I can't believe I fucking lied on the internet but that last ask abt this was wrong, Beast Wars was actually my first TF foray and i adored it, its still such a solid show despite how 90's it is— dinobutt and rattrap were my favs

one ear twitches, and he stops. the rat lifts onto his hind legs, sticking his nose into the air. the smell of battle is fading; dinobot was right about that. but there's something else. burnt energon, singed fur. organic blood, iron rich and fresh.

"Are you going to harp on that forever?" Dinobot growls in response, and lingers only a moment, both to shake himself and rid his claws of the last few clinging webs, nipping them away with a general air of disgust.

The moment after that, however, and he's loping after the rat, long strides easily catching up, and then taking the lead-- though he doesn't leave Rattrap behind.
