The Abandoned Glade of Trust Boat Dock Marketplace
The Agrabah Market set from last week's Premium Shop works surprisingly well in the Glade of Trust. I didn't use every piece as the area I was working in is rather small but they're beautiful filler pieces.

More shots of my Overgrown Glade of Trust, this time with the new Watchful Hyena Cave. I love that it's a rather large piece, and a rather spooky one too. Really adds to the abandoned vibe of my Glade.

Just some vibey screenshots of my overgrown Glade of Trust. I think they capture what I'm going for pretty well.

What magic are we cooking up today, Tiana?
(Fairy Godmother and Jack share a research yard, so I'm slightly concerned)

Introducing Tiana's Palace
Tiana's Palace is an absolutely lovely building. It's also really, really big. And did not fit in the Plaza spot I picked out. Lucky me, I've been redoing my entire Valley and had a lovely spot in the Meadow where it could be decorated to the grandness it deserves.

Overgrown Glade of Trust WIP
I completely tore down my Valley for a clean decorating slate. My Plaza is mostly done and my new big focus is my Overgrown Glade of Trust. Some of the new Starpath items are just calling for me to make them look abandoned, especially the streetcar.

So, the new Cafe Display Case from the Starpath is adorable and perfect for my new outdoor mini food court.
Hmmm, kinda small, not, exactly what I'm going for. Maybe if I move things around a little-
Oh. They. Go on tables.
This makes so much more sense. And looks better.
(In my defense, my household has three brain cells and the toddler is in possession of all of them)

Goofy Opens New Magnolia Retreat In Sunlight Plateau
By: Minnie Mouse
Goofy has opened a new rest stop in the Sunlit Plateau!
It's home to two campsites, a small food court, a bathhouse, a Shadow Play theater, and, of course, the famous Magnolias.
(This is a larger recreation of "Minnie's" article from my Daily Gazette picture)

Captain Nyx and First Mate Donald may have taken a wrong turn in this week's Dreamsnap. We're having a bit of an argument over whose fault that is (it's absolutely Donald's, he knows I can't read maps), but at least most of the treasure is safe.

I am very much in love with the Curious Labyrinth Caterpillar as a Flower Park statue. He fits particularly well with my Plaza, which is done in a Shopping District/Main Street/ToonTown style (redone for the third time now, right after I finally got it exactly the way I wanted. Thanks Premium Shop.).
I keep a small Flower Park/Flower Garden in each biome to keep them out of the way of my decorating (I don't have A Rift In Time yet, so no Ancient Vacuums). Of course, since I decided to do that, they've become part of my decorating and the biomes no longer feel complete without one.

Decorating Daisy's House
I did wind up using most of the ideas I had for Daisy's House (the cherry trees, the white picket fence, and the Popsicle Bench) and added a flowerbed and stone path to her door. It's rather minimal but sometimes less is more. Daisy fits right in with Mickey and Minnie now.

A Few Thoughts On Some Of The Starpath Rewards
I'm loving the ToonTown Lamppost, the Luxo Umbrella Table, and the Blue and Red Umbrella Chairs. They pair so nicely with the French Bakery.
For some reason, I was not expecting the Pretzel Stand to be so big.
I love that the rides can be "ridden" with the camera now. I do think the Magic Carpets of Aladdin is my favorite, simply because it has the smoothest movement to me.
But this guy, the Water-Spitting Camel, is my absolute favorite so far. He is entirely adorable and I love that he's an interactive decoration.

Welcome Back Daisy!
I'm absolutely loving having Daisy and her Boutique in the Valley. Not completely sold on the Boutique being a corner building but it's growing on me. I've only done a few of her quests (I'm trying to complete as much of the Starpath as I can before the game crashes on me) but they've been very entertaining. I have only one complaint:
Her House. How am I supposed to decorate this so it fits in with the rest of the Meadow? I'm thinking something with the cherry trees and the Popsicle Stick Bench from the Starpath. Probably add the white picket fence around it. Maybe replace all my rustic lampposts with the ToonTown ones?

Finally Finished That Spot
I'm pretty sure we all have a That Spot. You know the one: you have the vibes, you have an idea, you know what you want to do. And then... Nothing works because you don't have the right items that match with what you imagined.
My That Spot is a small area next to Scrooge's Store that's been blocked off with traffic cones and signs since January. I had vague vibes of "Really Fancy" and a few ideas that just didn't look right when I tried them.
I am very pleased to be able show off my completed That Spot.
