Death of Peace of Mind

I was stumped on a prompt for this ship, and so I asked for help. Thank you so much @dngrs-untld-hrshps-unnmbrd for the prompts. I loved writing this. For @shaken-veil as well because I know you love this ship and I promised to show you as soon as it got done.

Prompts: Wet dreams, morning sex Ship: The Ghoul x Lucy, Ghoulcy Content Warning: Obviously NSFW, fingering, p in v, dirty talk, hints at choking (but no actual choking) Length: ~1k words

It was that voice of his that drew her.  Deep, sultry, just a hint of an accent.  Even when he was throwing insults at her, that voice captivated her.  Which was why it was no surprise to her that she heard it in her dreams.  Sinful words right against her skin, fingers that knew exactly where to touch and tease to bring her to the edge.  Only to cruelly yank her back time and time again, until she was begging for release.  Lucy often wondered if Cooper enjoyed the game, of seeing how long it would take until she bit down on her pride and begged.  Only here and only with this.

She groaned when his fingers slipped between her legs, teasing and toying with her aching body.  Frustration cut deep as he drew away just as that tension twisted into a slippery, heated knot.  Lucy bit down on her bottom lip, not breaking this time.  She wouldn’t give him the satisfaction of crying out for release.  He leaned down until his mouth was by her ear.  “What’s the matter?”  His thumb stroked over the curve of her hip, each slow caress driving that frustration higher and sharper within her body.  She felt the smile against the back of her neck when her body shuddered under his fingers.  “Don’t you want to come?”  Lucy wanted to whine, to plead with him to shove her over the edge.  She bit down on her tongue as the words wanted to fall off it in waves.  He merely chuckled and his teeth grazed the back of her neck, driving her even higher.  Dark and sinful described the man currently pressed against her back.

Her breathing came in rapid pants when his palm ground down against her clit.  A keening cry filled the room as she arched her hips back for more pressure.  To her eternal frustration he eased up, leaving her with only the slightest touch.  Tears welled up in the corners of her eyes as she threw her leg over his hips.  A silent plea for release but to her shock he merely slid his hand up firmly resting between her breasts.  She looked over her shoulder with a wild look, one that merely inspired a chuckle from him.

“Use your words there, vaultie.”  Lucy hissed out a breath as his one hand cupped the inside of her knee, keeping enough pressure to keep her leg from moving.  The subtle touch left her body open to his gaze and she sorely wished she could reach between her own legs, but he never allowed that.  The game was over if she did that, and as frustrated as she was…  She could never end the game.  His touch was addicting, and the high she got only made her crave more.  A chance to forget everything in her life for a few brief hours, to let all her doubts and thoughts be burned away underneath his touch.

“I.  I won’t.”  She felt the way his mouth stretched into a grin against her shoulder before those teeth sank into the tender skin.  Her back arched at the heat that sizzled through her, throbbing in need between her legs.  She wanted relief.

“Masochist.”  Lucy whined at the name but the ring of truth lingered in her ears.  Only with this.  Only with him.  His hand moved until his thumb teased her clit, just enough pressure to tease and flame the fire higher and hotter until he pulled away again.  Except, he didn’t pull away.  Lucy arched her back when the tension coiled low and tight, just waiting for the final push she needed.  “Wake up.”

Lucy’s eyes shot open.  The question she was going to ask ended on a moan as the building tension snapped.  His fingers teased her through the languid waves.  Her legs quivered as he threw one leg over his hips again.  Lucy almost screamed when she felt him slid inside.

“Now what were you dreamin’ about?”  His teeth latched onto her ear, just a shade past teasing.  He grunted when her body clamped down on his cock.  “Good things I bet.  Given how wet you were.”  Lucy’s eyes almost rolled back as his cock hit just the right angle.

“Fuck.”  His mouth pulled back into a sadistic grin at the word from her lips.  Lucy groaned when his thumb pressed small circles around her clit.  The only sound in the room was her moans bouncing off the wall and the sinful sound of their bodies.  She never thought the sound sexy before but when it was him…

“Whoa there princess, you’re gonna end this before I’m ready.  Clamping down on me like that, shit.”  Her fingers dug into his arms with each thrust of his hips.  She threw her head back against his shoulder on a sharp cry when the bubble burst.  Not in a gentle wave this time.  It was wild and untamed.  Bursts of heat throbbed between her legs, making her want more and more.  Until her mind was consumed with him and only him.  His name spilled from her lips and she felt his chuckle deep at her core when his other hand reached up to cup the front of her throat.

“That’s right.  You think only of me.”  He grunted when her body tightened around his cock.  “Only I can make you feel like this.”  His fingers tightened around her throat as he chased his own release now.  “No one else can fuck you this good.”  Lucy hissed at the burst of heat in her belly from his voice.  Too much.  It was too much.  “You got one more in you.  Come on princess, be a good girl for me.”

Lucy rested her head against his shoulder with a whining cry.  Her mind was consumed with him, his presence, his scent, his voice, how his cock stretched her body with each thrust.  Her eyes almost rolled back when the pleasure hit like a boulder.  Her nails bit into his arms, drawing blood with the force of her orgasm.  She was surrounded by him and only him.  His name spilled over like a prayer to some ancient god, beautiful to him as her body clamped down on his cock.  His teeth bit down on her shoulder as he pulled out just before he came.  He wanted to chuckle as he spilled himself on her back.

“Not again,” Lucy groaned around her panting.

“Better than needing Radaway.”  She huffed at his answer but he rolled her until she faced him.  “You gotta wake me up like that more often princess.”

Hey! I'm a Redemption's Promise devotee but beyond RP and SecondStarOnTheLeft's Norribeth fics, I'm kinda lost. I ran across your rec post this morning and was wondering if you could point me to some of your favs (especially the James follows Elizabeth ones!)

First of all, thank you so much for reading and sending this ask! I'm flattered you consider yourself a 'devotee' to my work!

As for Norribeth fic recs, I can certainly give you a hookup for some of my favorites. I'm going to split them up into two categories, one-shots and multi-chapters, and I'll also color code them based on where the au diverges from canon. Blue will be for marriage aus, Green will be for ones that happen before or during the canon, and Red will be post canon fics where James lives. Purple will be for aus that are completely independent of the canon. I will be adding a few of my own in there to pad out the list (also because i am shameless).

aHH!! this is such a fun thing to think about.  

Jacoby-9: likes together meals— hot pot would be a favorite. He’s not much for actually cooking, but he’s very fond of having the chance to sit down and share the experience with his friends (without being shot at). 

Rom: Not a specific food, but Rom likes trying new things. Whenever she comes back to the city after being out in the wilds she wants to use the opportunity to see what it is she’s protecting. Its an unspoken way of putting things in perspective.

Verona: Baked goods for sure, but more breads than cakes. There’s a bakery in the city she used to stop at with Luca and Ellis if they knew they were going to be off on a long trip. Both are gone, but the bakery is still there, and she makes a point to stop in once in a while, early in the morning, just for herself.

as for the question:

blue-5: ever since cayde’s recommendation, he’s grown fond of ramen, especially in the colder months. recent events have only strengthened that, too.

vraksis: he’s a big fan of italian food and pizza is his favourite. it’s easy to eat, requires little clean up, and he gets a range of topping choices for when he feels like a change. it’s perfect.

luke: my gentle warlock boy. he loves experimenting as much in the kitchen as out of it so he doesn’t follow any specific recipes. his only requirement is that it’s vegetarian.
