I have spent almost the entire afternoon trying to figure out a house layout i like in minecraft im a superflat world

I am definitely overthinking this

So far i have entry hallway, kitchen, dining room, fireplace, storage room, and an enchanting room which i want to move/relocate to a second floor or attic or something

I do no, however, have a bedroom location planned.

Ive got open space i dont know what time do with. But i dint want a bedroom connecting ti the entry hallway directly.

Why am i like this

Did you buy anything fun for Prime day?

I've bought SO MUCH.

I'm buying stuff in anticipation of being able to get my own place hopefully in the next couple months (Looking for a job in another state lol), and I left a lot of my list alone specifically to wait for prime day.

I made a pretty good dent! Mostly stuff from the 'sprinkles' list left!

#i created an excel spreadsheet of absolutely every single thing you could have in an apartment #organized by 'day 1 necessity' in one column and 'sprinkles' in another column that is like- stuff that can wait a few months #stuff i already have is marked off #and it's all organized by room #the kitchen and dining list is the absolute longest but now it's nearly done #both necessity and sprinkle column #only the red-marked stuff is left which is like storage items- things you really need to know the exact place you're moving into to buy #the thought was that i know i'll get mega stressed with my first shopping trip becuase i'm not used to spending money #i didn't have any for a long time and it scares me a bit to buy nice things #and I knew i'd end up spooked and just bying the cheapest version of each thing I could find #so this is me slowly buying the stuff I *want* that pleases me aesthetically #and when i move in it is only the ultra basics left like dish cleaner and hand soap and bug spray #and then the first wave of grocery shopping of course but like you get the point #the major expenses are done and handled #past-kristen fucks present and future-kristen over a lot #so this is like redeeming my past self preemptively #my god is future-kristen going to fucking love me

I love having tea-themed quilt patterns. Unfortunately, there only about a dozen and need more. I have found several I want...but, well, lack of money to purchase them. Oh, and lack of a printer for the FPP patterns I have or want.

This desire for more totally has nothing to do with the fact I collect teacups and mugs, or my love for tea, nor my desire for a cute, pretty, or funny teapot.*

damn, i'm still opening boxes from the move last april 😓

#it's just a bunch of stuff that i simply don't have a place for.#my room is kind of small #especially compared to my last bedroom #i had a lot of space and storage in my old room and i was making the most of it #i built a solid hoard that i had to really compress when we moved #actually a lot of the furniture i'd kept in my room ended up in the living room and the dining room #because there was just no way to put it in my bedroom and not feel claustrophobic about it #i've had to really downsize how much of my collections i can display
