But It’s the day I’ve decided I get to talk about dice on, so I’m finally getting around to talking about this set from Dice Envy’s Pride Box. These guys are nicely novel but have a hard time living up to their aesthetics. Regardless, let’s roll! I find that I complain a lot about the pointy corners on sharp edged metal…

Emet An'srivarr's dice

I'm one of those people (dice wyrm) who just has to have at least one really nice d20 for each of my characters. No campaign is complete without it!

I've got sets upon sets (a veritable hoard), so sometimes I vouch just for a fancy d20 (or two) like I did here instead of going all out (and out of money) for it.

These particular two are my d20s for my Curse of Strahd campaign character, Emet An'srivarr who you will meet soon enough. (And one of them is a little hint at the relic he's been given by the DM right at the start of the campaign.)

The black d20 is lightning glass and the amber one is lava glass

Fleur de Lilas

Told y’all I was going to have this out before the end of the week! These guys are the June set from Dice Envy’s Pride subscription box. It’s not Monday, but I’m still going to take the time to talk about dice. So, without further ado, let’s roll! I have somewhat mixed feelings on the looks of this set. Fleur de Lilas is a lovely, clear pale blue with purple flower inclusions. I love the color…

These three beauties belong to my Shadow Sorcerer, Riven Thalbrooke in all his dark vs light glory and they have rolled with equal polarity. If I've rolled a nat20 or nat1, it was probably on these dice

My dark prince (literally) struggles with his evil royal family empire overtaking the world and trying not to become a monster himself, so I've really leaned into the conflict brewing within him with these dice
