So, I was supposed to be in the UK, but the powers that be did not see fit to keep me there. Over the weekend, there were a ton of storms and shitty strong winds, and my flight to Cornwall on Sunday morning was cancelled. As a matter of fact, all domestic flights were cancelled. I don't know when the airline resumed travel, if the airline has, because there is a storm called Jocelyn over the UK right now. Rather than waste my very limited vacation time(six days) cooling my heels in Dublin, Ireland, instead of being in Cornwall, like I was supposed to, I came home. I am home, online and ready to muse. Really really ticked off, but I got my ass back home, and it was so good to have my man's arms around me again, and sleeping in our bed.

Couldn’t even complete the first episode because of my brain shutting down with everything going on and then the statement.

We’ll see if the changes they say they will include actually happen or if it was just to please the players (which none of them are btw)

I miss the super sons. Now that Jon was aged up, hanging out with Damian is weird. Not that they hand out as often as they used to.

They have the same age gap they had before the age-up; it's just reversed now, my guy. Damian used to be 13, Jon used to be ten, now Damian's 14 and Jon is about 17. It's still three years. And they hang out plenty; they just unfortunately don't have an ongoing anymore.

An alternate-universe version of them even showed up in the most recent Flash! They had a movie come out not too long ago written by Jeremy Adams, as well.

Also, DCeased features them prominently as Batman and Superman, I think, but I haven't been keeping up with that one, so no screenshots of that. It's not like we're in a Super Sons drought.

Looks like my brother is going to get BG3 while he’s recovering from surgery later this month. He’s supposed to just chill, so he was interested in it. The characters (Astarion keeps coming up on his Tiktok, and now he knows all the characters can be romanced by any gender) and the races and made him interested, so I just spent idk how long just showing him everything like the races and subclasses and a bit of the combat.

He’s a gamer at all. He liked DA:O, and not only does this game have cool characters, cough Astarion cough, there’s an easy mode and it’s turn-based, so he can get the hang of it.

Also, he can live his half-orc cleric dream.

I don’t follow ‘die Mannschaft’ that closely these days, but man, what happened to Kimmich? He’s uninspiring in midfield (but then he was terrible as RB in the last world cup). Where’s Toni Kroos? And Havertz. He played like he doesn’t know the offside rule. Wasted so many chances to finish the match. Gnarby, Müller all bad today. It’s like a not-in-form Bayern frontline mixed with bad Dortmund defense.
