodes, he's still fiercely protective of his friends and tries to be gentle with them, both physically and emotionally.

- For awhile he genuinely tried to be a good student but because he was so far behind and his undiagnosed adhd, the teachers started to demonize him. Eventually he realized it didnt matter how hard he tried, so he just gave up. The only subject he likes is art, so that's where he focuses all his energy and actually tries.

- skips school sometimes but lisa tends to give him hell for it so he tries not to do it too often, mostly just skips certain classes if hes really not feeling it.

- his room is such a mess. sal tries to help him with it but he has similar struggles. whenever ash or todd come over, it becomes a group effort and shit gets done rather quickly. luckily no biohazards, so its not like his room really needs a DEEP clean but still. its nice.

- Loves the arcade too, You'd think his favorite would be guitar hero, but that's more for sal. his favorite is mortal combat or those car racing games that you sit in with the steering wheel.

- larry cant cook for shit, hes always burning something, it always turns out gross and inedible. unless he's stoned, in which case he magically turns into a michelin star chef. weird ass combinations, but it always turns out really good.

- despite being shit at cooking, he still tries to help his mom with it, even though he mostly ends up just being in the way and she eventually shoos him out of the kitchen

- when he was really little, he had a dinosaur onsie that he would wear everywhere, very rarely taking it off until it started to get too tight. he was beyond devastated when he realized he grew out of it, lisa had to pry it away from him in fear that he would accidentally destroy it. She keeps it in her closet collecting dust. Its one of the few things she kept from before jim disappeared. despite it bringing up memories of what things used to be like before he "left", she couldnt bear to throw it out.

- sometimes when larry needs comfort, he sneaks into her room and steals it temporarily. on sleepless nights, he zips it over his pillows as a makeshift pillowcase, its one of the few things that help him relax. It's always put back in place by the next morning. Lisa has no idea, and he's far too embarrassed about it to say anything to her.

- the only person who knows about this is sal because of their sleepovers. One night He was high as balls and got paranoid, when he tried to sleep it off the fear was just too much so away he crept, into lisa's room. Of course he made sal come with him, he sure as shit wasnt going alone.

- when questioned about it, larry refused to answer and so sal let it go figuring he would tell him when he was ready.

- Larry Harbors an obscene amount of guilt. struggles with sh off and on, tries not to relapse unless things get really unbearable. to prevent this, him and the SF gang (primarily ash) regularly doodle and sometimes paint on the places he's prone to harm.

- when he can feel himself slipping into an episode, larry makes it a point to braid his hair so it won't get matted. tries to brush it and rebraid it at least once a week, but often struggles to find the energy and lets it sit in for longer. Not to mention, a lot of the times he stops showering which makes it even harder to braid because of the greasiness.

- has given himself a few amateur stick and pokes. They look like shit, and he knows it but he's still very proud of them.

- the ink he uses for it fades pretty fast

- he's also tried to give himself piercings, but always fucks it up so he takes them out and slaps a bandaid over it

- collects different kinds of flavored chapstick, takes a bite out of them sometimes when he thinks no one is looking (ofc sal has caught him a few times but has never said anything)

- after he first met megan, he was scared shitless. slept with the lights on for the next few weeks and refused to shut the door when going to the bathroom, insisting to his mom on keeping the shower curtain open at all times (he tried to act chill about it around sal and it kinda worked. kinda.) after awhile he eventually calmed down but still finds himself getting really nervous whenever him and sal talk to a ghost, though he would never admit it.

- has a picture of his dad in a locket but rarely wears it because he's afraid he'll accidentally break it. always keeps it with him though, usually in his pocket, holding it as he walks.

- Despite his general demeanor he's quite the gentleman, always holding doors open and really courteous towards women. Most people don't expect it just based on his appearance, but Lisa raised him right.

- also he's hot as fuck.

- we all know larry is a metalhead, but what kind of metal is his favorite? It generally depends on his mood but id say sludge, thrash, and doom.

- You're telling me this man, who is depressed as fuck and also a stoner wouldnt eat up some electric wizard? saint vitus? bitch, please. I know quite a few albums that would bring him to his knees.

- And I know I'm prolly gonna get hate for this but I notice when a lot of other people write about larry (AND sal), they tend to lean towards nu metal or just plain emo. And while I don't think either of them would mind it, The lyrics and vocals of Sanity's fall feels more reminiscent of death or black metal and given the fact that SF is his favorite band, I don't think he would listen to that kind of stuff, at least not on a regular basis. Ash on the other hand definitely would.

thinking about lightnings walkman and the headphones he had before. how when he was 15 he broke them and mack did everything he could to fix them. it didnt work and mack took him to buy new ones.

lightning hating every minute of the shopping because he likes his old ones, with the stickers and the electrical tape because some of the wires are visible. he doesnt want new ones. he wants his old ones to be fixed so he can keep them.

its.. concerning to mack, to say the least — lightning is extremely attached to his old headphones and would genuinely rather die than get brand new ones. usually a teenager would jump at the chance for new technology, but lightning is set in his ways with those old ones and gets emotional at the idea of replacing them.

“its so dumb,” he says to mack, “but what if.. the old ones feel bad. or something. because i broke them and im replacing them just like that.”

mack tries to fix them multiple times, lightning goes without them for almost two months even when he Really needs to use them. after the last try to fix them — including one of the rusteze technicians in the work as well — mack sadly gives up. he manages to corral the kid into a walmart to pick new ones. at first, lightning refuses and stubbornly stands there glaring at the small display of sony headsets, he pretends he isnt teary eyed as he gives into picking out a pair, and he picks ones that are drastically different from the originals so he can hate them even more.

theyre cheap, he makes sure of it, and then for a week afterwards he refuses to even open the box. mack suggests maybe throwing out the old pair would help, but that seems to almost set him back in this grieving process. when he finally does open the box, it���s begrudgingly. he had to wear them because he was Sick and Tired of being overstimulated in public — and theyre nice. it fills him with guilt because oh. i said i would hate them. and that night he comes to the conclusion that id he glues the old ones back together he could find a way to fit them on his stuffed dinosaurs head and still have a reason to keep them (although mack would never make him throw them out)

ok so at first i thought that syrylthian would only be able to kill the gods that were alive before the earth was created, example: chaos, chaos would not be immune to sysrlthina because it was created before the earth was made, because syrylthian came from the meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs

the greeks don't even have the meteor in their mythology, which means they dont have syrlythina, which means everything in greek mythology that's related to the gods/monsters would be able to be harmed by syrylthian

then this thought turned into every other religion and since most if not all of them don't have the meteor, syrlthian would be able to harm everything in those too!

which then turned into a theory about perspectives:

what if, what you truly believe in, is true, but only for you and others who believe in it? example: if you believe in adam and eve/christianity, then if you went back in time to when the earth was first made, then you would see the christian telling of how it was made

but if you suddenly had a change of heart and started to genuinely believe the Greek way the earth was made, and you went back in time, then that is what you would see instead of what you originally thought!

and if we wanna take this further than we can see how this could physically affect humans themselves! if they believe the scientific way earth was made or any way that involved the meteor, then they are immune to syrlthian because the meteor brought syrlythina particles to earth, which is why humans are immune! but if you believe a different way the earth was made that didn't have to do eiht the meteor then you might not be immune to syrlthian!

also humans have very narrow thoughts

they need everything to make sense and for everything to always have answers

but aliens (read: alastor) don't think that way! alastor just doesnt believe there was a way the earth was made because it simply is

and there are genuinely no words to accurately say this because humans made these words i'm saying right now, but alastor has completely different thoughts about everything

Short and sweet with a hint of Whump. Rewatched the last episode and was like 'damn tv 7 my ass' for the millionth time. Anywho, a short piece on how trauma bonded kids would not just return to normal the minute they return to their loved ones. I think it probably took them awhile to get to the time skip point in which they were. I may rewatch and do some rewrites or missing moments or added moments lol. This show was just too good.

Darius doesnt like making assumptions about his friends. The island showed him exactly what damage that could do- even when he hadnt meant to, hadnt known he had been, but it was no excuse- he made a promise to himself to treat them right. His only friends.

So when his nightmares come back with a vengance, he doesnt breathe a word. They all went through hell and back on those Islands, they were all slowly settling back into their lives, they practically lived at eachothers houses- rotating through them because between their parents and themselves, they need the ability to verify the safety of eachother- but Darius sees them adjusting, trying to take back their previous lives with the new knowledge they have. And Darius had been right along with them, writing about their experiences and the lessons learned-

But now here he was.

He awoke quietly, far to use to the need of stealth and the light sleepers around him, he could still feel the hot wet breath of death encompassing. Its hard with a trembling body, but he manages to make it around the other sleeping teens and to the bathroom down the hall. They're at Yaz's house this time around, her mother's room on the second floor while they reside in the basement so hes not worried about her hearing him.

He slides down the wall as soon as he closes the door, theres soft moonlight coming from a small window above the shower, but the room remains mostly shadows. Theres cant be light, it will attract-

No. There could be. He just has to stand and hit the switch, because there is power here and no dinosaurs. He stares blankly at the cabinets instead, what use would light do him anyway? He was just gonna sit here like a lump anyway. He didnt need any light other than the moon, shining off tile, while he sits doing nothing. Just his own breathing as a dream that mixed reality and his worst fears, plays over and over in his mind.

He had made so many mistakes.

He can think of so many instances where something he did had put one of his friends in danger. Things that had them almost dieing, heck Sammy practically had! And Ben, and Brooklyn, and Yaz and Kenji and Doctor Mae and-

And so many people had died.

He had come so close multiple times too, but… if he had died instead of one of the others than, would that have been so bad?

Kenji rolls over, eyes squinting open, expecting to see the familiar form of his sleeping brother, the empty space that meets him instead has his heart rate spiking and his breath catching. He sits up- too quickly, it startles everyone else, but Darius is GONE- eyes tracking the entire room before he's reminded his brain of the fact they are NOT on the Islands. Darius hasnt been eaten by dinosaurs, but the panic still lingers that they CANT FIND HIM.

"Maybe… he just went to the bathroom?" Sammy offers, although shes already starting to stand.

"The lights off." Yaz is already standing at the hallway, "Doors closed though."

He knocks lightly, frowning further at the lack of response, he glances behind him and gets several nods, opens the door slightly. As expected, it's dark inside, the moon's glow barely illuminates the figure against the wall.

Darius doesn't react to his presence, his stare is blank, body motionless except for the slightest breath. It's terrifying to see such an emptiness in usually such bright eyes. There's raised red marks on his hand, wet and crusting with blood, Kenji's lips purse sadly. Swallowing thickly, he reaches out a careful hand, touches his knee lightly, expecting the flinch,

"Take it easy." He says softly, "You're safe."

It takes several moments, all of them crowded together on the floor of the bathroom- Ben actually sitting in the tub to make more space- allowing Darius the time he needs to come back to them. When he finally makes eye contact, it's hesitant, as if waiting for something.

"Hey bud, how you feelin?" Kenji's voice is gentle, nothing extra in his voice, his eyes hold a worry to them- they all do- but no judgment or anger.

Darius wants to tell them he's fine. That he's sorry. That it's nothing and they can go back to sleep. That everything is proceeding forward as it's supposed to. He opens his mouth to say just that,

"I thought that I was getting better."

That is not what he wanted to say. Seriously brain what the heck?? He can't be bringing them down like this-

"Hey, you are, we all are Darius. Setbacks are normal, and together we can make sure they don't last long." Brooklyn's soft voice breaks his thoughts, and his head snaps up to stare at her.

"You want to know my first thought when I couldn't find you?" Kenji asks, drawing his attention next, the curious look has the corners of his mouth twitching up before they fall again, "I thought you might of been eaten, or being chased, I-" he swallows the emotion, blinking back the wetness in his eyes, Darius reaches out and takes his hand.

"Sorry." And he means it, puts as much emotion as he can into the word, directing it at the room at large.

They were all healing. They all had moments of weakness. But they were a team, they had each other's backs, and for every step backwards, someone would be there to pull you forward again.

1: Why do they wear diapers? (comfort? necessity?) It's about 70% comfort, 30% necessity! It's more comfort than necessity now that Cooper's not usually being his own cg, but he's actually a bit more comfortable the actual usage of them now since he has someone to help w them. B4, when Cooper was mostly their own cg, whenever they would end up using them it would almost always pull them out bc they had to clean up + feeling embarrassed

9: What’s their Dream Diaper? Honestly, something just very comfortable to sleep in, since that's usually what they do when regressed! OR easy and quiet to move in, because Puppy-re Cooper is not a fan of crinkly-like noises. Definitely Dinosaur themed- maybe a package that had various dinosaurs for different diaps!

12: What scent of baby powder is their favorite? (or would be their favorite? feel free to make one up!) Honestly, if Cooper can get away w a non-scented one, he will use that! Also lowkey, Cooper will 9/10 prefer to do that on his own unless he's already very comfortable settled down! But if he's just getting settled, he usually does that part himself (he doesnt usually mind help getting dressed afterwards)

Puppy-Cooper will absolutely get it everywhere, do not let puppy-cooper near the powder <3

13: Have they ever had a daytime accident? Yeah, usually post-big naps or if Cooper's really settled down and teeny. He's getting better at letting Bones help him get cleaned up and changed, but 9/10 he has a hard time settling back down. Puppy-Cooper is more likely, esp if Puppy-Cooper is being sillaaay! If they're squirmy, like real squirmy, either get that puppy to a bathroom or diap him REAL fast. (Puppy Coop always gets so miserable about it ): )

14: Do they wet the bed? Sometimes, usually if they go to sleep regressed and wake up the next morning but forgot to put a little extra nighttime protection on! Especially if Cooper sleeps in. They're more of a morning-ish person, so if its past 10 am and Cooper's still in bed, there's gonna be a clean-up usually

15: Who changes them? (their cg? anyone who’s comfortable? only themself?) If Cooper's just settling into regressing, usually they'll get themself changed. If they're more or less already regressed, they don't mind Bones helping/changing them as much, but might be a bit moody (cranky baby bitey).

Puppy-Cooper is so squirmy abt it. there's a decently good chance that Bones will change him, and within the hour Cooper will be attempting to wiggle free (not. NAKEY but you know. commando in a onesie)

Cooper will absolutely not let anyone other than Bones help him. To him, at least Bones is a doctor so he's not exactly embarrassed abt bodily functions. Cooper will absolutely lock himself in the bathroom rather than let anyone else help him

Trunks comes home from a weekend work event and Goten & Palace are in their dinosaur PJs and theyre watching Ponyo on repeat with the babies and there's a weird pillow fort built in the kitchen with crumbs in it & someone left the freezer open and nobody noticed and it's melted all over the floor & the bathroom sink is full of toothpaste & there are homemade fly catchers everywhere and frankly they just look and smell weird & WHY ARE THERE SCREWDRIVERS IN THE DISHWASHER ??!

So yeah Trunks isnt gonna call that kid anything other than "boy" for at least a few years. Even though Goten and Palace ended up settling on the idiotic nickname "Doublie" from Vegeta V -> Double V, Trunks just isnt gonna stoop that low. i honestly love the idea of nico growing up on a little farm- it's a perfect, quiet escape for the family, and gabe can feed off of large livestock when he isn't working- its not sus to buy 4 cows when you have a farm, right?

was probably homeschooled after a few interactions with other kids went south- his vibe seems to freak alot of kids out, even when he's not trying to. got a little upset at first, since he doesn't really have friends, but got used to it. all he needs in his life are his parents now

So.... March of the Machines

Overall I really liked the story even if there were moments when I thought certain narrative elements seemed rushed or had little payoff. I think if this was a saga of books with time and space to explore each plane defenses, the angels power, the characters on themselves and phyresia/phyresis, then most of its problems would disappear. But we did not get that and the writer did an amazing job on each of this chapters.

As its difficult for me to put proper order to my toughs with such a massive event happening all at once, i’m gonna go by points under the cut. Spoilers ahead ... also be warned this is very long

1) I liked the reasoning on why Phyrexia was having a harder time in some planes than others and I think there are subtle hints trough the side chapters to see it: they lost the advantage of playing on their home-field and don't know what to expect in most of these planes (+ it play with Norn hubris)

But that doesn't mean Phyrexia was “easily defeated” by any means. A few characters point out that they just bought more time for the planes and that's key in this battle. If given enough time Phyexia would end up winning simply because their numbers are infinite and relentless; they don't get tired and don't require food or drink. Sure, the elder dinosaurs beat down Etali, but Etali WAS an elder dinosaur and got completed regardless...  To me there is never a sense of victory in the side stories -except the last new capenna one-, but one of a respite and a dime hope.

Im also aware that im “trapped” in one or two points of view. So, for example, while Nahiri was defeated and the skyclave broke, Phyrexia’s forces continue to advance over the population in Zendikar. They continue to loose lives, cities and heroes, we just dont see it hapenning (like Omnath and Brimax for example)

2) THAT BEING SAID. I was disappointed we didn't see any of the team ups from the cards. Not only because they look cool as fuck but because they reflect how much of a threat phyrexia IS that unlikely alliances need to be created for a chance of stopping the invasion. 

I dont mind that not all of the “heroes” came to New Phyrexia at the “Avengers” style like many were hoping for. It wouldnt make sense to leave their planes unprotected like that, but we could have had a glimpse of Thalia and the Gilgtrog monster in a side story. Just a quick mention. Something! Its very minor, but I was excited about that.

3) On that same line of tough and maybe even more important to the story... many of our named and biggest foes were defeated in a blink of an eye; seemingly easy and unimportant. Atraxa had a whole chapter where she struggles and rages against the idea of beauty from New Cappenna. It was incredible to read how her phyrexian mind could not wraps something that used to be important to her. I hoped they go somewhere with it....and then she is just crushed under a building.

Listen, I dont mind some random person killing Vorinclex. Sometimes its not the heroes with their might and magic who get the job done, but the ordinary people who step against impossible odds with nothing but their hands. I really enjoyed and cheered on when the Mirrans stepped up to get Wrenn to Realmbreaker because they went from being just “people to be killed to showcase the danger/horrors of the battle” to people who have will and motivation besides staying on the shadow of the planeswalkers. 

So, to me, is not who killed Vorinclex, but how was it done. Why Nissa was having so much trouble with him in “All will be One”, if all she needed was a sword and some distraction? Helliod is another big example here. I would have liked to see more cooperation from the different characters to take them down.

4) Speaking of the praetors... I think Urabrask and Sheoldred should have been bigger in this story. If in-fighting is one of the causes for Phyrexia falling, then this two should be more at the front of it so the ending doesnt look as sudden as it was. I know in “ONE” we see the revolutions and Sheoldred agents fighting in the Basilica but I dont think its enough.

5) Consequences. Consequences. Consequences. What a complicated topic. I saw many people on twitter said that there was no real consequence to the story while others were glad or angry that their favorites were cured or killed off. I’m mostly okay with what we got but i’m afraid of how it will the planeswalkers will handled afterwards.

I liked that Nissa and Ajani were cured from Phyresis after Tamiyo and Lukka were killed. I think it showcases how messy times like this can be and how unjust it can feel. Of course they had to kill them to avoid more slaughter but I wonder if Kaya, Kaito or the Wonderer will ever think about the fact that Tamiyo could have been saved if they just had given her more time. (And I need to mention: I dont like that Tamiyo gets to stay indefinitely as a spirit, I think it takes from the original heart break)

I also like that even if it took Mellira’s life and Karn spark, both planeswalkers still carry the metal as a part of them. They dont simply come back as they were before like nothing happened, its impossible to pretend so. I also think it was smart to use and remove this method from the table (I find it beautifuly ironic that the “Living cure” died after New Phyrexia was sealed away. Her death still hurt so much) ... at least I think it was, since we dont know of any other healer of the same capabilities. 

Im not sure what to say about Jace and Vraska. Like I think they will not be un-compleated but probably wont be in stasis/mind control either. I hope details on what happened with Jace come with Aftermath

And that leaves us with... Nahiri. I hoped she stay in statsis for longer to make Mellira’s and Karn sacrifice more grandiose and significant. But sadly the Aftermath box art confirms that she is alive and walking with not-swords for hands. Like ... I cannot comment because I do not know, but uh WHAT HAPPENED?

Still, I think the destruction Phyrexia caused to multiples planes is enough consecuence for me and we may even get more in aftermath! Not to mention the chance at character exploration this brings. I love to read headcanons after events like this.

Anyway. 8/10 for me!

i thought the lead up to the pd gang being led to the basement was genuinely filled with so much tension and you had this lingering sense of isolation the further away they got from the top of the building. thinking about it now, part of it being that they physically away from the outside world, the only established exit was a single elevator, they were so deep underground that bizly could have easily justified there would be no way to send any communication to the surface with their own devices. like that buildup was FANTASTIC.

doug was a good af choice to be included no complaints.

i didn't like the damsel in distress shit tbh or at the least it could have been handled differently. like the overlord can mind control others right? wouldn't it have been more frightening for the captured people to be involved in the fight rather than just having them sit there <- still held hostage but with added tension and threat to the pd. and by this i mean just mr wilson cause let me explain.

blatantly, mark shouldn't have been damselled. he is already established to be a morally grey guy, i actually think it would have been way better if he chose to side with overlord of his own volition. I mean think about it, we already know that mark would go to great lengths to protect ashe even to ashe's detriment (AHEM keeping ashe isolated for all that time). mark being promised ashe's safety so long as he helps overlord KNOWING the trap being set up?? fucked up shit. he saw the plan, he figured the pd were going to be caught at some point regardless, he decided it was worth protecting ashe.

not only is this interesting and consistent for mark's character, but also gives ashe a more complete arc because ashe would choose to be defiant. "if this is the cost of your protection then i don't want it dad" also it ties into season two as there is more emotional conflict between mark and the pd.

summer's involement was super.. idk, it felt unnecessary. she's evidently not as big of a threat as the prime defenders themselves, i just felt like she could have been excluded from this mess. maybe even summer was the one who discretely called the heroes to the building establishing that she doesnt need to be coddled by the pd. you know?? like she is not a superhero but she's still worth something, even if the pd don't think so.

also please explain how overlord was controlling people. like because i don't think we got an explanation and it makes me upset. i just wanna knowww. for my peace of mind. also making him a full reptile red flags red flags red flags in my brain!! i would rather no not ahahahah why. also motivations??? like does he just have fixation on dinosaurs....... idk i felt like there could have been more. maybe make him more clearly representative of capitalism being shitty which could have then tied into season two.

i think that's all the major things that suck ass to me like there could have been more done with it. it just felt so underwhelming and ive said it before but if that's all the finale had been?? i might have stopped watching pd for a bit. i would have to process that all the amazing setups i saw established had a bad payoff and like. man.

whenever i think about overlord i get so upset. and i try to cope with humour but im just like. wow. that was a REALLY bad finale. like i didn't think a jrwi finale could be that bad. don't know why that decision was made for overlord. like i haven't watched the rolleds or know anything said about the episode outside of that. but the finale was genuinely pretty underwhelming aside from the OBVIOUS best thing about it.

At first hes like amazed

He even asks you to come and listen to him play susan because he hopes youd be safe in his room

Matt would be the last,

Hes pretty vocal about it so he goes to the other guys and goes “Guys!! I found out Y/N is immortal!”

He thinks its pretty cool actually

Imagine how much you can experience with a sorta immortal life

So hes more on the positive things about your situation and how you can make the most of it

He does acknowledge that it can be a curse though

Depending on if you like it or not or just don't care,

Edd & Tom would still be sorta protective, Tord would be desperately finding some way to stop this, and Matt is pretty worried

I mean if you don't want them to treat you differently because of it

Edd would do some immortal jokes if youre fine with it

Overall,, its kinda heavy for the first few times but when everyone is sorta used to it, its a usual thing now and much lighter now too
