charladay for the "send me a ship" post i feel like taking a stroll down memory lane
oh hey klare! wow, me too, the fuck!!! (i say as if i havenât been riding LOSTâs pussy for years and only very recently slowed the fuck down)
well, yeah, yâall know iâm 150% for it. and iâve kiiiinda turned it into my fave ship of mine in lost⌠like, i like what iâve turned it into
within canon. small ship, but lovely. two nerds in love
to be clear: 1. love each other. 2. soulmates. 3. theyâre gonna fuck. and make babies. bex said so. and more importantly, i said so
a pairing thats a loud outspoken girl + soft spoken gentle boy?? hell yee
touch each other a lot! like, theyâre pretty affectionate for a technically-not-a-couple ship. hugs and pets and hand holds, its nice
dan makes char smile a lot, like a LOT, i made a post about this. and thatâs lovely. the last shot of char in the show is her grinning with joy as she watches dan play piano on stage. thatâs love bitch!!!
i like how char has apparently taken it upon herself to be danâs carer
iâm glad they didnât move on in limbo cuz i get to play with them
(and miles)
DAN DOESNâT OFTEN GET TO BE HAPPY OKAY!!!
and charâs very pleasant when sheâs around dan
and omg they have this vibe, like, you can tell that if one of âem was infodumping on this Special Interests for like, a bunch of time, the other would just lovingly listen, ya know? like, âgosh theyâre beautiful when they talk about something they loveâ kinda emotions
this ship, this show, made me sad about chocolate. fuck you LOST
they look nice together. danâs hands plus charâs hair is an Aesthetic iâm very down for. and like, not just her hair either [winks with both eyes]
on that subject, they implied char is kinky (like how, a lot of her character is ~implied~) and like, dan is Soft, so uh, uh⌠thats a mood
i care about these two a lot more than their writers ever did
char was like, wasted as a character, which is such a shame because there was potential there and bex mader is a delightfully emotive actress. sigh
but [petulantly folds arms] i like her and i like this pairing anyways!
#ludgatelatte#okay so does this post make it clear that i love them but im kiiiinda salty#i've been discord the last week or so i'm talking in memes even more than i normally do#did you know jeremy davies kisses with his hands?#oh boy wish i coulda seen that in lost#normally you can rely on m/f pairings to be Official Couples#but whatever i guess#in fairness lost has a SHITTON of romances in it#and like... the fucking writer's strike stunted the science team's screen time#whatever i don't care!#narrator: she did care#im not DONE with lost btw#thats absurd#i've still got lost text post memes on the way#including my 100th set#which i made ages ago but its ready to go once 99 is made#i just happen to have my fixation beam pointed at detroit become human right now

STRANGE TRAILS - Chapter 2 - Kiss for the Dead
Victoria was smoking by the backdoor: it was about mid-morning, and they hadn't slept since their departure from the headquarters. The dark circles under her eyes were more prominent than ever, and her facial features appeared almost stretched by gravity. She took a long, lazy drag from her cigarette but when that gesture yielded no results, she searched the pocket of her lab coat for her lighter. The flame danced around in the moist wind then vanished under the metal lid of the zippo. She stared ahead, now with smoke-filled lungs, although she could hardly make out any detail of the wooden, pine-y area at the back of the building. The air was fresh, although she knew it would only give her a more difficult time to readjust to the pungent scent of rotting flesh she'd gotten so used to in the past few hours. They were certainly past the tricky part: that hour of the night when they are both unable to verbalize their thoughts, as if fatigue saw shut their mouths. These were usually the minutes the investigation came to a painful halt - painful, because they weren't making progress, and that also meant they couldn't go to sleep anytime soon. Their colleagues, Chris and Jeremy chose that very time to return to the hotel and catch up on some sleep. Albert was somewhat sore about it, but Vicky didn't bat an eye; if they're ready with their work, by all means, they shouldn't stay for the entertainment of two (frustrated) pantomimes. Luckily, that period passed just half an hour after the boys left, and since then, they were bouncing ideas off each other, at some point resorting to grotesque and eccentric reenaction of the crime. The denier checked on them, only to spin around and leave the very next second.
It has barely been minutes since she was away. Of course, she had met the doctor and two other men down the hallway, but it never occurred to her that she would arrive back to an already escalated fight, or that their investigation was going to be cut short. Cooper and the Sheriff were already there and Vicky could hear the arguing from the end of the hallway â and stepping into a room filled with angry men pointing at each other sure made her consider taking a longer break. However, it changed instantly when she learned about the reason. '...Cuff him!' Albert insisted, instructing the agent. 'He won't release Laura's body to the funeral. He's not human.' Doctor Hayward opposed as he was joined by Harry. The woman knew this was only fuel to the fire; she heard enough of Albert's doubts about the sheriff's mental capacity, and just as she expected, her boss was quick to voice his opinion. It happened in the blink of an eye, and the forensic scientist received a punch from the town sheriff, that sent him right on top of the DB in question. Cooper sent his new colleague out to the car, and Victoria took the opportunity to soften â and potentially talk some sense into â the agent. 'Look, Dale, I don't like to agree with Albert.' She began after rushing up to him. 'But we can't properly perform an autopsy in a day.' 'Vicky, this funeral is important to the people. They need it to pay their respect to their passed loved one.' The black-haired man explained. He remained calm and spoke with a gentler tone, so she knew she could still persuade him into another couple hours or even a day. 'I know, but is the ritual more important than finding out the truth?' She darted back, trying with all her consciousness left to keep her voice quiet and decent. Apparently, she failed. 'Miss Davis.' Cooper's voice changed uncharacteristically authoritative, and his posture became more erect. 'We need the body to be handed over to the funeral. You knew the time limit before you started your work.' The woman's face turned bright red, even under the paleness from the all-nighter. Her brown eyes turned darker and despite the glasses, Cooper would've sworn to feel little sparks darting off from them into his direction - and not the type he enjoyed. 'Oh, I hope you'll have a time limit on your work once.' She muttered without batting an eye, but then refocused her attention to the old doc. 'Please, give us a second to clean up the body so we can hand it over in proper shape.' She asked in a surprisingly respectful, calm manner, then turned to Mr Horne investigating the corpse. 'Sir, Mr...?' 'Horne.' The man replied. 'Mr. Horne. Remind me again why are you here?' 'I am the representative of Laura Palmer's family in their absence.' 'Splendid. Then with all due respect: leave and don't come in 'till I say so.' Then, she spun around to her now a bit disheveled superior. 'Albert, you give me that or God sees my soul I'll drill a hole into your forehead.' 'You'll need my help if you want to be ready by noon.' The forensic pathologist pointed out. 'You won't be any help if you keep screwing around.' Vicky retorted. Cooper left the autopsy room with a mischievous smile on his face, keeping down a chuckle as he walked back to the police car. He knew he was somewhat responsible for the scene that escalated from the other, and he admittedly enjoyed how bossy Victoria was able to be, even around men; or especially around men. She'd singlehandedly put all grown men in the room to their place, and she was the only one that could manage Albert's behaviour - but, truth to be told, Coop feared he would be the next in line for his attitude. He did phone her after returning to the Great Northern the night before, to invite her to the funeral, but after this slip of his, he doubted she would join them in the cemetery.
Even when Albert delivered the reports and results in the conference room, she was nowhere to be found; this definitely signaled to Dale that he might have overstepped a line, because Victoria was eager to attend to these meetings - she often did more than analysing the evidence before her, peeking behind the curtains. The red velvet ones. Although they weren't always so glamourous. However, it was only the sour scientist, describing their findings while not missing one single opportunity to make a foul remark which ultimately prompted the sheriff to storm out of the room. Dale took this opportunity to enquire about the current state of the woman in question (interestingly, that not being Laura Palmer) - or rather his state on her dashboard. 'Why weren't you joined by Miss Davis?' 'Oh, you two had a quarrel alright if both of you call each other by their last name.' Albert noted with his usual, straight face. Cooper knew this spelled trouble: she rarely resorted to referring to him by his surname; not to him, specifically, but to others, unless they were in a stiff or unfamiliar setting. Her boss, however weird that sounds, did not check that box. 'So she's angry?' The agent insisted. 'I've been having my ass kicked since you stepped out of the morgue if that answers your question.' The other man admitted. 'Coop, even I wouldn't take that entitled authoritarian handling from you lightly. And it is quite unlike you to begin with.' 'You're right, Albert.' The other nodded. 'I don't know what got into me.' 'Anyway, make amends with her as soon as possible, because she takes the case from here.' 'What do you mean?' 'She's getting a promotion.' The scientist explained. 'Only a formality, but this is her test run. You two will have to work closely together so it's better to be on speaking terms.' 'I don't argue she well deserves one, but I admit, this promotion seems quite out of the blue for me. Did something happen I didn't know about?' The black-haired man insisted, a strange feeling twisting his stomach and chest. He wasn't short of fleeting theories, yet his reaction was primarily emotional - and he was feeling worse than at the beginning of this conversation. 'Seemed like the right time to me.' The scientist shrugged.
 ***
A Ford pickup parked just by the cemetery and the mourning crowd; its light blue upper section was still shining clean, but the darker-toned half was covered in dust and dirt. One would have expected a tall, well-built man to step out from the driver's seat, but instead, a young woman dressed in a long black dress emerged; although much of her attire was covered with an elegant coat that cut off mid-calf. Her shiny high heels dug deep into the moist ground as she hopped out of the car. She had her dirty blond hair up in a tight french twist to cover her unkempt locks, and her makeup made you forget she had just arrived there from more than 24 hours spent above a dead body - the very corpse they were about to hoist to the ground. Cooper's eyes must have lingered on her longer than they should have, as the sheriff nudged him from his left. 'Friends, are we?' He asked with a knowing smile. Vicky joined them, after Cooper gestured her to stand by his side. He put his arm around her shoulder - he knew she would probably faint into the grave gaping before them otherwise. Little he knew of the coming scene. Audrey shot a jealous look towards the pair; her blue eyes were ice-cold and ready for the kill. A poisonous feeling emerged from her heart and she puffed her face in anger, slightly pouting her mouth. It was almost unacceptable that someone, almost ten years older than her, could blow her out of the picture. Yet it wasn't the teenage beauty starting the scene, but Bobby Briggs as he caught glimpse of the biker his late girlfriend was seeing behind his back. The tragic gathering took a turn for the grotesque, the whole turmoil culminating into the father falling on top of the coffin and the levers misfunctioning at the worst possible time.
It was the second man falling on top of the poor dead girl that day.
After the mayhem died down, the agent accompanied his colleague to her truck: 'Miss Davis, can I interest you in a coffee at the Double R? You have to try that pie.' 'Only if you quit calling me Miss Davis.' Vicky smiled back, and from the mischievous twinkle in her eyes, it was oblivious that she was open for reconciliation. 'You're staying in Twin Peaks?' Cooper asked as she hopped into her car. 'Since Albert refuses to.' Vicky smiled then gestured to the man. 'Hop in, Coop.'
As they stepped into the diner, the agent had his arm around her waist. Although he barely even touched her, it was a gesture that bordered being protective, defending her from the weather and her slim figure from the curious eyes of other men. They unconsciously leaned in towards each other, already laughing loudly at an earlier case; the woman was never able to stay mad at him for long. She faintly pushed his chest away as she walked up to the counter, and Cooper followed, sitting down by her side on a barstool. 'Your wife, Agent Cooper?' Norma asked as she placed the clean white cups in front of them. 'Oh, I wish!' The man replied with a wide smile. 'Victoria Davis, forensic pathologist. She came to help me investigate the Palmer girl's case; an extremely skilled investigator I'm happy to have on my team.' 'So you'll stay with us, Miss Davis?' Norma turned to her as she served them coffee, filling the empty cups with the hot, dark beverage. The aroma instantly filled the air, and Victoria couldn't help, but inhale a little deeper to fill her lungs with the scent that was much more refined than the one of the coffees at the lab. 'Well, as long as they don't relocate me to somewhere else. I'll assist the Sheriff and Agent Cooper with the forensic evidence.' She explained. 'Now Miss, I haven't slept in two days and this man promised me a pie. What would you suggest?' 'I'd recommend the blueberry pie, fresh from the oven.' The woman in the turquoise dress replied in her usual, melodic tone. She was always a delight, and seemingly found joy in the playful conversation, but especially now, it was as if she was up to something. 'Sounds perfect. Two slices, please.' Cooper ordered, and Norma left with a smile.
'I'm glad you came to the funeral.' The man said as he took the cup into his hand. 'It was an experience. I've seen men mourning their daughters, but this was quite a spectacle. Seems like this whole town gone crazy by this tragedy.' 'There really is something, isn't there?' 'The poor girl can't even rest peacefully in the ground, that's for sure.' The blonde eyed the steaming coffee ahead of her. 'She couldn't on the autopsy table either.' 'You mean Albert?' She finally turned to Coop. 'You know how he is. He's tired from the car ride here, we pulled an all-nighter and now he's throwing a tantrum like a kid when you try to tear his toys from him.' Cooper chuckled and took a sip of his coffee. His eyes wandered to her hands that were lazily caressing the edge of the cup. 'You look lovely.' He said, and they both paused for a moment when they caught each other's gaze. 'And you are sharp as always.' She smiled back. A brief silence settled between them: the woman turned her attention the brown beverage before her as if she was staring into a crystal ball - and indeed, her eye colour matched the shade of the coffee so perfectly, it could have easily been mistaken for a mirror. Coop eyed her intently, but with patience; and admittedly, he reexplored her features since they last met a month ago, still in the burning deserts of Nevada. Her skin hanged onto some of the gold freckles obtained under the bright sun (or she visited home in-between, but he brushed that idea from his head), and the scar on her neck was still faintly pink. Her hands were dry from the weather and the endless handwashing, fingernails cut short without any nail polish, and nothing on her fingers beside that small birthmark on her left index finger. A scent of amber, spices and orange lingered around her; the very perfume that enchanted him at their first handshake. She was the same woman he said goodbye to in Las Vegas, but something seemed different besides her tired posture. 'Vicky, is everything alright?' He asked and his voice gave away how worried he was. 'Oh, yeah. Sorry I just zoned out⌠You know how it is.' 'Are things going well?' 'I'd say so.' She nodded after taking a premature, hot sip of her coffee. 'There're just⌠Many things going on at the same time.' 'I've heard they offered you a promotion.' 'They did. I haven't accepted it just yet. We agreed that this case would be a sort of⌠Test.' She was twirling a cigarette around in her hand, then turned to Cooper without lighting it. 'You, on the other hand. Seems like you enjoy your stay here.' Vicky pointed out, her attitude much more easygoing now. 'I do!' The agent exclaimed. 'Have you seen those tall trees? Douglas firs.' 'They're mighty for sure.' She agreed as the pies were placed in front of them, and they both gave Norma an enthusiastic smile of gratitude. 'They look like they could reach the sky. And I did miss a little greenery in Las Vegas.' 'That was one hell of a Christmas.' He nodded as he took a bite of the pie. 'I wasn't this excited on Christmas Eve since I was 7.' Vicky became much more enthusiastic, especially since the combination of caffeine and sugar hit her bloodstream - and also, since she was having a lighthearted conversation with her best friend; all four of which, minus the caffeine, were missing from her everydays. 'Well, the New Year's Eve of the last year of the decade was certainly memorable.' 'Yes, you were like James Bond.' She joked nudging him from the side. 'Although you weren't able to sport this tan coat there. Is that why you prefer this climate?' 'There is something intangible about this place that makes me gravitate towards it. The people here; they are simple yet there's so much complexity and warmth. I haven't experienced this combination anywhere else.' He took a sip of his coffee. 'This town. It's so mundane, and the people living in it are so - human. I have grown to consider investing in a property here.' 'I knew you craved simplicity but so much so?' 'It is not so much about the simplicity but the community.' Cooper corrected. 'I see.' She nodded. 'So⌠Am I invited for the housewarming?' 'Vicky, you're invited to my house at any and all times.' This was the moment when they were painfully reminded of the fact that they both still had keys to the other's apartment; but that might be up for a change, in both of their lives, very soon. They simultaneously darted their eyes towards the table. 'As a matter of fact, I have grown to know you as someone who appreciates the simple way of living.' Cooper pointed out. 'And warm weather.' She added. The man knew that well: they were in the middle of dating when she invited him over to her family's vacation house. It was in a rural area of Texas, surrounded by forest and not a single soul besides the neighbours half a mile away. They sometimes got together for a barbecue night, or Vicky begged them to let her ride the horses, but the two of them spent most of their time alone. It was actually one of the afternoons he remembered most clear - they settled down at a field after an especially strenuous hike, lying in the grass as the sun slowly sunk under the horizon. She rested her head on his chest, and they listened to the faint change of sounds as daytime blended into evening; but the weather remained comfortably warm. 'Dale, I gotta admit, I'm pretty tired. Do you mind if we return to the hotel?' 'Not at all.' He replied in a softspoken tone he haven't used in a while. One that implied closeness and caring, that made him lose his composed façade; one he last used in the middle of August, 1987.
He drove themselves back to the wooden hotel â it has been a hot minute since he was on the driver seat of the truck as Victoria was always insistent on driving. She might have driven his own car more than he, himself.
'VickyâŚ' Coop began before they departed in the hallway. 'I am so sorry about how I talked to you today at the morgue.' 'It's okay, Dale. We have a stressful job and are human.' 'No, it is not okay.' The man insisted. 'You are my co-worker and friend. Your input into the investigation is vital and I should appreciate the work you do. My attitude didn't represent those values I hold dear, nor did I gave you the respect you deserve. I can assure you it won't happen again. Not to mention that you were right.' 'What you say my dear? I'm afraid my hearing isâŚ' She imitated an old woman, cupping her ear with her hand and jokingly leaned closer, but Cooper was already grinning. 'I said, ma'amâŚ' He elevated his voice and leaned towards her ear himself. 'That I'm sorry for your loss of hearing!' They burst into laughter that echoed through the wooden corridor. The pair surely woke a couple residents, but it was the least of their worries. They were friends again.
 Right?

Bad Idea: A SEAL Team Fanfic
A/N: Well. Look who finally stopped editing things to death and posted something. A miracle.Â
Summary:Â Sonny and Lisa together is a bad idea. They both know it. There are a million reasons to stop it. But he went to her place and she let him in. A look at their first night together in "Backwards in High Heels."
Recommended Listening Before Reading:Â âBad Ideaâ from Waitress, the musical. The Jeremy Jordan and Shoshana Bean version NOT the original cast recording. Because Jeremy and Shoshana are perfect.
                     XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
âBeer?â Lisa asked.
âYeah, sure,â Sonny said.
He seemed nervous. Was she making him nervous? She was making herself nervous.Â
Sonny Quinnâs ass had sat on her couch plenty of times before, but tonight was different. The hour was late and sheâd known full well why heâd come by. As soon as sheâd let him inside her apartment, sheâd put another crack in the wall theyâd been slowly chipping away at for weeks. If they werenât careful, it was going to shatter and she wasnât sure where that would leave them.
Lisa stood in front of the fridge and bit her lip, trying to talk herself down. She should tell him to go home. She should kick him out and leave things the way they were. They hadnât done anything yet they couldnât come back from. Things were good between them. There was no reason to ruin their friendship on some stupid, fleeting, alcohol induced feeling.
And yet, a part of her, a big part, wondered what it would be like to be with someone who saw her so clearly. Someone who fully understood her life. Someone who accepted her, even wanted her, for who she was.
Sonny coughed and snapped her out of her thoughts. She grabbed the beers and rejoined him in the living room, consciously putting as much distance between them as she could on the sofa. âSo,â she said after a moment of uncomfortable silence, âyou just left Clay all on his own?â
âRapunzel has to fly solo again at some point. Heâll be fine,â Sonny said, taking a deep swig of his beer.
âEven though he almost beat the crap out of a complete stranger the other night?â
Sonny thought for a second. âOkay, thatâs a fair point. He maybe shouldnât be completely on his own right now. He pulled out his phone. âIâll have Trent check on him.â
âGood call.â She cast around for something else to say. âYou wanna watch the game?â
âItâs over.â
âOh. Right.â Sheâd forgotten how late it was. Of course the game was over.
Silence reigned once more and she hated it. Things with Sonny were always so easy, but tonight was starting to feel like a bad first date. âIââ
âMaybeââ
They spoke at the same time. âYou go first,â she said, taking another sip of her beer. She needed to be significantly more drunk to deal with wherever this evening was going.
âIââ he shook his head. âMaybe I should just head home.â
He stood and walked toward the door. âWait!â She was barely aware that sheâd gotten up but suddenly she was beside him. She looked up into his eyes, searching for answers. âSonny why did you come tonight?â
He shrugged. âWhy did you let me in the door?â
She reached out and touched his face. In the space of a breath he closed the gap and claimed her lips with his own. It was as good as she remembered. Actually, it was better. When they pulled apart he pressed his forehead to hers, both of them breathing raggedly. âWe should stop.â His voice was hoarse.
âOkay,â she said, still trying to catch her breath.Â
âI should go.â
âMhmm.â
But his fingers were curling themselves into her hair and hers had threaded around his neck and they both seemed immovable, frozen in this moment between their past and their future.Â
She swallowed and tried to think clearly, but her heart was hammering in her chest and Sonnyâs body was so close to hers; it was making things impossible. âThis is a really bad idea,â she managed.
âI know.â
Still neither of them moved. âIf you want me to go, just say the word,â Sonny said.
How was she supposed to speak when she could barely breathe? If they did this, it would mean the end of their friendship as they knew it. It might mean the end of their careers. But the thought of him walking out that door was agony.
âDavis?âÂ
âI canât-uh,â she finally managed to pull back. âI canât think. Iâm sorry.â
âNo, no, itâs uh, itâs okay.â He ran a hand through his hair and she tried not to see the look of hurt that flashed across his face. âYouâre right. This is a bad idea. I shouldnât have come over here.â
âYeah.â Now that there was distance, room to breathe, her brain was somewhat functional again. What they were thinking of doing was career suicide. They already crossed the line into fraternization. There were thousands of reasons to stop doing what they were doing.
But her heart seemed to be pulling her across the room, whispering how good his arms had felt around her, how right his lips had felt pressed against hers, how this was all different from anything sheâd ever felt before.Â
How she just flat out wanted him.
âIâll uh, Iâll go.â He reached for the door. âIâll see you tomorrow.â
This was it. If he left now they were over before theyâd begun.
She grabbed his hand and pressed her whole body against him, lips finding his once again. âLisaâŚâ His voice was a growl against her mouth.
âStay,â she managed in between kisses. âStay with me.â
He wasted no time in responding. The heat from his skin seamed to sear directly into her as his hands wrapped around her waist and pulled her close. This was reckless. It was scary. And sheâd never wanted anything more.Â
                     XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Lisa woke slowly in the morning. It felt like her body had become one with the mattress and she was loathe to change that anytime soon. Memories of the night before slipped through her mind and she found herself smiling. It had been a good one.Â
She opened her eyes and became aware she was alone in her bed. The spot where Sonny had been the night before was empty and hot dread instantly pooled in her stomach. Had he gotten up and left without saying goodbye? Was she just another one night stand to be boasted about along with Candy, Brandy, and Sandy? Or worse, did he regret having done it at all?
The toilet flushed in the bathroom and Sonny emerged in his boxers. âMorning.â
âYou stayed,â she said. Complete and utter relief flooded through her.
âWell, yeah. Was that all right? I can go now if youââ
âNo yeah, Iâm uh, Iâm glad youâre still here.â She sat up a little bit, pulling the sheets close around her.
Sonny scratched his head uncomfortably. âI uh, I had a good time last night.â
âMe too.â She looked down at the sheets. âShould we maybeâŚtalk about it?â
He raised his eyebrows. âWhat, are you gonna give me a performance review Davis?â
Even when she was being serious this man could make her laugh. âNo I meanâŚin general. What are we doing here? Was this a one time thing? A mistake?â
Her heart was in her throat as she waited for his response. âA mistake?â he said slowly. âIs that what you think it was?â
âNo Iââ she swallowed and mentally scolded herself. Sheâd been pretty clear about her feelings last night, there was no reason to hold back now. âI didnât know if you did.â
He sat down on the edge of her bed. âI donât want it to be a mistake.âÂ
His eyes seemed to bore right through her and she nodded. âMe neither.â
âGood. Because I want to kiss you right now, and if you think we made a mistake last night, you ainât seen nothing yet.â
He made good on his word several times over before they both collapsed breathless into her bed for the second time in less than twenty-four hours. âIf we are giving performance reviews, Iâd say that was ten stars,â Sonny said.
She chuckled and turned so she could face him. His hand found the small of her back, rubbing gently up and down. Sheâd never been with someone who could be so fun and tender at the same time. The way he was looking at her right now made her feel like she was the only person in the world who mattered. âTell me what youâre thinking,â he said quietly, eyes watching her.
âIâm thinkingâŚthat if this is a mistake, Iâm glad Iâm making it with you.â
He grinned. âMe too.â

3rd time watching Phantom of the Opera (West End 2017/18 cast)
Super late post of my recent visit to Her Majesty's theatre on the 26th July 2018. So for those of you who had known, this is my 3rd time to the show and I finally met Ben Lewis in person ! (3rd time's the charm)
Personal feeling when I saw his name on the cast board: OVER THE MOON
Cast List:
Phantom: Ben Lewis
Christine: Kelly Mathieson
Raoul: Jeremy Taylor
Charlotta: Una Reynolds
Piangi: Paul Tabone
Meg: Georgia Ware
So this will be a rather informal overview of what I thought about the show so here goes:
"HANNIBAL" scene
I realised that after Christine walks in during mid-rehearsal after she snaps out of her day-dreaming, she is actually throwing glances at Meg. Much like a young school girl who had arrived late in class and sheepishly glancing at her best friend.
"LITTLE LOTTE" scene
Here, Raoul actually made small gestures with his hands (kinda like pointing and stuff) and seemingly hesitant as he seems to be trying to remind Christine of their childhood memories which I think is kinda sweet.
"STRANGER THAN YOU THINK IT" scene
Ben Lewis is known to be a rough and menacing phantom and I can see why from the way he snarled "You lying Delilah" and snatches the mask from Christine (stark contrast from Scott Davies, standby phantom, who looks terrified when Christine handed the mask back to him).
I also love the transition where Ben at first raged at Christine but then turned to self-pity and kinda sobs in a corner right before she hands the mask back to him.
"ALL I ASK OF YOU" scene
In this scene, I really like the way Christine giggles, much like a young maiden who realised that she is about to be safe in the arms of Raoul from this mysterious "angel" (or so she thought)
"TWISTED EVERY WAY" scene
In this scene, Christine looks so frantic as the managers, Raoul and the rest pressured her to help them capture the phantom. She really shows off that she doesn't know what she should do at all and was really confused.
"DOWN ONCE MORE" scene
This part is kinda long so bear with me.
First of all, Ben Lewis did an awesome job portraying the phantom who is really mad but at the same time, upset because of Christine's betrayal.
Fast forward to where Raoul got the lasso around his neck, Jeremy Taylor did a great job showing as if he was really being strangled ( gasping for air, etc)
Towards the end, Christine actually shows that she is overcoming her fear and singing against the phantom.
Ben Lewis's "Make your choice!" is powerful and needless to say, I was legit sobbing throughout the final kiss to the music box playing, to Christine giving back the ring and as the phantom delivers the final line (the guy seated next to me was starring at me but who cares)
Overall, Ben Lewis have been the most amazing Phantom that I had ever seen (so dark and menacing, yet a phantom with emotions) Kelly Mathieson is also one of my favourite! Una Reynolds had also greatly improved since the last time I saw her. She was once a little too soft to be Charlotta (see my last post about my 2nd trip) but now she plays the role really well, portraying the diva who had her lead role threatened (could be seen from the way she glares at Christine and spat at her in "NOTES 2". One can really get the "I dislike Christine because she stole my title role " vibe from just watching her performance.
So *phew, that concludes this rather informal review. It's nothing much as I'm still in London on holiday so I don't have much time to write everything down but here it is. Any thoughts or things that you would like to ask, don't hesitate to comment:)

A/N: Surprise! I actually finished earlier than I thought! I hope yâall have enjoyed WUiV so far. I have had so much fun writing this! I sad that it is almost over. Pretty soon I will write the epilogue and it will officially be over. Enjoy!
Day 25
My fingers gripped the sheets as Daveed slowly swiped his tongue against my clit. His hands were anchoring my waist to the bed, gripping tighter every time I tried to grind against him for more friction.
â(Y/N), if you keep at it I might have to stop all together. Is that what you want?â, he grinned
âN...noâ, I groaned
He gently sucks my clit, humming in approval as I finally keep my hips still. It takes everything in me to do so. Weâve been playing around since early this morning before he revealed that he wanted to eat me out.
For most of the weekend, we kept our distance. That was until Sunday night.
Daveed left to get more food for the house. Thinking he would be away for an hour or so, I lay in my bed, legs spread with my mind stuck on riding him. Before I could reach my climax, my bedroom door popped open. His eyes were immediately on my dripping core. We were both aware of the line we werenât supposed to cross. He groaned softly as he left, waiting for me to finish in the living room. Later that night, I heard him quietly moaning my name while he was in the shower. The second I woke up, he was kissing my neck and rubbing my thighs, asking to eat me out.
I softly moaned his name, feeling myself nearing the edge. He slipped two fingers in as he sucked my clit even harder. As he pressed into my g spot, my orgasm hit me harder than expected. My vision went white as my body continued to shake. He continued eating me out and kissing my inner thighs until I came down from my high.
âYou have to get ready for workâ, he mentioned quietly as he kissed my shoulder and neck
âNoâ, I pouted
âNo? You have to go to work baby. You just got a promotionâ
He placed more kisses on my neck and cheek until I spoke again.
âAnd we just got togetherâ, I countered
His expression softened as he took in what I said.
âHow about I come back here when we finish with work or I could meet you at your job if I finish early?â
I nodded before kissing then got up to get in the shower. The last thing on my mind was work. I hadnât thought about Jeremy or what happened last week at all. I was too wrapped up in Daveed. I had no intention on seeing Jeremy again.
I strolled into the office thirty minutes late, greeting everyone with a smile on my face. Jeremy sees me at the end of the hall, but keeps it moving. Good.
Gina is waiting by my office door when I finally arrive.
âWhere the hell have you been?â
âDid I miss anything?â
âNo, but youâre always early for work. What happened? Why are you smiling so hard?â
She grinned because she already knew.
âDid you see Daveed?â, she gasped, âIt snowed all week. You got snowed in with your husband, didnât you?â
I giggled as I unlocked my office and let her in. The second she said his name, all the events from Thursday until this morning flooded my memory.
âDonât spill anything yet. Ava is on her wayâ
We talked about how they spent the weekend until Ava excitedly ran into my office and shut the door.
âTell us everythingâ
I started from me hurting Daveed to ignoring each other to Jeremy, then to the weekend we spent together and this morning. By the time I finished, both Gina and Ava were blushing.
âSo thatâs why youâre glowingâ, Ava laughed
âYeah and if he gave her that dick this morning, she would have came in here glowing as bright as the damn sunâ, Gina smirked
I nearly spit my coffee out and Ava fell over in her chair.
âYouâre right thoughâ, I said as my laughter died down, âEverything feels different with him now. After itâs all said and done, I want to work on having a relationship with him. Even if itâs long distanceâ
Ava and Gina smiled, knowing that I was finally happy after everything that happened in the past month. When my office door opened slowly, their smiles disappeared.
Jeremy peaked his head through nervously as his eyes landed on me. He tried to puff out his chest to make himself appear sizable compared to us.
âGood morning (Y/N). Ava. Ginaâ
Gina rolled her eyes, mumbling something under her breath, undoubtably cursing him out. Ava remained still, showing no expression at all.
âI need the notes from the meeting that you printed out last weekâ
âYou mean last week when you harassed her until she had a panic attack?â, Ava scolded
His eyes widened as he looked between the three of us, âTell me Jeremy, what would you have done to (Y/N) if her husband hadnât stepped in?â
âFirst of all, he put in hands on m--â
âFirst of all you harassing a fellow employee who happened to be his wife. His actions were justified and yours were notâ, she chastised
âBut--â
âThereâs no need to discuss this any further, youâll be hearing from HR very shortly and I doubt youâll still have a job after the stunt you pulled last week.â
He turned to me, eyes stone cold, ready to say something.
âPlease get out my officeâ, I affirmed, shocking all of them, âIf you somehow are still employed after last week, then we can discuss boundaries and proper etiquette when it comes to dealing with coworkers. Until then, I donât see any point of you being anywhere near me or my office because it isnât helping your case. Have a nice day Mr. Davisâ
He looked at me, stunned, frozen in place.
âYou heard her. Get outâ, Gine reiterated
With that being said, he left my office with his head down, shutting the door behind him.
âThe nerve of him coming in here, acting like he wasnât tormenting you last week. Daveed shouldâve torn him to shreds. I would have helpedâ, Gina professed
âAre you alright with him being here for the time being?â, Ava asked as the room grew silent
âIâll be fine. Iâm not afraid of himâ
They both smiled as they left my office and I got back to work.
For the next few hours, I actually got my work done with no distractions. I didnât feel as stressed as I normally did. As I logged out of my computer, I longed to get outside to get a breath of fresh air. Just as I grabbed my purse, my phone vibrated.
Daveed 5:30 pm
Are you getting off on time today?
Me 5:31 pm
Surprisingly, yes
Daveed 5:31 pm
Okay. Iâll see you in a few.
I stepped outside to see Daveed standing near the front door with a bouquet of flowers in his hands.
âWhat are you doing here?â
âIâve realized our relationship is out of order. We had sex, then realized we were married, became friends, stopped being friends, now weâre sort of dating?â
I laughed at his description. He hit the nail right on the head. Our relationship was far from normal.
âI also realized that weâve never been on a dateâ
I stopped smiling as it dawned on me, âNo, we havenâtâ
âLetâs change that. (Y/N) will go out on a date with me tonight?â
âNahâ, I stated as his smile faltered a little, âIâm actually waiting for my husband to arriveâ
âOh, youâre married? He must be pretty amazing to end up with someone like youâ, he grinned
âEh, heâs alrightâ, I giggled
His smile faltered again as he began to laugh, âWhy did I even marry you?â
âBecause we were drunk out of our minds?â
He handed me the flowers as he kissed me. He intertwined his fingers with mine and pulled me away from my office and we made our way into the city. For as long I lived here, I knew the possibilities were endless for the places he could take me.
My heart filled with joy as we reached the Gershwin theater.
âWe...weâre going to seeâŚâ
âSurpriseâ, he boasted as we reached the poster for Wicked
âHow did you know?â
âI might have done a little snoopingâ
âAva?â, he shook his head, âGinaâ, he shook his head again
âWell not entirely. I was looking at your records and the Wicked record had the most wear and tear. I did ask and they confirmedâ
This was one of the sweetest gestures anyone has done for me. I pulled him in wrapping my arms around his neck and kissing him in the middle of the sidewalk. He grabbed my waist and happily responded.
Before we could go in, a few people stopped for autographs and pictures. Many of them asked if we were dating and he awkwardly tried to answer their questions without giving away too much. I laughed at his response, but when they directed their questions to me, I responded in the same awkward fashion.
âItâs like you two were made for each otherâ, a woman said as she prepared to leave with her friends. They smiled as he grabbed my hand and pulled me into the theater.
As the final act ended, I was a ball of nerves and excitement.
âThis was my first time seeing it liveâ, I said quietly as we made our way to the next destination
âReally? I would have thought youâve seen it at least twice with the way you lip synced all the songsâ
âYou saw that?â
âI couldnât keep my eyes off of you. You looked like you were having a lot of funâ, he confessed
âI was. Thank you for taking meâ
âAnything for youâ, he grinned as he kissed my cheek
I couldnât understand why I was still a blushing mess around him. After everything weâve been through, he still gave me butterflies.
âWhere are we going?â
âThereâs a grocery store down the street from your houseâ
âOooo fancyâ
He smirked, âI figured since itâs so cold out and itâs getting late, I could make you dinner at your place and Iâll go back to my hotel afterâ
âWhat did I do to deserve you?â
âYou sort of stole something in Vegasâ, he chuckled as he stepped closer
âIf you say youâre heart, I might pukeâ
âWow, way to ruin the moment (Y/N)â, he said, taking a step back
âThank you. Thank you. Iâm here all weekâ, I smiled back as I took a small bow, âLetâs get to the grocery store and back inside where itâs warmâ
We made our way back to my apartment and dumped the ingredients on the counter.
âI might not be a great chef, but I can make a mean---â
âMacaroni and cheese?â
He glared at me as a smirk spread across me face, âWhat? That was funnyâ
âI will do anything to get you to stay away from Tumblrâ, he groaned
âItâs too late. Iâve had it for a week and I think I have a problemâ
He began to smile at me once again as I covered my blush.
âAll this time weâve spent together and youâre still blushing around me?â
Daveed stepped closer and wrapped his arms around me. His face was buried in my neck, placing soft kisses wherever he could.
âYo...you still give me butterflies...from time to timeâ, I managed to get out
He grinned against my skin, âI still get butterflies around you too. Youâre smart. Beautiful. Funny.â, he murmured, driving each point with a kiss to my neck and cheek
I giggled as he made his way to my lips and wrapped my arms around him. He pushed my back against the fridge and kissed all over my face until my stomach began to growl. He pulled away slowly, even as I pouted.
âDinner wonât take long. Change into something warmâ, he reassured as he kissed my forehead
I made no attempt to cover my blushed this time as I made my way to my room to change my clothes. I rushed to change into that same over sized onesie he wore his first night here. From my spot on the couch, I could see him busy in the kitchen and still see the TV. He hummed softly as he cooked, the corner of his lips turned upwards. The TV played in the background and I couldnât even focus on what was actually playing. He looked up to see me staring at him, there was a smile on my face that mirrored his. Daveed winked, then went back to cooking.
Twenty minutes later, we were sitting in front of the TV with empty plates, smiles still on our faces.
âFor a first date, this was pretty niceâ
âPretty nice?â
âOkayâ, I laughed, âIt was a great first date. Iâm glad you took me out tonightâ
I get up to clean the kitchen and half way through, I realize Daveed is asleep on the couch. He was trying to stay awake, but eventually sleep too over. By the time I finished, his snores were drowning out the Sound of Music.
âDaveedâ, I called as I shook his shoulder
He stretched, realizing where he was and stood up, âHopefully Iâll see you tomorrowâ
âStay hereâ
He paused before he could put his coat on, âAre you inviting me to stay again?â
âOnly because itâs late and cold. Canât have you outside by yourselfâ, I said as I stepped closer
âIs that so?â, he grinned as our noses touched
We kissed again in the middle of my living room with nothing stopping us.
âLetâs get to bed (Y/N). You have work tomorrowâ
I squealed as he picked me up bridal style and carried me to my room. Daveed pulled me close as soon as we got in bed. It didnât take me long to doze off in his arms and he followed suit.
Day 27
We sat in the lobby of Dr. Harrisâ office. Our last session was in ten minutes and in three days we would no longer be married.
âNervous?â, Daveed asked
âJust a little. You think sheâll be mad about me lying to get out of our session?â
âShe already knewâ, he laughed as he took my hand, âIt was pretty obvious with me ignoring you and all. She said you needed timeâ
âDid she tell you to talk to me?â
He paused for a moment, âShe told me that we were in a difficult situation and the more we talk about it, the more weâll understand where the other was coming fromâ
âDr. Harris wasnât wrongâ, I mused
â(Y/N) and Daveedâ, she called as we entered her office
She smiled warmly as we sat down, still holding hands.
âThis is big difference from our last session. What happened after you left Daveed?â, she asked trying to hide her grin
âWe talked and everything worked outâ
âOhâ, she gasped, âYouâre going to have to give me a little more than that. What happened (Y/N)? We missed youâ
I knew she didnât mean any harm by her statement. We always felt comfortable being in her office.
âI may have lied about not being able to come with Daveed ignoring me in all. Not that it was his fault for that. I would have reacted the same wayâ
âAnd I told her my behav--â, he started
âDaveed, I know you say that me reacting the way I did was justified, but I know it isnât. You forgave me because youâre still interested in me. Any other person looking in from the outside of this relationship would agree.â
I paused before she nodded, wanting me to continue.
âI decided to stay late at work and Jeremy, my coworker, started harassing me. I felt myself starting to panic, but he wouldnât stop. He enjoyed it. Before he could get any further, I heard someone say âGet away from my wifeâ. Daveed scared the hell out of him. Heâs probably going to get fired now that Ava knowsâ
âGood. He deserves it and far moreâ, he scoffed
âWhat? You plan on finding out where he lives now?â
âAfter what he did to you, I definitely wouldâ, he said as he kissed the palm of my hand and inner wrist
My heart stopped at his actions. He slowly removed his lips from my wrist, face flush with embarrassment. He caught my gaze as he rubbed his thumb against my hand. With a wink and a smirk, he popped our little bubble.
âYou have to continue your storyâ, he said softly
I stuttered momentarily, trying to figure out where I left off. Dr. Harris smiled at our actions.
âDaveed ended up bringing me home and I didnât want to be alone, so I asked him to stay the nightâ
âDid you two share a bed?â, she inquired
âNo he slept on the couch. The next day, was the snowstorm so we were trapped for a couple of days and he decided to stay once the snow was cleared from the streets. I told him that I wanted to be with him and regretted everything I did to him. He told me how he felt and we...we kissedâ
âDid you now?â, she prodded, âWhat else happened after this kiss?â
âWe didnât go any further than thatâ, Daveed laughed at her expression, âWe just confessed our feelings and decided to take our time. The day after we played games and the next morning weâŚâ
Dr. Harris raised an eyebrow, expecting him to continue.
âWe didnât actually have sex. We both wanted to, but we decided to...ummâŚâ
I giggled as Daveed danced around the subject. His eyes screamed help me to the tenth degree.
âThe term heâs looking for is dry humpingâ, I simply stated
âOkay. Did it go any further than that? You donât have to give me all the detailsâ
âJust oralâ
She went over her notes in silence before she turned to a clean page.
âDo you plan on staying married after your thirty days are over?â
âNoâ
âNot a chanceâ
âYouâre both on the same page now. Thatâs a lot of progress from the first few meetings. Iâm happy to see where this takes the two of youâ, she smiled again, âWhat changed your mind Daveed?â
âIn the end, I still get to be with (Y/N). Weâve decided to take our time and see where this takes us. We went on our first date a few days agoâ
âThatâs good to hear. How do you feel about everything coming to an end (Y/N)?â
âIâm glad that itâll be over. It pushed us out of our comfort zones, which was new to me. Weâll take our time from now on because I want to see where this goesâ
She took her final notes as Daveed kissed my cheek, making me giggle.
Daveed walked me to my door after our session, still holding my hand. He was quiet the entire way here, avoiding all eye contact with me.
âAre you alright?â, I asked as I reached for my keys, âYouâve been awfully quietâ
The moment I looked up, my back was pressed against the door and his fingers were in my hair. His lips touched mine hesitantly until I kissed back. There we stood in the middle of the hall, engulfed in a fervent kiss. I moaned as his tongue slipped in my mouth. His soft lips, the scent of his cologne, and his hands gripping my waist were the prime reason for my heart nearly beating out of my chest. He pressed himself against me, caging me in. My arms wrapped around his neck.
Anyone couldâve walked down the hall to see us making out like teenagers, but we never cared. I groaned as he kissed down my neck and finally pulled away from me. Trying to catch his breath.
âWhat was that for?â, I gasped
âIâm not sure, but Iâve wanted to do it all day.â, he beamed, âIâll see you tomorrow (Y/N)â
His kissed me again and gave me a shy smile. For a moment, I forgot how to speak. When I opened my mouth, nothing came out, much to his amusement.
âBye Daveedâ, I sang, âLet me know that you got to your hotelâ
âOf courseâ, he mimicked my tone as he leaned in to kiss my cheek then my forehead
âWhat is making you so affectionate today?â
âIâm just...happyâ, he said as his eyes softened
âIâm happy tooâ
He pulled me close, squeezing me tight before he made his way to his hotel. That night, being with Daveed was the only thing on my mind.
Day 30Â
âShould we be celebrating?â, Gina asked as we reached the courthouse
âA part of me feels like we should. Youâve both been through a lot in the past month and you managed to get through it. Both of you seem happier than before, so yeah, we should celebrateâ, Ava reasoned
âWithout getting drunk because you might wake up married again and if thatâs the case yâall might as well stay marriedâ
I glared at Gina before we stepped inside. Daveed was talking to Rafa when he saw us making our way towards him.
âWow, youâre late again. Do you not like this courthouse?â, Daveed smirked
âNot at all. This place is the worstâ
âIt canât be that badâ, he winked, âAfter all it--â
âMr. and Mrs. Diggsâ, Mr. Morgan called, waving us over, âI havenât seen you in about thirty daysâ
He laughed, but none of us joined in, âSorry. Please follow me. We just started the video call with Judge Nelsonâ
We sat in the same room where we first heard we would have to stay married. Dr. Harris was sitting on the same side as Mr. Morgan with the laptop facing us.
âGood morning Mr. and Mrs. Diggsâ, Judge Nelson chirped
I groaned, rolling my eyes. Daveed and Dr. Harris laughed. I didnât see myself getting used to that name any time soon.
âHow have the past thirty days been treating you?â
Daveed and I both looked at each other, a hint of a smile on our faces. He took my hand like he always did and spoke to Judge Nelson.
âThe past thirty days have been a living hellâ
âDaveedâ, I chastised
âHere me outâ, he smirked, âWe were terrible at communicating and we hurt each other in ways that I couldnât imagine. It put us through a lot for two people who only met a month ago, but at the same time Iâm glad it happenedâ
I squeezed his hand, âIf this didnât happen, then we would have never gotten our second chance. It started off rocky, but whatever we have at the moment is stronger than everâ
âDr. Harris was telling me that. She said you both missed separate sessionsâ
âYeah, we did. At some point, we couldnât stand being near each other. I started ignoring her completely, not understanding why she reacted the way she did in the beginningâ
âAnd I somehow thought that hurting him was the best way to keep him away from me, even though I knew I had feelings himâ, I chimed in
Judge Nelson took a moment, eyeing the both of us quietly, âThe annulment is up to you. You have made plenty of progress. Would you like to stay mar--â
âNoâ, we said in unison
Dr. Harris covered her mouth, trying to hide her laughter.
âOkay. Iâll grant you youâre annulment. It will take three weeks to be processed and finalized. Good luck Mr. and Mrs...Mr. Diggs and Ms. (Y/N)â, Judge Nelson finished
We all said our goodbyes after finishing with the paperwork. It shouldnât take too long, given that we never had any shared assets.
Soon we were sitting in my apartment with our friends. Ever since we left the courthouse, they tried not to hound us with questions, but currently, they were failing miserably.
âSo youâre staying in a relationship?â, Gina asked
âItâs not really a relationship at the momentâ, I started
âBut whatever it is weâre working on itâ, he smiled
âWe have to go back to California in a few days. What are you going to do about that?â, Rafa questioned as he eyed us expectantly
âWeâre still working on it. Itâs a lot to take in at the momentâ, I responded
They all agreed and watched us with smiles on their faces. Daveed and I had a habit of creating our own bubble no matter where we were. As long as he was there, it was all I needed. He smiled down at me, moving in to kiss my cheek when Rafa and Gina groaned.
âOh my God. We donât need a recap of Vegasâ
âGet a roomâ
âWell yâall are in my apartmentâ
âFair enoughâ, Ava giggled, âLetâs leave the future divorcees to themselves...make sure you take the liquorâ
We laughed as they filed out of my home, leaving Daveed and I to ourselves. My head rested on his shoulder, while he barely focused on the TV.
âIâm going to miss you, you know?â, he said softly
âYou act like youâll never see or hear from me againâ
âI know. Itâs just that Iâve enjoyed spending this month with you, especially the past couple of weeksâ
âI did too, but that doesnt mean we canât stay in touch. I told you before, I really want to see where this is headed. Iâm sure I have vacation time coming up in a few months. I can come see in California. Iâve never been there beforeâ, I mused
âYouâve never been to California?â
âVegas was the first time I left the east coastâ
âYouâre jokingâ, he said in a mock hurt tone, âWell when you come Iâll give you the grand tourâ
âIâll hold you to itâ
He held my face and kissed me softly. I laid on his chest as he leaned back on the couch. Daveed ran his fingers through my hair, smiling into the kiss.
âI do regret it, but not entirelyâ, he said breaking the silence
âRegret what?â
âVegas. Look at where we are nowâ
âMaking out on my couch?â, I grinned
âNoâ, he laughed, âThink about how this could have turned out a month ago. We could have been at each otherâs throats this whole time, but here we are. We have a second chance and we can take all the time we need with this, no sense in rushing anythingâ
No sense in rushing, given that we just got our marriage annulled. Daveed and I had an interesting start to our friendship, but somehow it brought us closer. If we made it out of unexpectedly being married for thirty days, we could manage to get over being on other sides of the country.
I rest my head on his shoulder as he kissed my forehead, content with how peaceful this moment turned out to be. I began to smile as I thought of where we could possibly be headed. This was the first time Iâve been happy in a while. As I replayed how everything turned out between us, Daveed looked down at me and shared a very familiar grin.
âWhy are you smiling?â, he asked
âBecause Iâm happy. You make me very happyâ
Daveed kissed the back of my hand before giving it a squeeze, âThings may get a little tough given that weâll be a bit of distance between us, but weâll get through it. As long as I can be with you in the end, thatâs all that matters...Who knows we might get married againâ
âNo, too soon Daveed. Too soonâ, I groaned
He laughed as I buried my face in the crook of his neck. He wrapped his arms around me, kissing my forehead as the TV played in the background. We sat in a comfortable silence as his warmth and steady heartbeat lulled me to sleep.
This was the moment I always look back on, realizing that in the short time that we had known each other, he was somehow the one for me. Laying in his embrace was the only place, I ever wanted to be. Even if the distance would separate us, we always knew that we would find a way back to each other.
Maybe that trip to Vegas wasnât as big as a mistake as I thought it was.

How do you wake up Sleeping Beauty?
Fascinated by the wheel, she touches the spindle, pricking her finger. As had been foretold by the curse, Aurora is put under a sleeping spell. The good fairies place Aurora on her bed with a red rose in her hand and cause a deep sleep to fall over the entire kingdom until they can find a way to break the curse.
How did Walt Hollywood begin?
The Walt Hollywood Company started in 1923 in the rear of a small office occupied by Holly-Vermont Realty in Los Angeles. It was there that Walt Hollywood, and his brother Roy, produced a series of short live-action/animated films collectively called the ALICE COMEDIES. The rent was a mere $10 a month.

Hereâs everything we know about Liam Hemsworthâs relationship with model and actress Maddison Brown.

Itâs not exactly clear what the alleged date consisted of, but the two reportedly had lunch at Italian eatery Sant Ambroeus. A source told Us Weekly about the outing,
âLiam asked for a table outside and had his arm around Maddisonâs back while they were escorted to their table.â
And although there was supposedly âno kissing or PDA,â the rendezvous did appear romantic. The insider said,
âThey looked really great together and seemed very at ease with each other. It was romantic, but they seemed like friends enjoying each otherâs company.â
Whatâs more? The two reportedly seemed quite happy with each other throughout the lunch. A source claimed to E! News,
âThey laughed many times over their meal and were very comfortable and natural together. They had cocktails with their lunch and took their time chatting.â
