noelle propaganda: She’s the current Santa’s daughter and she loves Christmas. She has a brother who’s kinda neutral about it but is named the next Santa. Her brother doesn’t want to and runs away to civilization and Noelle doesn’t get why he wouldn’t wanna do it and goes to find him so she can convince him to come back. She eventually figures out that she wants to be Santa instead and she is named the next Santa by the end of the movie.
