レジーナ・ハートリー:最高の人材の履歴書が必ずしも理想的でない理由?

完璧な履歴書を持つ候補者と、困難を戦い抜いてきた候補者のどちらかを選ぶことになったとき、人事のレジーナ・ハートリーは常に「静かなる闘士」にチャンスを与えると言います。
「公正」の定義は、「公平」の「判断や言動などがかたよっていないこと」に加えて、「正義」の方向に現在進行形で進んでいる事象のこと。
「正義」の定義は、この場合、マイケルサンデルによると、ジョンロールズの格差原理から最下層の便益に合わせて社会を動かすことが正義である!と言っています。
知ってるつもりで思い違いしてること!
公平概念は「ハンデをつけて上限を公平に!」
平等概念をわかりやすく言葉にすると「上限の公平ではなく底上げの平等!」みたいな感じで、これ以上でも以下でも概念が変わるから拡大解釈しないこと。
法人の平等な競争はあまり聞いたことない。公平な競争がしっくりくる。
自身逆境を生き抜いてきたハートリーは、最悪のところから這い上がってきた人には変化し続ける仕事環境を耐え抜ける力があると知っているからです。
彼女はアドバイスします!
「過小評価されている候補者に目を向けてください。彼らの秘密の武器はその情熱と目的意識です。静かなる闘士を採用しましょう」
しかし、産業によっても異なるので絶対ではありませんし、新産業は優遇される可能性は高いかもしれません。
履歴書は、その人物のストーリーを語ります。長年の経験からパッチワークキルトみたいな履歴を持つ人について学んだことがあり、そういう履歴書をすぐには放り出さず、立ち止まってよく検討するようになりました。
半端な仕事の連続は、一貫性の無さや集中力の欠如。気まぐれさを示すかもしれませんが、一方で何かの障害と戦ってきたことを示すのかもしれません。
「闘士」には少なくとも面接してみる価値があります。
断っておきますが、別に「銀のスプーン」に文句があるわけではありません。
「銀のスプーン」とは、たとえば、難関大学に合格し、卒業するには、多くの犠牲と努力が必要です。
大企業にあう適性な人はこれでもよいです。
しかし、すべて成功を前提とした人生を歩んできたとしたら困難にどう対処するのでしょうか?
私が採用したある人は、一流大出の自分には相応しくない仕事があると考えていました。仕事のプロセス理解のために一時的につまらない手作業をさせると彼は辞めてしまいました。
それとは、逆に、敗者の人生を運命付けられたような人が成功を勝ち取っていたとしたらどうでしょう?
ぜひ、自ら意思決定して、そういう「闘士」を面接するようお勧めします。
このように、日々、成長していき、ある日突然、開眼するような人材は、人工知能の社員を雇う際の��用アルゴリズムでは探せませんよ。
ある履歴書を見てみましょう。この人物は、両親から養子に出されました。大学は中退し、職を転々とし、1年間。インドに滞在しています。その上、彼には読字障害がありました。
皆さんだったらそんな人を採用しますか?
彼は、名を「スティーブ・ジョブズ」と言います。
世界で最も成功した起業家(新産業限定ですが・・・)を調査した結果。読字障害を持つ割合が非常に高いことが分かりました。米国では、調査対象となった起業家の35%が読字障害を持っていたのです。
驚くのは、心的外傷後成長の経験者であるこれらの起業家の中には、自分の学習障害は長所になっていて「望ましい欠陥」なのだと考えている人がいることです(最先端の治療技術を十分に受けてからですが・・・)
なお、アメリカでは、心療内科や精神的なメンタルケアの分野は、日本の10、20年先位進んでいます!!
なぜなら、そのお陰で良い聞き手となり、細部に注意を払うようになったからだと。彼らは、自分が逆境にもかかわらず、成功したとは考えていません。今の自分があるのも逆境のお陰だと思っているのです。
彼らは、トラウマや苦難を自己形成の主要な要素として受入れるとともに、そのような経験がなければ、成功に必要な力や根性は身につかなかったかもしれないことを理解しています。
そして、最後に人間関係があります。逆境に打ち勝った人々は、単独で成し遂げているわけではありません。成功への道のりのどこかで彼らは自分の長所を引き出し、自分の成功に投資してくれるエンジェル投資家に出会っています。
どんな時でも頼りにできる人の存在が逆境に打ち勝つ為には必要なのです。
最後に大事なヒントを皆さんにお教えしようと思います。多様性とインクルーシブな実践に取り組む企業(新産業限定ですが・・・)は、「闘士」タイプを支援し、業績も優れている傾向があります。
DiversityInc誌の調査によれば、多様性において上位50社に入る企業は、S&P500を利益率で25%上回るという結果が出ています(アメリカでは)
最初の質問に戻りますが、皆さんはどちらに賭けますか?
「銀のスプーン」か「闘士」か?私は、過小評価されている候補者を選ぶべきだと言いたい。彼らには情熱と目的意識という 隠れた武器があります。
産業によって適性は異なりますが・・・
既存産業以外の人間の限界を遥かに超えるような新産業は、タイマンで面接をして「闘士」を雇いましょう。

こういう新産業でイ��ベーションが起きるとゲーム理論でいうところのプラスサムになるから既存の産業との
戦争に発展しないため共存関係を構築できるメリットがあります。デフレスパイラルも予防できる?人間の限界を超えてることが前提だけど
しかし、独占禁止法を軽視してるわけではありませんので、既存産業の戦争を避けるため新産業だけの限定で限界を超えてください!
(個人的なアイデア)
特に、人材派遣業界に強制適用して事前分配や再分配を行政府は促進させること。
万が一、公人、有名人、俳優、著名人以外の個人情報が無断コピーされたら、データ配当金を回数に応じて、何倍にも増やすことで、法人への罰金として本人が請求できるようにする弱者救済、削除の仕組みも必要。
派遣業界の相場はわからないが、ダニエルカーネマンから年収600万円位で簡単に計算すると時給3000円位が幸福な生活を維持できる分岐点!
今の日経平均株価なら夢ではなく現実で業界イメージ刷新見直しにも?
時給3000円位を目標にして法人単位では異なるから行政府が最低賃金以外の経路で下支えし底上げする現在の政策を維持して
派遣業界の再分配も促進させるとブーストしていいかもしれない

#TodaysLessonOnRacism: To people bearing the daily weight of systemic and overt racism, the sentiment communicated in this article is troubling at best disrespectful at worst. The issue that challenged us all to think differently about the presidency was race. Period. Issues of race often get diluted by other important social challenges requiring solutions. These issues are often used to replace the challenge of directly addressing the structures and people who benefit from racial inequities. The importance of cultural diversity in the workplace
This blog will highlight how cultural diversity plays an important role in a workplace.
With the emergence of technology and globalization, organizations are making an effort to succeed in cultural diversity in the workplace due to its numerous benefits and importance. “Cultural diversity in the workplace is when companies are open to hiring employees from all sorts of different backgrounds; regardless of race, religion and culture.” (Clarke, 2019). Globally, as a human race, we are a very diverse species around the world, with many cultures, languages and beliefs. Hence, cultural diversity should be embraced likewise to ensure the diversity of workplace.
“Employers have realized that workforce diversity provides both material and intangible benefits.” (Sawyer, 2018). By communicating their commitment to tackle the challenge of a diverse workplace, employers will then reap the benefits of cultural diversity in a work environment. Some types of diversity are education, ethnicity, generations, gender, religion, LGBT community, workers with disabilities and military veterans. Education with the proper measures, will help companies to achieve maximum growth and at the same time, eliminating cultural differences that could cause conflicts. Ethnicity would generally mean language barriers or a difference in business conducts. Some different generations would be generation x, millennials and traditionalists that explains a diverse workforce. For example, millennials prefer flexibility in their duties and conducting tasks that align with their personal values. “According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, nearly 36% of women had a bachelor’s degree by the age of 31 in comparison to 28% of men.” (Statistics, 2018) but women suffer from low income and workplace issues like harassment. Religion is all over a workplace, for example, dietary requirements or particular day off and it has always been understated in a workplace. The LGBT community consists of distinct groups with different needs and experiences whereby addressing to these needs are empirical to the importance of cultural diversity. Companies have valued cultural diversity greatly, for example, Johnson & Johnson was ranked first on Diversity Inc`s top companies for diversity in 2018 (DiversityInc, 2019). The importance of cultural diversity in the workplace cannot be understated. Companies with a transparent diversity and inclusion policy benefit from happier and more productive employee and a great goodwill.

ON BECOMING A MEDIUM: GEN-Z INDIVIDUALS AS MODERN COMMUNICATORS

Generation Z or in short "gen Z", can be seen as communicators of the globe. Because of this generation's understanding and growth of technology, access to speak freely with one another is much more reachable than the previous generations. Change is the goal of Gen Z's position as modern communicators because a new invention is created inside each generation. An invention designed to make things more accessible to people. As more individuals become intellectual and easier to connect with, we can now live in an atmosphere where everyone has equal access to greater goods and phenomena. Because of the use of technology and other platforms that play an important part in enhancing personal talents, we can already examine our capabilities and educate ourselves. However, there will always be advantages and disadvantages in new generations. Aside from having a positive impact, there will always be a negative consequence, such as using this new technology to defraud and deceive people out of money. Making proper use of technology may be simple, and as a result, many people already have extensive skills in experimenting with numerous ways that evolve into wicked ideas. To study correctly, we must first educate ourselves in this new era in order to properly save ourselves and connect with our trusted friends.
Individuals in Generation Z are also more likely than others to be concerned about sustainability and to begin to influence others with their new outlook on life. As a result of becoming a member of the Gen Z generation, you may deduce that many individuals think this way since they are more tech-savvy and most of them focus on purchasing useless stuff rather than critical items such as medicine, groceries, and other personal necessities.
According to Bank of America, the Gen Z generation is the worst and most disruptive generation ever. However, not all members of Generation Z behave in the same way. Because more Gen Z people are environmentally conscious, they are concerned about the environment and climate change. The single use of plastic has also decreased since they have trained themselves to properly dispose of their materials. Saying no to single-use plastic is the most sustainable way of life among UK consumers. According to a Deloitte poll conducted in 2021. Over 60% have reduced their use of disposable plastics. Almost two-fifths of those polled have reduced the number of flights they take, and the same proportion have reduced their purchases of new goods.
According to a 2020 study from EY (DiversityInc Hall of Fame), Gen Z (those born in 1997 and after) is very interested in global concerns and how they connect into broader systems. Thirty-nine percent of Gen Z respondents stated that environmental issues were very or extremely important to them. With firms reducing their carbon footprints, openly championing sustainability can help employers attract younger applicants. This generation may require more assistance than past generations because they are more concerned with environmental issues in order to have a better future in their life. That approach has the potential to assist society progress and gain new skills in order to improve their research and results and make the world a better place to live. This Gen Z group has a huge goal in correcting society and its problems and will do a better job than the previous generation with a more clear and strong goal for the following generation's future.
The current generation will pass its progress and growth to the next generation. A generation wherein everything will be more advanced with great communicators. These great communicators will present the world with the skills they uphold. The problems that they might encounter will be an opportunity for them to grow. There is a growth of change that could lead to a new generation being born. In conclusion, our current generation will not stand forever as world communicators since a new generation will be born, a generation born with tremendous means to connect the world.
