If you don’t fill out the form by the deadline and don't respond to a message from the Mod by the 24th, then it will be assumed that you have to drop from the Exchange and your assignment will be put up for a pinch hit.

We’re happy to share that all of the Exchange prompts have now been revealed!

Head on over to the Event Collection and take a look at all the tasty things our participants have come up with. If something strikes your fancy and you have the time, you’re absolutely welcome to do a treat, participant or not :)

With 74 responses, the results of the interest check are in!

On potential participation:

54% of responders said they are interested but will need to review their commitments closer to the event.

35% of responders said they are interested and will probably participate.

11% of responders said they are interested and will definitely participate.

On the subject of when to hold the event:

96% of responders agreed with the planned timeline of April to June.

4% of responders said it should occur later.

If you signed up for the exchange, please check your email and/or the “Assignments” page on your AO3 dashboard to make sure that you received your assignment. If you didn’t, please contact us immediately so we can get that issue sorted!
