8-28-24 Theme: Hola Casita!

Since the theme is to create our own room in Casita, I knew that the magical house would give me a power affiliated with my love for reading and writing. Specifically, I think Casita would pick up on my affinity for reading horror novels!

The monsters in the background are created from my ability to bring the things I read to life!

After 10+ accumulated hours of setting the scene, I've finished my Dreamsnap for this week... I think. It may be tweaked again because I'm a perfectionist and can't just leave it😅

Kudos to the 2 raccoons playing peek-a-boo through the flowers. They were the only reason I submitted this one😅😂

Captain Nyx and First Mate Donald may have taken a wrong turn in this week's Dreamsnap. We're having a bit of an argument over whose fault that is (it's absolutely Donald's, he knows I can't read maps), but at least most of the treasure is safe.

Theme: Disney Princess Week

Went with less of a princess and more of a Disney heroine by going with Jane!

*Sees "Elegant" as a tag in the dreamsnap this week" If I have to do ANOTHER Elegant tag next week I'm going to riot. I am so BORED of these "Make a pretty landscape/outfit. Be pretty. Be just like everyone else" prompts. I'm gonna find a way to make this prompt not boring....

Gotta remember any free moonstones are good moonstones. Please give me better and more fun prompts. I'm so tired of "Be Pretty" and "LOOK! Theme Park!!" Dreamsnaps....omg let me have some fun....

(Also give us a better camera. Give me a front facing camera, you sorta gave us one with the rides, give that to us off the rides too. Also better poses, please I am literally begging, give us better poses)

Was thinking about Oswald, his house and his whole aesthetic and my brain just went:

"Hey, imagine Oswald's house was actually a club he owns and there was a quest where he hires the Ruler as one of entertainers along with Rapunzel, Ariel and Mike. He makes assigns Ruler a singer and cue a rhythm based mini-game!"

Ruler: Are you sure I'm good enough to be an entertainer?

Oswald: Sure I'm sure! Having the valley's one and only ruler performing on stage is sure to bring in a full house!

(Bonus if the Forgotten is part of the band with Mickey, Donald and Goofy)

(Double bonus if Oswald said that Rapunzel, Minnie and Daisy vouched that Ruler is a good singer)

Also: Different characters teach us different types of dancing and/or singing. More rhythm based mini-games!

I guess the reward would be star-coins.

This was my entry for the twenty-second Dreamsnaps Challenge in Dreamlight Valley. It was a decor challenge, and the theme was Under the Sea.

I have been SO sick this week. :-/ I didn't really even want to work on or submit anything. But a friend of mine - @eddarota - helped me power through this one. Thank you!!!!

It's mostly a bunch of re-used elements from my Villain photo awhile back. Why? Because I didn't have the mental capacity to think of anything more creative, and because I refused to design a sub-par bathroom. (Which is about all I have when it comes to non-Ursula 'Little Mermaid' decor.) Anyway, I don't hate it, and I'm glad I got it submitted - but I do hate being sick.

Requirements for the challenge were: 3 Little Mermaid; 5 Cute; Elegant & Lavish (optional)
