I also wasn't a giant fan of the Ward Aisha interlude, but one thing I did find super super heartwarming is that she looked to the birds to gauge how stressed Aiden was getting, just like she learned to do for Taylor's bugs

There was a quiet rustling in the stillness of the sickbay when Ziv lifted the pillow the CloneTrooper was sleeping on a little and put a tiny linenbag under the pillow before carefully let the sleeping man sink back along with his pillow. When before the sickbay had been loud and hectic with the beeping of the medical tools almost sounding like screaming and the injured clonetroopers voices hammering along the tent loudly, shrill, almost painfully in ones ears, now it was still and the men were sleeping softly in the biobeds put up along the corridor. Their soft breaths were quiet but even now overtuning the soft beeping of the medic Droids swiftly moving between the beds. Still Zivs pale ears jolted up as if she was an alerted animal and a second later her colorless eyes followed the direction her ears had moved to meet Aayla sitting next to one of the sleeping Troopers, almost completly swallowed by the shadow hanging heavily in the sickbay. Automaticaly Ziv lay her ears flat against her head, huffing quietly: “No need to give me that twitch of a Lek, although you have the prettiest Lekku I have ever seen, so thankyou for the beautiful image, even when you want to murder me with one kriffing look. Yes, I know the Healer is always the asshole, yeh,yeh, I am kriffing aware, the burden of knowing kriffing better.” Sighing tieredly, much too tieredly, she took another small bag from out of her arm and held it over the sleeping man for Aayla to take- even at this distance the herbs in the small linenbag smelled soft and aromatic, like a deep gasp of a balld of dried summergrass was aromatic.

“That is dried Dlock Plant from Endor. It will calm him down and actually, also it will calm you down because kriff this Secura, you can not sit here the whole night so go and sleep so I can do my kriffing job or you--hmmmmm in about three hours will be so exhausted that I need to get another biobed for you and as you can see my biobeds are all kriffing occupied, so please spare me the kriffing work. I know you want to calm and sooth your Men and be a kriffing good example as a Leader, but a good example includes also calling it a day when its enough, Secura. Let the herb do the rest. Which means its my hero because I am permanently stranded with a group of primates with high anixiety and I am a kriffing Caniformia with anixiety myself, so I kind of need to manage the Kriffery here without loosing my kriffing mind or start crying.
