so yesterday i was trying to make a rogue who does not look or feel like a rogue at all. kind of like the legendary Krod the Half Orc Rogue.

chose goliath because they’re big. and they look intimidating. and also because of stone’s endurance. but that’s besides the point.

then i picked the giant foundling background for fun. then i read the description of it.

it says, "something about your surroundings��� caused you to grow to a remarkable size for your kind."

goliaths are 7-8ft tall normally.

SO HOW TALL IS A GIANT FOUNDLING GOLIATH???

This is my goliath barbarian Sindri's little sister, Elvy - Or what's left of her. Ever since Sindri's village burned down, he's moved from place to place. But the ghost follows him everywhere, preventing him from sleeping and jumpscaring him. Basically:

You can think of Elvy as kinda like the embodiment of survivor's guilt and sleep disorder - except since it's a fantasy setting, she's a lot more literal. My DM and I spent like all of Thursday evening brainstorming and I can't wait for the spooky encounters they have planned for her. >:D
