Can you help find a site?
I wonder if anyone remembers a site from a while ago, which was fully written and designed by one guy. It was full of weird toy reviews, Halloween decoration reviews, cartoon and movie reviews, and blogs of vacations the guy would go on, mostly cruise ships and Disney trips. He had a very funny and analytic writing style and would often write lists of 100 things about a topic.
I remember he wrote an article about a huge number of things he experienced during his stay at the Polynesian, which was split into several parts and included an incident where he drank 3 whole hollowed out pineapple cocktails and watched a lightshow from the beach. Another time he got mad at a noisy kid in the Sci Fi Dine In and said 'fuck' on purpose and the kid 'spent the rest of the meal silently wondering if he was an evil cartoon lion called Scar'
I can't remember the site's name and I can't find if it is still up - anybody?

Dress: Borgo de Nor Harlow Broderie Anglaise Mini Dress ($745.00) | Sandals: Johanna Ortiz Daal Raffia and Leather Sandals ($395.00) | Handbag: Johanna Ortiz Celebrating Heritage Terra Palm Silk Bucket Bag ($295) | Necklace: Anni Lu Shelly 18K Gold-Plated Brass Nylon Cowry Shell Necklace ($70.00) | Bracelet: Ulla Johnson Brass-Plated Irvina Charm Bracelet ($375.00) | Hair pins: Jennifer Behr x Micaela Quinn Bobby Pin Set ($288.00) | Sunglasses: Dorothy Perkins Tort Sunglasses (£8.00)
Today’s random outfit is this Borgo de Nor dress. The dress gave me a bit of a Polynesian vibe with the red-against-white colour scheme and the nature-like pattern, hence why I decided to create an outfit inspired by Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to keep with my new idea of creating outfits inspired by the various Disney hotels.
I picked out the items based on how much they fit the theme I was going for. The handbag has colours that are present in the resort, while the jewelry have a sea theme that is very fitting for the Polynesian. The hair pins are for the flowers women traditionally put in their hair in Polynesia, the region that inspired the style of the resort. The sandals and sunglasses need no explanation.
As for the title of this set, it is actually the motto of the resort, which is pronounced “ah-ee-tah-pay-ah-te-ah”. It is one of the rare resorts, if not the only one, that has a motto. It means “There will be another day tomorrow just like today.”

“HER Interactive made the decision to let go of Lani Manella as the long-time voice of Nancy Drew.”
Me: Why on earth would they do that?
“This was shortly after the new CEO was put in place, a former Disney Marketing Director.”
Me: Nevermind it all makes sense now.

It’s good to see this place again, even if I didn’t get anything here this time. 🥰 Pineapple Lanai has a special place in my heart.

Kitchen Evacuated at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort
First responders we called to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort after an employee mixed chemicals in the kitchen are that resulted in some gasses. The kitchen and restaurant were evacuated and several employees were evaluated on the scene. None of the employees were transported for medical treatment. At no point were guests of the Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort evacuated from the hotel.

Ohana Dinner Review
Ohana located at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is a hard to reserve family style dinner serving Polynesian food. The ambiance is one of a kind. You won’t find another place like this in all of Walt Disney World. But does the Polynesian look and feel make ‘Ohana Dinner a Disney Must Do? Is the dinner the best one in WDW? Do you get to meet Stitch? Disney is full of unique dining options.…
